First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a dual J-tube pulling device 100, where the dual J-tube pulling device 100 includes a pulling tube 110 and a pulling wire 120, and one end of the pulling tube 110 is connected to one end of the pulling wire 120.
Referring to fig. 2, as an implementation manner of the present embodiment, the plucking tube 110 is bendable, it can be understood that the plucking tube 110 bends under the action of pressure, wherein the bending degree depends on the magnitude of the pressure, and when the pressure is cancelled, the plucking tube 110 is restored to be a straight tube. Further, the material for manufacturing the plucking tube 110 can be polyurethane, which has strong aging resistance, good tissue compatibility, no toxicity and extremely smooth surface, and meanwhile, the plucking tube 110 has elasticity, thus effectively preventing puncture.
Referring to fig. 3, in this embodiment, one end of the plucking tube 110 sequentially passes through the urethra and the bladder to contact the bladder wall when being pushed, it is understood that the end of the plucking tube 110 far from the plucking wire 120 is pushed, the end of the plucking tube 110 connected with the plucking wire 120 sequentially passes through the urethra and the bladder to contact the bladder wall when being pushed, and under the continuing action of the pushing force, the end of the plucking tube 110 bends in the bladder to form a ring together with the plucking wire 120 to cover one end of the double J-tube located in the bladder, wherein the plucking tube 110 forms an arch shape when the bending just begins in the bladder and forms a ring shape with the plucking wire 120 connected with the same, and the plucking tube 110 itself forms a ring shape when the plucking tube 110 is further bent.
It will be appreciated that one end of the plucking wire 120 is located in the bladder after passing through the urethra and the bladder in sequence by the plucking tube 110, and in particular, since one end of the plucking wire 120 is connected to one end of the plucking tube 110, when one end of the plucking tube 110 passes through the urethra and the bladder in sequence to contact the wall of the bladder, one end of the plucking wire 120 connected to the plucking tube 110 also passes through the urethra and the bladder in sequence and then is located in the bladder. It should be noted that, if one end of the plucking wire 120 is just connected to the top of one end of the plucking tube 110, the plucking wire 120 is also in contact with the bladder wall after passing through the urethra and the bladder in sequence, and if one end of the plucking wire 120 is connected to a position of one end of the plucking tube 110 near the top, the plucking wire 120 is located in the bladder after passing through the urethra and the bladder in sequence.
Wherein, when the pulling out tube 110 continues to bend under the pushing force, the pulling out wire 120 will not receive the force because the junction of the pulling out tube 110 and the pulling out wire 120 will remain motionless, and the pulling out wire 120 will not enter the urethra and the bladder any more.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, it will be understood that the pulling force of the pulling tube 110 and the pulling wire 120 sequentially passes through the bladder and the urethra to be pulled out, wherein the pulling force acts on the end of the pulling tube 110 far from the end connected with the pulling wire 120 and acts on the end of the pulling wire 120 far from the end connected with the pulling tube 110, so as to drive the end of the pulling tube 110 connected with the pulling wire 120 and the end of the pulling wire 120 connected with the pulling tube 110 sequentially pass through the bladder and the urethra to be pulled out.
In this embodiment, in the process of pulling out the pulling out tube 110 and the pulling out wire 120 after the pulling force passes through the bladder and the urethra in sequence, the annular body formed by the pulling out wire 120 and the end of the pulling out tube 110 connected with the pulling out wire 120 contracts under the pulling force, so that the end of the pulling out wire 120 hooks the end of the double J tube and passes through the bladder and the urethra in sequence with the pulling out tube 110 and the pulling out wire 120, and the double J tube is pulled out of the body. Specifically, when the pulling force is not applied to the pulling tube 110 and the pulling wire 120, the pulling tube 110 is bent, and forms a ring body together with the pulling wire 120 to cover one end of the double-J tube, but at this time, the aperture of the ring body is too large to accurately hook one end of the double-J tube, and after the pulling force is applied to the pulling tube 110 and the pulling wire 120, the ring body contracts to hook one end of the double-J tube, so that the double-J tube is pulled out of the body.
The simple double-J tube pulling device 100 formed by the pulling tube 110 and the pulling line 120 is convenient to operate when being used for pulling double J tubes, has small injuries to the urethra, the bladder and the human body, and greatly reduces the cost of pulling double J tubes, and can be understood that the double-J tube pulling device 100 is particularly suitable for pulling double J tubes of children patients under non-general anesthesia and non-cystoscope.
As an implementation of this embodiment, the outer surface of the plucking tube 110 may be coated with paraffin oil to lubricate the plucking tube 110, and the outer surface of the plucking wire 120 may be coated with paraffin oil to lubricate the plucking wire 120. Wherein the paraffinic oil is a mineral oil, and is a colorless and odorless mixture obtained by fractionating crude oil. It can be divided into light mineral oil and general mineral oil, and the specific gravity and viscosity of light mineral oil are lower.
It will be appreciated that the length of the plucking wire 120 is greater than or equal to the length from the urethral orifice to the bladder wall, specifically, because one end of the plucking wire 120 is connected to one end of the plucking tube 110, and the plucking tube 110 drives the plucking wire 120 to sequentially pass through the urethra and the bladder to contact the bladder wall, and at the same time, the plucking wire 120 is pulled by external force to sequentially pass through the bladder and the bladder to pluck, and thus, the length of the plucking wire 120 is at least equal to the length from the urethral orifice to the bladder wall, i.e. greater than or equal to the length from the urethral orifice to the bladder wall.
Further, the length of the plucking tube 110 is longer than the length from the urethral orifice to the bladder wall, in particular, since the plucking tube 110 is contacted with the bladder wall after passing through the urethra and the bladder in order by a pushing force and is bent inside the bladder to form a ring body, the length of the plucking tube 110 is longer than the length from the urethral orifice to the bladder wall, wherein the length of the plucking tube 110 is 2-5 times the length of the plucking wire 120. Preferably, in this embodiment, the length of the plucking tube 110 is 50cm-70cm.
As a way, the connection manner between the one end of the pulling out tube 110 and the one end of the pulling out wire 120 may be detachable connection or may be fixed connection, wherein, when the one end of the pulling out tube 110 and the one end of the pulling out wire 120 are detachable connection, the one end of the pulling out wire 120 may be sleeved on the one end of the pulling out tube 110; when one end of the plucking tube 110 is fixedly connected to one end of the plucking wire 120, the plucking wire 120 and the plucking tube 110 are integrally formed during manufacturing, and the plucking wire 120 may be fixed to the plucking tube 110 at a later stage.
Further, the other end of the plucking tube 110 is a free end, i.e. the end of the plucking tube 110 far away from the connection with the plucking wire 120 is a free end; the other end of the pull-out wire 120 is a free end, i.e., the end of the pull-out wire 120 distal from the connection with the pull-out tube 110 is a free end, to minimize the double J-tube pull-out device 100.
In the present embodiment, the plucking tube 110 is a solid plucking tube or a hollow plucking tube, which is not limited herein.
Wherein, the direct of the plucking tube 110 is 0.5-2mm to meet the patients of different ages and sizes.
The double-J-tube pulling device 100 provided in the first embodiment of the present invention sequentially passes through the urethra and the bladder to contact the bladder wall when one end of the pulling tube 110 is pushed, and bends in the bladder wall, and forms a ring together with the pulling wire 120 to cover one end of the double-J-tube located in the bladder, wherein one end of the pulling wire 120 sequentially passes through the urethra and the bladder under the driving of the pulling tube 110, and the ring formed by the end of the pulling tube 110 connected with the pulling wire 120 and the pulling wire 120 sequentially contracts under the action of the pulling force of the other ends of the pulling tube 110 and the pulling wire 120, so that one end of the double-J-tube sequentially passes through the bladder and the urethra to pull the double-J-tube out of the body, thereby providing the double-J-tube pulling device 100 which has the advantages of simple operation, high success rate, reduced medical cost, reduced damage to the human body, and is particularly suitable for pediatric patients.
