Two symmetrical spiral sliding grooves 3.3 are arranged in the sliding sleeve 3.2, and two protruding pins 4.3 are arranged at the upper end of the cutter bar 4.1. The two symmetrically arranged spiral sliding grooves 3.3 have the function of enabling the stirring blade assembly 4 to be subjected to driving force on two sides and the stress to be balanced evenly. The two spiral sliding grooves 3.3 are deep and shallow, the two protruding pins 4.3 are long and short, the long protruding pins 4.3 are embedded in the deep spiral sliding grooves 3.3, and the short protruding pins 4.3 are embedded in the shallow spiral sliding grooves 3.3. So that when the two spiral sliding grooves 3.3 are intersected and disconnected, the protruding pin 4.3 can still travel along the original ascending or descending route, and cannot slide to the other spiral sliding groove 3.3 at the intersection.
For better illustration, an example of a design rotational speed is listed below. If the output shaft A5.1 is 3500rpm, the transmission ratio of the output shaft A5.1 to the output shaft B5.2 is 1:1.0587, the rotating speed of the output shaft B5.2 is 3555 rpm, and the output shaft A5.1 is 3500rpm to the stirring blade assembly 4 for rotary cutting movement. The output shaft B5.2 is output to the reversing device 3 at 3555 rpm, and the reversing device 3 and the stirring blade assembly 4 have a speed difference of 3555-3500=55 rpm, so that up-and-down reciprocating motion with a frequency of 55rpm is generated. Therefore, the smaller the difference between the rotation speeds of the output shaft a5.1 and the output shaft B5.2, the lower the frequency of the up-and-down reciprocating motion, and the stirring blade assembly 4 does not generate the up-and-down reciprocating motion when the rotation speeds of the output shaft a5.1 and the output shaft B5.2 are equal.
In a second embodiment of the reversing device 3 and the stirring blade assembly 4, as shown in fig. 5, a sleeve 4.5 is arranged above the blade bar 4.1, the upper end of the sleeve 4.5 being coupled to the output shaft B5.2. The cutter bar 4.1 is movably inserted under the sleeve 4.5 and is radially fixed with the sleeve 4.5, so that the sleeve 4.5 and the stirring cutter assembly 4 can be driven to synchronously rotate when the output shaft B5.2 rotates.
