现今随着经济的发展，工业的进步，有很多劳动都被机器取代，人的运动也随之减少，现在的人因为运动的缺乏，也成为了多病的主要原因。而且现在的人多在办公室工作，活动的很少，脚步得不到运动，对身体极其不利。很多人有回去泡脚的习惯，因为工作了一天，泡个脚可以利于身体内血液循环。但是现在很少有既可以泡脚又可以治痛经的泡脚方法。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足，本发明目的是在于提供一种治痛经泡脚配方。
为了实现上述目的，本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现：一种治痛经泡脚配方，其特征在于，所需原料由以下重量组份组成：蒲黄20克、五灵脂20克、香附20克、延胡索20克、当归20克、赤芍15克、桃仁10克、没药10克。
作为优选，上药加水2500毫升，煮沸15分钟后离火，先以药液蒸气熏双脚，待温度适宜后将双脚浸泡于药液中。
作为优选，每次浸泡15-20分钟，每日早晚各熏洗1次，每剂药重复使用两天，于经前3天左右开始用药，连用3-5剂,连续用3个月经周期。
