a pedal (30), wherein the pedal (30) is fixedly arranged on the screw cap (12) of the active locking mechanism (10 a) and is used for driving the screw cap (12) to link the active locking mechanism (10 a) for action.

The stroller wheel locking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the end of the ratchet-type push rod (15) of the two locking mechanisms (10) is provided with a plurality of guiding ratchet portions (150), each guiding ratchet portion (150) is located between two adjacent axial guide rails (111), the ratchet-type lever (16) of the two locking mechanisms (10) is provided with a plurality of one-way ratchet portions (160), a guide slot (161) is formed between the two one-way ratchet portions (160), and the one-way ratchet portion (160) of the ratchet-type lever (16) can selectively abut against the guiding ratchet portion (150) of the ratchet-type push rod (15) and the axial guide rails (111).
