Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a two-piece type metal door and window with good flatness, which is formed by folding edges of two panel sheets and splicing the two panels in front and back, wherein a cavity is formed between the two panel sheets, at least one panel sheet is provided with a decorative pattern in a stamping way, and a stress groove is arranged between the periphery of the decorative pattern and the edge of the metal door and window. The embodiment of the invention also provides equipment for manufacturing the two-piece type metal door and window with good flatness. The embodiment of the invention also provides a method for manufacturing the two-piece type metal door and window with good flatness. By adopting the invention, the stress grooves are arranged outside the decorative patterns on the stainless steel door and are used for preventing the decorative patterns from generating unnecessary deformation on the peripheral sheets in the stamping process, thereby influencing the subsequent processing operation of the stainless steel door and ensuring that the finished stainless steel door has good flatness.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, for the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent.
Reference is made to the schematic structural diagram shown in fig. 1.
The two-piece type metal door and window with good flatness is formed by folding edges of two panel sheets and splicing the two panel sheets back and forth, a cavity is formed between the two panel sheets, at least one panel sheet is provided with a decorative pattern 1 in a stamping mode, and a stress groove 2 is formed between the periphery of the decorative pattern 1 and the edge of the metal door and window.
Through the effect of the stress groove 2, when the decorative pattern in the middle of the stainless steel door is processed, unbalanced deformation caused by stamping is avoided, so that the surface of the manufactured stainless steel door has good flatness, and subsequent trimming and flanging forming process operation is easy.
The stress groove 2 may be provided in a discontinuous manner on the outer periphery of the decorative pattern 1.
In order to achieve better deformation preventing effect, the embodiment of the invention is preferably a continuous stress groove arranged on the periphery of the decorative pattern 1 to form a closed ring groove.
The stress groove 2 is arranged around the periphery of the decorative pattern 1, so that unnecessary deformation caused by long-term expansion of deformation force generated during stamping of the decorative pattern 1 is prevented.
The number of the stress grooves 2 can be set according to actual needs, and can be one or two or more.
More preferably, the stress grooves are arranged concentrically.
In this embodiment, a 3-week stress groove is preferable for achieving a better effect, but the invention is not limited thereto.

The cross-sectional shape of the stress groove 2 may vary widely, and the present embodiment may be selected from a semicircle, a triangle, a trapezoid, or a square.

In this embodiment, the front and rear surfaces of the stainless steel door are formed by folding, buckling, riveting or welding two panel sheets 3, and the whole embodiment is preferably connected by welding.
At least one of the two sheets 3 is constructed as in the above embodiment.
The folded joint of the two panel sheets forms a groove 5, the groove 5 is provided with a sealing strip, and the sealing strip is made of flexible materials, wherein the flexible materials comprise rubber, plastic or felt, and rubber is preferred.
More preferably, a dowel 4 is also arranged in the groove 5.
The embodiment of the invention also provides equipment for manufacturing the two-piece type metal door and window with good flatness, which comprises an upper pressing die and a lower base, wherein the lower base is provided with a central area pressing die, the periphery of the central area pressing die on the lower base is provided with a stress groove pressing die, the stress groove pressing die is supported on the lower base through an elastic pad, and the stress groove pressing die and the central area pressing die are positioned at the same horizontal height under the action of the upper pressing die through the elastic pad.
As shown in fig. 8, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an apparatus for manufacturing the above two-sheet metal door and window with good flatness, which comprises an upper die 6 and a lower base 10, wherein the lower base 10 is provided with a central region lower die 8, the periphery of the central region lower die 8 on the lower base 10 is provided with a stress groove lower die 7, the stress groove lower die 7 is supported on the lower base 10 through an elastic pad 9, and the stress groove lower die 7 is at the same level as the central region lower die 8 under the pressure of the upper die 6 through the elastic pad 9, so that the first pressing is completed to form a stress groove, and the peripheral deformation caused when the central decorative pattern is pressed is prevented from influencing the subsequent processing.
The upper die 6 is provided with a central upper die 12 and a stress groove upper die 11 corresponding to the central region lower die 8 and the stress groove lower die 7.
The flexible arrangement of the panel pattern can be achieved by exchanging the central upper stamp 12, the central area lower stamp 8, or the panel can be provided with a plurality of areas of different patterns.

pressing and forming the sheared edge folding opening;
