Abstract

本发明涉及一种免砌榫卯连接保温砖体及砌体,由建筑垃圾再生制成,包括高度为L的半砖和高度为2L的整砖,砖体两端向外伸出有凸块,所述凸块关于砖体中心对称,凸块侧壁与其所对应的砖体侧壁处于同一平面内,凸块截面横向截面为正四边形砌块利用建筑垃圾再生制造,促进了资源的再次利用;左右相邻的砖体之间通过榫卯连接结构能形成咬合结构,上下砌块之间的缝线在竖直方向呈交错布置,上下相邻的砖体之间,设有相匹配的连接插头和插槽,极大的增强了砌体的坚固性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种装修装饰材料,具体涉及一种建筑垃圾再生的免砌榫卯连接保温砖体及砌体。
背景技术
采用建筑垃圾粉碎后再次成型生产的再生砌块具有节能、环保的特点,例用建筑材料回收再造的砌块不仅价格低廉,还促进了资源的再次利用,有利于建造美丽的城市风光;当今生活中建筑回收再生砌块广泛应用于房屋、墙体及装修装饰等领域,但现有的砌块结构大多需要利用水泥砌筑,砌筑难度大,砌筑过程较为繁琐。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,提供一种能够不利于水泥进行砌筑的新型砖体,本发明设计了一种免砌榫卯连接保温砖体。
本发明的具体技术内容为:一种免砌榫卯连接保温砖体,由建筑垃圾再生制成,包括高度为L的半砖和高度为2L的整砖,砖体两端向外伸出有凸块,所述凸块关于砖体中心对称,凸块侧壁与其所对应的砖体侧壁处于同一平面内,凸块截面横向截面为正四边形,凸块宽度为砖体宽度的二分之一;砖体其中一端凸块远离砖体一侧端面与其所对应的砖体端面设有连接榫头,砖体另一端凸块远离砖体一侧端面与其所对应的砖体端面设有连接榫槽,所述榫头与榫槽相匹配;砖体上表面设有连接插头,砖体下表面对应连接插头设有连接插槽;连接插头或连接插槽与砖体两侧侧壁之间对应设有保温夹层;所述保温夹层内设有保温棉。
优选地,所述连接插头或连接连接插槽为方形;所述连接榫头或连接榫槽为正三边形,所述连接榫头或连接榫槽设置在凸块侧壁或砖体端面未设凸块部分侧壁的中部。
一种免砌砌体,由免砌榫卯连接保温砖体砌筑形成,包括高度为L的半砖和高度为2L的整砖,整砖与半砖交错布置形成砌体的基层,横向相邻的两个砖体通过连接榫头与连接榫槽相互匹配连接,竖向相邻的两个砖体通过连接插头和连接插槽相互匹配连接;在砌体基层上砌筑整砖形成砌体,砌体上下砌块之间的缝线在竖直方向呈交错分布。
砌体顶层利用半砖填平形成平整的砌体端面。
有益技术效果:砌块利用建筑垃圾再生制造,促进了资源的再次利用;左右相邻的砖体之间通过榫卯连接结构能形成咬合结构,上下砌块之间的缝线在竖直方向呈交错布置,上下相邻的砖体之间,设有相匹配的连接插头和插槽,极大的增强了砌体的坚固性,在砌筑砌体的时候能够不使用水泥进行加固,节约了建筑成本;连接榫头及连接榫槽为正三边形,便于砌筑。

具体实施方式
一种免砌榫卯连接保温砖体,参见图1-3:由建筑垃圾再生制成,包括高度为L的半砖a和高度为2L的整砖b,砖体1两端向外伸出有凸块5,所述凸块5关于砖体1中心对称,凸块5侧壁与其所对应的砖体1侧壁处于同一平面内,凸块5截面横向截面为正四边形,凸块5宽度为砖体1宽度的二分之一;砖体1其中一端凸块5远离砖体1一侧端面与其所对应的砖体1端面设有连接榫头4,砖体1另一端凸块5远离砖体1一侧端面与其所对应的砖体1端面设有连接榫槽2,所述榫头与榫槽相匹配;砖体1上表面设有连接插头3;连接插头3或连接插槽6与砖体1两侧侧壁之间对应设有保温夹层7;所述保温夹层7内设有保温棉。
优选地,所述连接插头3或连接连接插槽6为方形;所述连接榫头4或连接榫槽2为正三边形,所述连接榫头4或连接榫槽2设置在凸块5侧壁或砖体1端面未设凸块5部分侧壁的中部。
一种免砌砌体,参见图1-6:由免砌榫卯连接保温砖体砌筑形成,包括高度为L的半砖a和高度为2L的整砖b,整砖b与半砖a交错布置形成砌体的基层,横向相邻的两个砖体1通过连接榫头4与连接榫槽2相互匹配连接,竖向相邻的两个砖体1通过连接插头3和连接插槽6相互匹配连接;在砌体基层上砌筑整砖b形成砌体,砌体上下砌块之间的缝线在竖直方向呈交错分布。
砌体顶层利用半砖a填平形成平整的砌体端面。

1.一种免砌榫卯连接保温砖体,由建筑垃圾再生制成,包括高度为L的半砖和高度为2L的整砖,其特征在于,砖体两端向外伸出有凸块,所述凸块关于砖体中心对称,凸块侧壁与其所对应的砖体侧壁处于同一平面内,凸块截面横向截面为正四边形,凸块宽度为砖体宽度的二分之一;砖体其中一端凸块远离砖体一侧端面与其所对应的砖体端面设有连接榫头,砖体另一端凸块远离砖体一侧端面与其所对应的砖体端面设有连接榫槽,所述榫头与榫槽相匹配;砖体上表面设有连接插头,砖体下表面对应连接插头设有连接插槽;连接插头或连接插槽与砖体两侧侧壁之间对应设有保温夹层;所述保温夹层内设有保温棉。
