技术领域
本发明属于湿气吸收器,具体来说是被配置为容纳有含吸湿性材料的囊袋的袋状结构的那些湿气吸收器的领域。
背景技术
在潮湿的空气中,出于个人舒适性原因和为了防止由于霉菌导致变质等而需要吸收湿气。
已知湿气吸收器或湿度调节器由具有盖子的容器和吸收湿气的吸湿性材料组成。当所述材料饱和时,它会变成液体,从而需要打开所述容器,在相应的不便和液体溢出风险下取出所述液体,并且在有可能时替换所述吸湿性材料;另外,这些吸收器一般占据一定的体积,使得它们只能被放在诸如桌子、架子等稳定表面上。
还已知由具有两个叠合腔室的袋状结构组成的吸收器,吸湿性材料被放在上部腔室中,而水被收集在底部腔室中。该发明的缺点在于其占据较大体积,而且重复利用需要取出所形成的液体并且替换柔性袋子中的吸湿性材料,从而存在相应的困难和不便。
本发明通过方便而有效地替换吸湿性材料克服了上述缺点,从而满足了对不滴漏、占据较小体积并且可以重复利用的湿气吸收器的需要。
发明内容
本发明由独立权利要求定义和表征,附属权利要求描述其额外特征。
本发明的主旨涉及一种不滴漏、占据较小体积并且当吸湿性材料饱和时可以重复利用的湿气吸收器,其可以用于户外和户内,包括壁橱或车辆内。要解决的技术问题是配置呈其中多种部件的构形满足所述目标的袋状结构形式的湿气吸收器。
术语“三维立体织物”是指通过用织物纱线缝合两个平行织物层来代替形成具有较小厚度的平坦结构或具有相当大厚度的二维结构或三维结构而形成的被这样称呼的已知织物。
所述吸收器的一个优点是由于所述三维织物的构形,它是透气的。另外,可以看出由于织物具有大量纱线,所以在吸收器中形成一滴水时,它将被保留在织物纱线中,从而不会发生滴漏。
三维织物的构形带来的另一个优点是其柔软而令人愉悦的触感和由织物图案配置多种视觉设计的可能性。
另一个优点是所述吸收器的重复利用由于此举包括从所述袋状结构中取出密闭囊袋并且用另一个囊袋替换它而非常简单且不发生滴漏。
又另一个优点是因为它含有单个腔室,所以所述吸收器具有相对较小的尺寸,并且可以被放在任何室外位置和实际上任何室内位置,无论所述位置有多么狭窄。
一个额外优点与构形简单性有关,这允许获得廉价产品,因为它仅仅是存在具有闭合构件的开口的袋状结构。
开口带来的一个额外优点是有可能看到吸湿性材料何时饱和并且必须替换,而不必打开所述袋状结构。
包括悬挂构件,诸如呈衣架形式的包括挂钩的那些悬挂构件带来的又另一个额外优点是所述装置可以被悬挂放在任何位置,诸如室外栏杆、壁橱杆或车把手。

附图示出了一种湿气吸收器,其包括袋状结构(1),所述袋状结构容纳有囊袋(2),所述囊袋又含有吸湿性材料(3);所述袋状结构(1)是由三维立体织物制成,配置有含有所述囊袋(2)的单个腔室,并且具有存在闭合构件(4)的开口(1.1)。所述开口(1.1)允许将所述囊袋(2)放在所述腔室中或将所述囊袋(2)从其中取出,从而可以替换所述含吸湿性材料(3)的囊袋(2),以重复利用所述吸收器。
任选地,所述吸湿性材料(3)呈颗粒形式,并且所述囊袋(2)的一部分是由透气不透液体的材料,诸如Tyvek®制成,图中未示出。
任选地,如图3中所示,所述袋状结构(1)提供开口(1.2),通过所述开口可以看到所述含吸湿性材料(3)的囊袋(2)。所述开口可以是开放的或用透明或半透明膜,诸如PVC膜来封闭。
一个选择为闭合构件(4)是Velcro®搭扣或钩型和环型构件,如图1和图2中所示。这样,每当需要时以简单方式打开和闭合开口(1.1)。另一个选择为闭合构件(4)是按扣,如图3和图4中所示。

在正常情况下,三维织物是聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯或聚酰胺,但它可以由任何其他材料或上述材料的组合制成。
此外,出于造型原因或由于放置吸收器的空间的需要,袋状结构(1)的外周线可以具有任何形状,正常是四边形或圆形,这是因为它们的构造简单性,但它也可以是五边形、六边形或任何其他形状。

Claims (12)

1.一种湿气吸收器,其包括袋状结构(1),所述袋状结构容纳有含吸湿性材料(3)的囊袋(2),其特征在于,所述袋状结构(1)是由三维立体织物制成,配置有容纳所述囊袋(2)的单个腔室,包括具有闭合构件(4)的开口(1.1),所述开口(1.1)允许将所述囊袋(2)插在所述腔室中或将所述囊袋从其中取出,从而可以替换所述含吸湿性材料(3)的囊袋(2),以便重复利用所述吸收器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸收器,其中所述袋状结构(1)包括开口(1.2),通过所述开口可以看到所述含吸湿性材料(3)的囊袋(2)。
3.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的吸收器,其中所述闭合构件(4)是Velcro®搭扣。
4.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的吸收器,其中所述闭合构件(4)是按扣。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的吸收器,其还包括通过与所述开口(1.1)的所述闭合构件(4)相容的附接构件(5)与所述开口(1.1)附接的悬挂构件(6)。
6.根据权利要求3和5所述的吸收器,其中所述附接构件(5)是在所述袋状结构的所述开口(1.1)处通过所述闭合构件(4)的所述Velcro®型搭扣与所述袋状结构(1)附接的Velcro®型搭扣。
7.根据权利要求4和5所述的吸收器,其中所述附接构件(5)包括在所述悬挂构件(6)中的孔口,所述闭合构件(4)的所述按扣穿过所述孔口。
8.根据权利要求5至7中任一项所述的吸收器,其中所述悬挂构件(6)包括钩状构形。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的吸收器,其中所述三维立体织物是由聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯或聚酰胺制成。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的吸收器,其中所述吸湿性材料(3)呈颗粒形式,并且所述囊袋(2)的一部分是由透气不透液体的材料制成。
11.根据权利要求10所述的吸收器,其中所述部分是由Tyvek®型材料制成。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的吸收器,其中所述袋状结构(1)的外周线是四边形或圆形。
