Abstract
The invention provides a one-way valve for an oilfield high-pressure water injection well, which comprises an outer cylinder, an inner valve and a plug, wherein a water injection pipe is arranged on the side wall of the outer cylinder, a water inlet is arranged at the bottom opening, the inner valve is arranged in the outer cylinder and can be in sliding sealing arrangement with the inner wall of the outer cylinder, a water outlet is arranged on the side wall of the inner valve, the water outlet is arranged corresponding to the water injection pipe, the upper part of the plug is in threaded connection with the inner wall of the outer cylinder, the lower part of the plug is in sliding sealing arrangement with the inner wall of the outer cylinder, and a hooking device is arranged at the center of the bottom of the plug and is connected with the top of the inner valve. The invention has simple structure and convenient operation, and can prolong the service life and reduce the maintenance cost.

Background
Currently, in oilfield production, a water injection well is widely provided with a single flow valve at a wellhead in order to prevent formation from back-jetting water and sand. The prior check valve used for the water injection well is a high-pressure horizontal check valve, and the reverse closure is realized by the action of a spring or gravity in the valve body. Meanwhile, due to corrosion, the valve ball and the valve seat are damaged due to long-term impact or injected water contains various impurities and scales, so that the impurities and the scales are adhered to the valve and the valve seat of the check valve, and the check valve is damaged and closed untight after being used for a period of time, and the reverse check valve is lost. When the water injection well is stopped due to reasons, stratum water can reversely flow into the shaft due to the action of stratum pressure difference, and a large amount of stratum sand is carried by the stratum water under the reaction force to form a stratum sand-spitting phenomenon, so that the water injection layer and the water injection pipe column of the water injection well are buried with sand, the water injection well cannot normally produce, and the water injection well has to perform operations such as sand flushing, sand prevention, pipe inspection and the like, so that huge expenditure of operation cost is caused.

According to the technical scheme, the internal valve comprises an internal valve body, a valve seat, a ball valve core and a baffle, wherein the internal valve body is of a cylindrical structure with a central hole at the top of an opening at the bottom, the top of the internal valve body is connected with the hooking device, the baffle is in threaded connection with the inner wall at the bottom of the internal valve body, the valve seat is arranged on the baffle, and the ball valve core is arranged on the valve seat.

The internal valve comprises an internal valve body 5, a valve seat 6, a ball valve core 7 and a baffle plate 8, wherein the internal valve body is of a cylindrical structure with a central hole at the top of an opening at the bottom, the top of the internal valve body is connected with a hooking device, the baffle plate is in threaded connection with the inner wall at the bottom of the internal valve body, the valve seat is arranged on the baffle plate, and the ball valve core is arranged on the valve seat. The lower part of the inner wall of the outer cylinder is provided with a shoulder, the bottom of the inner valve body is configured with the shoulder, the inner wall of the inner valve body is provided with a spigot and the top of the valve seat are configured to position the valve seat, an O-shaped sealing ring is arranged between the valve seat and the inner valve body for sealing, and water filtering holes 9 are uniformly distributed on the baffle plate, so that coarse filtration can be performed, and impurities in water are simply filtered.

When the plug rises in a rotating way, the hanging plate is attached to the inner valve body, and the inner valve is driven to rise along the outer cylinder until the inner valve is separated from the outer cylinder.
The center of the top of the plug is provided with a screwing support 12, the screwing support is provided with a screwing hole 13, and when the plug is disassembled or installed, an auxiliary screwing rod can be inserted into the screwing hole, so that the operation of screwing the plug is convenient and labor-saving.
When the water injection well is filled with water, the injected water enters the outer barrel from the inlet at the lower part of the outer barrel, then is filtered by the baffle plate and enters the inner valve body, the ball valve core is separated from the valve seat under the action of the injected water pressure, at the moment, the water injection channel is opened, the injected water in the inner valve enters the water injection pipe along the water outlet, and finally flows to the water injection well; when the water injection well stops injecting water, the ball valve core falls under the action of pressure difference and self gravity and is matched with the valve seat to close the inner valve, so that the water injection channel is closed; when the sealing of the ball valve core and the valve seat fails, the plug is separated from the outer cylinder by rotating the plug, the inner valve is pulled out together through the hanging disc, and after the ball valve core and the valve seat are replaced, the inner valve and the plug are installed in the outer cylinder, so that the operation is continued, and the integral replacement of the one-way valve is avoided.
