Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an odor adsorbing fabric, comprising a base layer, wherein the base layer comprises a plurality of regions, and a coating layer is disposed in some or all of the regions, and the coating layer is formed by a coating layer comprising: the material of any one or more of active carbon particles, active carbon fibers, coke, carbon black, photocatalyst, silicon dioxide, organic modified silicic acid, zinc oxide, talc and silica gel is coated; the composition of the material in the coating layer is different in any adjacent said areas.
Preferably, the regions are divided in a grid manner on the same side of the base layer.
The coating layer is formed by coating materials of any one or more of active carbon particles, active carbon fibers, coke, carbon black, photocatalyst, silicon dioxide, organic modified silicic acid, zinc oxide, talc and silica gel, the materials have good adsorption capacity, and can be coated on each area of the fabric after being mixed with a coating carrier, so that the fabric has good peculiar smell adsorption capacity, peculiar smell is not easy to remain on the fabric, the frequency of cleaning the fabric due to the adhesion of the peculiar smell is reduced, the labor capacity of a user is reduced, the service life of the fabric is prolonged, and water is saved. In this embodiment, it is preferable to divide the plurality of regions in a grid manner on the same side of the base layer, as shown in fig. 1: a first coating region 11, a second coating region 12, a third coating region 13, a fourth coating region 14, and the like; the coating layers are respectively coated in each area; according to the part of the fabric for manufacturing the clothes, a coating layer is not arranged in part of the area which is not easy to be stained with peculiar smell, namely the blank area 10 is formed, so that the air permeability of the base layer is improved, and the coating material is saved.
The structure is suitable for fabric products of coats, underwear, cases and the like, wherein only one side of the surface layer of the cases is easy to contact with a peculiar smell environment, and the other side of the surface layer of the cases and the like is not in contact with the peculiar smell environment and is not provided with a coating layer, so that coating materials are saved, the processing link is reduced, the fabric production efficiency is improved, and the fabric manufacturing cost is reduced.
Of course, if the respective adsorption effect is not affected by the partial intersection of the coating layers, a blank part can be reserved between the areas to be used as an isolation belt; these release tapes also provide the fabric with better breathability.
The size of the area can be selected to be reasonable in length and width according to process requirements, processing difficulty and the like; such as 1x1mm, 5x5mm, etc.
Example two:
this embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment except that a plurality of the regions are divided in a grid manner on both sides of the base layer. Referring to the attached drawing 1, the area distribution of one side of the fabric is shown, in the second embodiment, the other side of the fabric is also divided into a plurality of areas in a grid mode, and the coating layer is arranged in part or all of the areas to realize the function of absorbing peculiar smell. Namely, the two sides of the base layer are divided into areas for coating the coating layer, so that the purpose that the two sides of the fabric have adsorption capacity simultaneously is achieved.
Preferably, the areas on the two sides of the base layer are correspondingly arranged, and the coating layers in the correspondingly arranged areas are formed by coating the same material. Namely, the areas on the two sides of the base layer are correspondingly arranged, and the coating layers in the corresponding areas are the same in material or are not coated. If the coating permeates the basic unit and permeates to the basic unit opposite side like this, because the coating material of both sides is the same, consequently can not influence the adsorption efficiency of another layer of coating. If both sides distribute the same, can coat to each region of basic unit both sides simultaneously, reduced coating process greatly, compare with both sides coating operation respectively, reduced coating process time spent greatly, promoted the production machining efficiency of fabric. Meanwhile, the fabric can be guaranteed to have the same performance everywhere, or have the adsorption capacity at the same time, or no coating layer is arranged in the area, so that the fabric has good air permeability, and the user experience is improved.
The second structure is suitable for fabric products, such as shirts, trousers and the like, of which the inner side and the outer side are easy to contact with the peculiar smell environment, and the two sides of the fabric respectively adsorb peculiar smell, so that the peculiar smell adsorption capacity of products manufactured by the fabric is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Example three:
the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the area described in the present embodiment is not divided on the surface of the fabric in a grid manner; as shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the base layer is woven from a first wire material, and the surface of the first wire material is divided into a plurality of regions in the longitudinal direction of the first wire material. Namely, the first wire is divided along the extending direction of the first wire in sequence: the first coating region 31, the second coating region 32, the third coating region 33, the fourth coating region 34, and the like may be left uncoated as the blank region 30. This structure has no requirement for the thickness of the wire, and the solution described in the present embodiment can be applied regardless of the wire thickness. The fabric produced by the scheme has adsorption capacity on the surface and the inside, odor molecules can be adsorbed no matter the odor molecules are adhered to any position of the fabric, and the fabric has stronger odor adsorption capacity. For example, when sweat is produced in summer and the odor passes through a hot pot shop, an elevator room, a smoking place and the like, the odor can be adsorbed cleanly as long as the user waits for a period of time, and the user can hardly smell that the odor exists on clothes, so that the user does not worry about embarrassment caused by full body odor. Peculiar smell molecules cannot be remained on the surface of the fabric for a long time, so that a user cannot easily perceive the peculiar smell on clothes, and the experience is better
Example four:
this embodiment is substantially the same as the third embodiment except that, as shown in fig. 4, the base layer is woven from second wires, and the surface of the second wires is divided into a plurality of regions extending in the longitudinal direction of the second wires in the circumferential direction. That is, the second wires themselves of the woven base layer are relatively thick and have a large side surface, so that the side surface of the second wires can be considered to be divided into a plurality of regions along the circumferential direction, and each region extends along the length direction of the second wires, can extend linearly as shown in fig. 4, and can also extend around the side surface of the second wires in a spiral manner; referring to fig. 4, the first coating area 41, the second coating area 42, and the third coating area 43 are coated with coating layers of different materials, but some areas may be left uncoated as the blank area 40. The base layer woven by the second wires can contact with odor no matter the adsorption capacity of each coating area is strong or weak, and the optimal odor adsorption effect can be obtained.
Example five:
this embodiment is based on the first wire material described in the third embodiment, and in this embodiment, the base layer is woven from a third wire material that is wound or woven from a plurality of strands of the first wire material. This kind is processed into thick wire by thin wire, recycles the structure of thick wire establishment fabric, because the coating sets up on first wire surface, therefore the fabric all has the ability of adsorbing the peculiar smell everywhere, and the coating distributes more evenly in the fabric inside, and the ability of adsorbing the peculiar smell is stronger. After cleaning for many times, even if part of the coating layer on the surface is damaged, the coating layer in the fabric can still realize the capability of adsorbing peculiar smell; after the fabric is cleaned for many times and deformed, part of the coating layer in the fabric can be completely exposed, the coating layer damaged by the cleaning for many times on the surface of the fabric is made up, and the adsorption capacity of the fabric is ensured.
Example six:
this embodiment is based on the second wire according to the fourth embodiment, in which the base layer is woven from a fourth wire that is wound or woven from a plurality of strands of the second wire. The structure of this embodiment has been described clearly, and the effect is similar to that of the fifth embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Example seven:
as shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the base layer is woven by a fifth wire which is wound or woven by a plurality of sixth wires, a surface of each of the sixth wires serving as one of the regions. Namely, the surface of each sixth wire is coated with a coating layer made of the same material, or a part of the sixth wires is left uncoated as a blank area 20; then using the following as shown in fig. 2: sixth wires having different coating layers, such as the first coating region 21, the second coating region 22, the third coating region 23, and the fourth coating region 24, are woven into a fifth wire by winding or the like, so that the fifth wire has different adsorption capacities everywhere, and the surface or the inside of a fabric woven by using the fifth wire has the ability of adsorbing odor. After the coating layer on the surface of the fabric is damaged, the aim of making up can be achieved through the exposed coating layer inside the fabric through deformation, the peculiar smell adsorption capacity of the fabric is guaranteed, and the user experience is improved.
Example eight:
on the basis of any one of the first embodiment to the seventh embodiment, the present embodiment further includes a breathable layer attached to one side or both sides of the base layer. The setting on ventilative layer can protect basic unit and coat, decorates, beautifies the basic unit, avoids the coat to expose the outward appearance that influences the plant, promotes user experience.
In general, the fabric can effectively adsorb peculiar smell after being used for wiping hair, skin, other articles and fabrics, and achieves the effect similar to cleaning. The fabric can also be directly made into clothes for wearing, the clothes absorb peculiar smell by themselves, and the function of removing the peculiar smell can also be realized.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
