a frame;

As a further improvement of the invention, a fixed plate is fixed on the guide plate, the lower end of the pressing wheel is close to the fixed plate, and the pressing wheel can drive the fixed plate to move forward together with the guide plate and tension the chain when rotating.
As a further improvement of the invention, the lower end of the pressing wheel is provided with a track which rotates and spreads from inside to outside, the fixed plate is provided with a plurality of bulges which are matched with the track, and the corresponding bulges are arranged in the track.
As a further improvement of the invention, the springs are stacked springs distributed in a round table shape, the springs are tightly connected between the pressing wheel and the pressing knob, the wider end of each spring is connected with the pressing wheel, and the narrower end of each spring is connected with the pressing knob.
As a further improvement of the invention, an annular groove is arranged at the outer side of one end of the shaft, which is far away from the locking knob, and a clamp spring is clamped in the annular groove, and the pressing wheel and the pressing knob are arranged between the clamp spring and the locking knob.
As a further improvement of the invention, a containing groove is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the compression knob, and the locking knob part extends into the containing groove.

The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
The technical solution provided by the present invention is described in more detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the chain plate pressing structure of the present chain saw includes:
a frame (not shown) that is a support carrier structure for the chain saw;
a guide plate 10 mounted on the frame and provided with a chain 20 at the periphery of the guide plate 10;
the locking knob 30 is rotatably installed above the guide plate 10, the middle part of the locking knob 30 is provided with a shaft 31 facing the guide plate 10, a pressing wheel 40, a spring 50 and a pressing knob 60 are sequentially sleeved on the shaft 31, the lower end of the pressing wheel 40 is close to the guide plate 10, the upper end of the pressing wheel 40 is provided with a first inclined convex strip 41 which is distributed in an annular mode, the spring 50 is connected between the pressing wheel 40 and the pressing knob 60, the pressing knob 60 is in a poking mode, the lower end of the pressing knob 60 is provided with a second inclined convex strip 61 which is distributed in an annular mode and matched with the first inclined convex strip 41, the pressing knob 60 can poke back and forth, meanwhile the pressing wheel 40 is driven to rotate and press the guide plate 10, and the locking knob 30 can push down the locking pressing knob 60.
In the present invention, the guide plate 10, i.e., the chain plate, is movably mounted on the frame, and can be moved back and forth on the frame to adjust the tightness of the chain 20; the compression structure is sequentially provided with a locking knob 30, a compression knob 60, a spring 50, a compression wheel 40 and a guide plate 10, wherein the compression knob 60, the spring 50 and the compression wheel 40 are sequentially sleeved on a shaft 31 and are tightly matched with each other, and when the spring 50 is used for loosening the locking knob 30, the compression knob 60 is reset and is in a loose state with the compression wheel 40; when compressed, the spring 50 is in a compressed state; the first inclined convex strips 41 and the second inclined convex strips 61 which are respectively distributed in a ring shape are tightly matched and form a walking structure, and the pressing wheel 40 rotates in a unidirectional way.
The chain plate compressing structure of the chain saw mainly comprises a locking knob 30, a compressing knob 60, a spring 50, a compressing wheel 40 and a guide plate 10 which are distributed in sequence, wherein the guide plate 10 is a chain plate for connecting a chain 20, the whole structure is simple, the layout is more reasonable and compact, the design is more ingenious, the installation of screws in the existing compressing structure is omitted, and the whole volume and the production cost are reduced; when the locking knob 30 is locked, the compression knob 60 cannot be stirred, when the locking knob 30 is loosened, the compression knob 60 can be stirred back and forth through the tight fit of the two groups of inclined convex strips, so that the compression wheel 40 is driven to rotate in a single direction, and when in misoperation, the compression knob 60 can also rotate in the opposite direction, but the compression wheel 40 is not driven to rotate, so that the limiting effect is achieved, the guide plate 10 is compressed when the compression wheel 40 rotates, the compression operation is reliably completed, the locking knob 30 is used for locking after compression, the positions of the compression wheel 40 and the compression knob 60 are further limited, and the smooth and reliable operation of the chain saw is ensured; the chain plate pressing structure of the chain saw can stir the pressing knob 60 back and forth, but the pressing wheel 40 is rotated unidirectionally, so that the chain saw is convenient to operate, labor-saving and reliable in work, and the pressing knob 60 can not rotate when being stirred in the opposite direction after being pressed, so that a good limiting effect is achieved.
In the present invention, in order to ensure reliable operation and a limit effect, the whole toggle process is to toggle the pressing knob 60 once again in the opposite direction and then in the opposite direction.
Specifically, due to the cooperation of the first inclined raised line 41 and the second inclined raised line 61, when we need to tighten the chain by adjusting the guide plate 10, we will dial the pressing knob 60 in a forward direction first, then dial the pressing knob 60 in a reverse direction, at this time, the first inclined raised line 41 and the second inclined raised line 61 will be temporarily separated, then dial the first inclined raised line 41 and the second inclined raised line 61 in a forward direction again, and the first inclined raised line 41 and the second inclined raised line 61 cooperate together again, so as to play the effect of pressing the guide plate 10 by such a round of dial the pressing knob 60, and the rotation of the pressing wheel 40 is always unidirectional rotation.
As a preferred or alternative embodiment, in order to make the structural layout more reliable, so that the pressing structure can be matched with chain plates of chain saws with various specifications, a fixing plate 70 is preferably fixed on the guide plate 10, the lower end of the pressing wheel 40 is close to the fixing plate 70, the pressing knob 60 is operated to drive the pressing wheel 40 to rotate, and the pressing wheel 40 is rotated to drive the fixing plate 70 to move forward along with the guide plate 10 and tension the chain 20.
Specifically, when the pressing knob 60 is operated, the pressing wheel 40 is driven to rotate, and in the process of rotating the pressing wheel 40, the fixing plate 70 is driven to move forward, that is, the guide plate 10 moves forward, so that the function of tensioning the chain is achieved.
Further, a rail 42 which rotates and spreads from inside to outside is arranged at the lower end of the pinch roller 40, a plurality of protrusions 71 which are matched with the rail 42 are arranged on the fixed plate 70, and the corresponding protrusions 71 are arranged in the rail 42; the bottom of the compression wheel 40 cooperates with the protrusion 71 on the fixed plate 70 of the guide plate 10, and the rotation of the compression wheel 40 drives the fixed plate 70 and the guide plate 10 to move forward, so that the chain tensioning function is achieved, and when the chain tensioning device moves, the protrusion 71 slides in the track 42, so that the operation is reliable.
Preferably, to ensure the reliability of the overall operation and the compactness of the spatial arrangement, the springs 50 are arranged as round-table-shaped stacked springs, where the compressibility and spatial arrangement of the stacked springs are particularly suitable for the present compression structure, and the springs 50 are tightly connected between the compression wheel 40 and the compression knob 60, the wider end of the springs 50 is connected with the compression wheel 40, and the narrower end is connected with the compression knob 60.
In order to further improve the reliability of the tight connection of the components, an annular groove 311 is arranged on the outer side of one end, far away from the locking knob 30, of the shaft 31, a clamping spring 80 is clamped in the annular groove 311, and the compression wheel 40 and the compression knob 60 are arranged between the clamping spring 80 and the locking knob 30.
In order to further improve the compactness of the space layout and reduce the occupied volume, a containing groove 62 is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the compression knob 60, a part of the locking knob 30 extends into the containing groove 62, a stirring part of the locking knob 30 is arranged on the periphery, and a manual control part of the locking knob 30 is arranged in the middle.
The chain saw with the chain plate compacting structure has wide market popularization prospect.
