本发明公开了一种耐磨型瓦楞纸板，包括内芯纸和面纸，所述的面纸包裹设置在内芯纸的外侧边，所述的内芯纸由多层竖向排列的瓦楞纸板组成蜂窝型结构的耐磨层，相邻耐磨层之间呈交错设置，相邻瓦楞纸板之间的距离为0.35‑1.35cm。通过上述方式，本发明的耐磨型瓦楞纸板，适合用于包装产品，生产成本低，耐磨性好，不易损坏、重量较轻且制造成本低，适合推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装的技术领域，尤其涉及一种耐磨型瓦楞纸板。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板是一个多层的黏合体，它最少由一层波浪形芯纸夹层及一层纸板构成。它有很高的机械强度，能抵受搬运过程中的碰撞和摔跌。瓦楞纸箱的实际表现取决于三项因素：芯纸和纸板的特性及纸箱本身的结构。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐磨型瓦楞纸板，适合用于包装产品，生产成本低，耐磨性好，不易损坏、重量较轻且制造成本低，适合推广应用。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供了一种耐磨型瓦楞纸板，包括内芯纸和面纸，所述的面纸包裹设置在内芯纸的外侧边，所述的内芯纸由多层竖向排列的瓦楞纸板组成蜂窝型结构的耐磨层，相邻耐磨层之间呈交错设置，相邻瓦楞纸板之间的距离为0.35-1.35cm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述的面纸采用牛皮纸。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述的耐磨层的层数至少为2层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述的瓦楞纸板的数量为150-650片。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述的内芯纸的侧面外形结构呈“W”字形结构。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述的内芯纸的厚度为3-10cm。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的耐磨型瓦楞纸板，适合用于包装产品，生产成本低，耐磨性好，不易损坏、重量较轻且制造成本低，适合推广应用。

一种耐磨型瓦楞纸板，包括内芯纸1和面纸2，所述的面纸2包裹设置在内芯纸1的外侧边，所述的内芯纸1由多层竖向排列的瓦楞纸板11组成蜂窝型结构的耐磨层12，相邻耐磨层12之间呈交错设置，更具有抗压性，不易变形，相邻瓦楞纸板11之间的距离为0.35-1.35cm，密度高，耐磨。
上述中，所述的面纸2采用牛皮纸，强度高，防水性能好，柔韧结实，耐破度高，能承受较大拉力和压力不破裂。
进一步的，所述的瓦楞纸板11的数量为150-650片；所述的耐磨层12的层数至少为2层，具有高密度、耐磨性能强的特点。
本实施例中，所述的内芯纸1的侧面外形结构呈“W”字形结构，其中，所述的内芯纸的厚度为3-10cm，不仅适合猫磨爪，还适合猫在上面睡觉，不易损坏。
综上所述，本发明的耐磨型瓦楞纸板，适合用于包装产品，生产成本低，耐磨性好，不易损坏、重量较轻且制造成本低，适合推广应用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨型瓦楞纸板，其特征在于，所述的面纸采用牛皮纸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨型瓦楞纸板，其特征在于，所述的耐磨层的层数至少为2层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨型瓦楞纸板，其特征在于，所述的瓦楞纸板的数量为150-650片。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨型瓦楞纸板，其特征在于，所述的内芯纸的侧面外形结构呈“W”字形结构。
