Because of various kinds of equipment of a power supply system, various factors such as different positions of the ground wire and different voltage levels are required to be installed, the following problems are encountered in the installation and removal processes of the ground wire:
1) The installation positions are different, when the grounding wire is installed or removed, the clamping head is required to continuously adjust the installation direction, so that an operator is required to continuously adjust the operation rods front, back, left, right, up and down;
2) The equipment for installing the grounding wire is different, the size of the clamping opening of the grounding wire is required to be adjusted to adapt to different sizes of the equipment in the process of installing or dismantling the grounding wire, so that the size and the clamping force of the grounding wire clamping opening are required to be continuously adjusted by operating the trigger through the handle, the requirement on the holding force by pressing the operating trigger by hand is high, the labor intensity is high, if the number of the grounding wires to be assembled and disassembled is large, operators cannot independently bear the high labor intensity, a plurality of people are required to operate in turn, a large amount of labor force is consumed, and the working efficiency is low;
3) The voltage level of the field equipment of the transformer substation is different, the insulation distance, the equipment volume and the height are different, so that the length of the ground wire gun is different, namely, the length of the sleeve is long, the length of the sleeve with high voltage level is long, the length of the sleeve with low voltage level is short, the short operating rod is relatively easy to operate, but if the voltage level of the equipment is high, the length of the operating rod is long, the weight of the upper part of the operating rod after the ground wire clamp is clamped is too heavy, the operating rod cannot be lifted to the installation position by an operator by means of personal force, however, guardians do not allow participation in operation in the transformer operation and maintenance switching operation, so that the ground wire hanging work of a certain high voltage level cannot be completed by the ground wire gun alone, and sometimes the operation is assisted by means of an insulating arm car, and the difficulty, the time and the cost of operation are greatly increased.
Based on the above problems, the applicant has developed an auxiliary operating device for a ground wire installer, by which an operator can easily complete the ground wire assembling and disassembling work, especially the ground wire assembling and disassembling work of high voltage class equipment.
