背景技术：
颈椎病和腰椎病虽然是比较常见的疾病，但是其也是一种疑难杂症，并且会给患者带来以下的危害。颈椎病常见的危害主要是1、颈椎病可以引起头，颈，肩，背，手臂酸痛，颈脖子僵硬，活动受限。颈肩酸痛可放射至头枕部和上肢，有的伴有头晕，房屋旋转，重者伴有恶心呕吐，卧床不起，少数可有眩晕，猝倒。有的一侧面部发热，有时出汗异常。肩背部沉重感，上肢无力，手指发麻，肢体皮肤感觉减退，手握物无力，有时不自觉的握物落地。2、有少数人出现大，小便失控，性功能障碍，甚至四肢瘫痪。也有吞咽困难，发音困难等症状。如果病久治不愈，会引起心理伤害，产生失眠，烦躁，发怒，焦虑，忧郁等症状。3、颈椎病累及交感神经时可出现头晕，头痛，视力模糊，两眼发胀，发干，两眼张不开，耳鸣，耳堵，平衡失调，心动过速，心慌，胸部紧朿感，有的甚至出现胃肠胀气等症状。腰椎病常见的危害主要是1、腰椎滑落，腰椎滑脱是由于椎骨出现变位致使连续性延长，以致上位椎体及椎弓根、横突和上关节突一同在下位椎节上方向前移位而造成的，危害很大，严重危害患者的身体健康。而腰椎峡部崩裂则是由于退行性变、外伤或先天因素等原因而使腰椎椎体与椎弓根或小关节突骨质连续性中断。2、腰椎结核，腰椎结核是由于结核病菌的侵蚀，使病人在腰痛的同时，还出现了腰部强直，使患者不能弯腰，腰疼较为剧烈，并且还会伴有发热、乏力、食欲下降等结核菌毒素中毒的表现。如果腰椎病没有得到及时治疗，那么晚期时可能会造成肢体残疾、瘫痪。3、腰间盘突出，肢体麻木，腰酸等症状，有的甚至不能弯腰，是很影响生活的，患者平时最好适度的休息，睡硬板床，同时可以做做理疗按摩牵引缓解不适的症状。目前，治疗颈椎病和腰椎病的方法众多，主要是物理治疗和药物治疗，或者二者的结合，药物治疗主要是各种膏药，但膏药的使用及其不便，而且治疗效果也不明显，经常出现复发的状况，极大地影响了疗效，另外，物理治疗或膏药治疗的费用较高，治疗成本高。故此，发明一种用于治疗脊椎和腰椎的中药并通过枕疗的方式达到治愈目的是十分必要的。

本发明采用的技术方案为：一种用于治疗脊椎和腰椎的中药，其各成分及重量份为防风25~35克，灵仙22~32克，苏木25~33克，红花21~36克，大艽19~32克，白芷21~40克，木瓜26~39克，独活27~37克，丹参20~38克，川芎23~37克，牛夕28~38克，羌活19~37克，乳香29~41克，没药22~35克，透骨草17~32克，伸筋草24~36克，杜仲21~35克，冰片3~7克。
一种用于治疗脊椎和腰椎的中药的使用方法，将防风、灵仙、苏木、红花、大艽、白芷、木瓜、独活、丹参、川芎、牛夕、羌活、乳香、没药、透骨草、伸筋草、杜仲及冰片称重混配后装入直径为8~12厘米，长度为30~35厘米的枕头中，制成用于睡眠或休息的中药枕头，患者通过枕着该中药枕头达到治疗脊椎和腰椎的目的。
本发明的有益效果：治疗效果好，治愈方法简单，治愈后无复发，治疗成本低，可以大规模地推广和使用。通过中药枕头的弧度矫正腰椎或脊椎的弧度，使得发生病变或变形的颈椎或腰椎恢复生理弧度，并且通过中药到达治疗的目的，药物起到舒筋活血及通络打开毛孔的作用，调节关节密度，彻底根治颈椎病和腰椎病。
具体实施方式：
一种用于治疗脊椎和腰椎的中药，秤取重量为防风28克，灵仙29克，苏木30克，红花31克，大艽29克，白芷32克，木瓜33克，独活30克，丹参26克，川芎29克，牛夕32克，羌活33克，乳香35克，没药28克，透骨草27克，伸筋草31克，杜仲3克，冰片5克。将上述防风、灵仙、苏木、红花、大艽、白芷、木瓜、独活、丹参、川芎、牛夕、羌活、乳香、没药、透骨草、伸筋草、杜仲及冰片均匀混配后装入直径为10厘米，长度为32厘米的枕头中，制成用于睡眠或休息的中药枕头，患者通过枕着该中药枕头达到治疗脊椎和腰椎的目的。
治愈病例一
齐某，男性，年龄38岁，家住大庆让胡路区，颈椎病患者，经多家治疗机构反复治疗后无明显好转，通过使用本发明的中药枕头，成功治愈，治疗方法简单，治疗成本低，得到了患者赞誉。
治愈病例二
孙某，女性，年龄52岁，家住大庆萨尔图区，腰椎病多年，经多次治疗后无明显好转，通过使用本发明的中药枕头，病情好转，继续使用后成功治愈，并无复发。

1.一种用于治疗脊椎和腰椎的中药，其特征在于：其各成分及重量份为防风25~35克，灵仙22~32克，苏木25~33克，红花21~36克，大艽19~32克，白芷21~40克，木瓜26~39克，独活27~37克，丹参20~38克，川芎23~37克，牛夕28~38克，羌活19~37克，乳香29~41克，没药22~35克，透骨草17~32克，伸筋草24~36克，杜仲21~35克，冰片3~7克。
2.一种权利要求1所述的用于治疗脊椎和腰椎的中药的使用方法，其特征在于：将防风、灵仙、苏木、红花、大艽、白芷、木瓜、独活、丹参、川芎、牛夕、羌活、乳香、没药、透骨草、伸筋草、杜仲及冰片称重混配后装入直径为8~12厘米，长度为30~35厘米的枕头中，制成用于睡眠或休息的中药枕头，患者通过枕着该中药枕头达到治疗脊椎和腰椎的目的。
