Abstract
The invention relates to a unilateral gasket stitching nail of a prepuce cutter, which comprises a nail frame, nail feet and gaskets, wherein the nail feet are respectively arranged at two sides of the nail frame, the nail feet and the nail frame are connected into a whole, the nail feet penetrate through one side of the gaskets, when the nail feet are nailed on skin tissues, one side of the gasket where the nail feet are positioned is stably positioned, and the other side of the gasket can be turned along with erection of penis in a matched manner. When the penis is engorged with blood and erects, the erected penis can generate outward pushing force on the pad, the pressure of the penis on the stitching nails can be borne by the unilateral pad, the unilateral pad which can be turned can support the erected penis and can turn over along with the erect penis, and the unilateral pad is continuously matched with skin tissues to reduce the pressure between the stitching nails and the skin tissues; the asymmetric gasket makes the nail frame part of the suturing nail be closer to the incision, when the penis is erected, the suturing nail is easier to cut and separate from the edge of the incision under the prying action of the lever force of the unilateral gasket which is far away from the incision, and the rapid nail removing effect is achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical apparatus, in particular to a unilateral pad stitching nail used on a disposable prepuce cutting stitching instrument.
Background
Prepuce overlength or phimosis is a common reproductive problem for men. Along with the continuous improvement of the living standard and health consciousness of people, higher requirements are put forward on the reproduction health of the people. The prepuce is too long and easy to store dirt, so that glans penis inflammation is caused, normal couple life is affected, and the chance of cervical inflammation and cervical cancer is increased. Circumcision is an effective method of treating foreskin overlength and phimosis. At present, the method of conventional circumcision and cutting suture is generally adopted for the overlong foreskin. Conventional circumcision adopts manual cutting suture, so that the circumcision is uneven, bleeding in the operation is more, and the operation time is long. The existing cutting suture device has the characteristics of smooth incision, short operation time and simple operation, but still has certain defects.
The existing suturing technology is that the suturing nail is of a common slender structure, and after the stapling work is completed, the nail frame and the bent nail feet form a clamping ring fastening tissue; however, unlike other body parts, the penis can often erect to press the tissues where the stitching nails are positioned; over time, the tissue can become ischemic necrosis, and the nail feet can sink into the cut foreskin tissue, resulting in tissue damage and post-operation scar formation; and simultaneously, the nail is difficult to remove, and the patient is stabbed and uncomfortable. In the prior art, when the symmetrical gaskets are arranged by the stitching nails, the two side edges of the gaskets are easy to press the skin when the patient erects, so that skin tissues are damaged and scars are formed, pain is brought to the patient, and the symmetrical gaskets are inconvenient for the stitching nails at the later stage to fall off.

Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The nail feet 2 of the stitching nail penetrate into skin tissues and are fixed by bending the nail feet 2 through the matched nail plates. As an improved embodiment, the width of the prying nail portion 32 becomes gradually smaller from the farther to the closer to the nail carrying portion 31. The distal end of the prying nail part 32 is larger, so that the maximum supporting effect is achieved; the nail carrying part 31 is gradually reduced, so that the whole nail picking part 32 is uniformly stressed when the penis is erected, the lever prying force is maximum, and the lever prying force can be stably applied to the middle part of the nail carrying part 31.
