Abstract

本发明公开了一种可自行发电的运动跑步机,其包含一机台,该机台上安装一惯性轮及至少二轴轮,于二轴轮之间具有一支撑元件,一回旋跑步带环绕着二轴轮及支撑元件作循环运动,该回旋跑步带具有一加速机构,其可借由使用者踩踏的重力,让回旋跑步带产生加速循环转动并能产生电能,让使用者不仅能运动强身,还同时可利用自力跑步产生电能,达到健身、节能等功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及跑步机领域,尤指一种可自行发电的运动跑步机。
背景技术
对于现今繁忙的上班族而言,常因时间不足而无法到户外进行运动,因此导致个人的身体欠佳或是体力不足。故目前市面上所推出的各种健身器材,即满足了人们无需到户外即可进行适当的体能运动。健身器材主要的功能在于提供人员可以进行运动使用,且根据健身器材功能性的不同而可以供人体的各个部位都可得到充分的运动。例如以健身脚踏车或健身跑步机而言,即可供人体的脚部以踩脚踏车或跑步的方式而达到运动健身效果。而目前的健身器材根据其体积可大约分为大型及小型两种态样,且健身器材根据操作或功能上的需求也已有结合相关电子设施的需求,例如健身跑步机内部可设置马达以供提供人员跑步时使用,亦或健身器材也可整合显示面板,以供显示人员在此健身器材所进行相关运动的讯息。因此基于上述健身器材已有结合相关电子设施的考量,故必须对其提供电源以供这些电子设施使用,而以目前提供电源给健身器材主要有如下几种方式:对大型健身器材而言是直接提供市电,而对小型健身器材而言则是可以通过干电池来提供电源。然而对于健身器材而言,其在供人员操作使用时会产生动能,而此动能目前并未妥善利用,实为可惜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可自行发电的运动跑步机,其利用使用者踩踏的重力,让回旋跑步带产生加速循环转动并能产生电能。
一种可自行发电的运动跑步机,其包含一机台,该机台上安装一惯性轮及至少二轴轮,于二轴轮之间具有一支撑元件,一回旋跑步带环绕着二轴轮及支撑元件作循环运动,该回旋跑步带具有一加速机构,其可借由使用者踩踏的重力,让回旋跑步带产生加速循环转动并能产生电能。
进一步,该回旋跑步带上覆设多个供使用者踩踏或跑步动作的长条铝片,当使用者踩踏于该回旋跑步带连续性步行或跑步时,其可让回旋跑步带产生循环转动并能产生电能。
进一步,该机台包含一底框,于底框两侧边设有一左框架及一右框架,前述二轴轮为一前轴轮及一后轴轮,前轴轮设置于底框前端,而后轴轮则设置于底框后端,而底框前端的下方处具有一底架,该底架被机台上所设的一升降马达驱动,而让底框前端与地面具有一倾斜度A,倾斜度A>0。
进一步,该支撑元件包含多个横杆,这些这些横杆两末端分别锁固于左框架及右框架上,而横杆上在靠近两末端处设有一左定位座及一右定位座,于多个横杆的左定位座上共同锁固一左轨道,而多个横杆的右定位座上共同锁固一右轨道,该支撑元件上下方位置设有前述回旋跑步带且该跑步带套设于前轴轮及后轴轮上,当跑步带环绕着前、后轴轮作循环运动,该前轴轮连动惯性轮,使惯性轮产生惯性旋转动作,而能产生电能。
进一步,该长条铝片为具有摩擦力的接触平面,即长条铝片的上表面为凹凸相间的表面,该跑步带上具有多个两相并邻的穿孔,覆盖在跑步带上的长条铝片借由锁固件依序从垫片、一具有两定位孔的固锁件、跑步带的穿孔固定于跑步带上方。
进一步,该跑步带上的二相邻的长条铝片间具有一间隙H,间隙H>0,因二相邻的长条铝片间留有间隙H,让跑步带循环转动时,其动作运转相当顺畅不会卡住。
进一步,前述长条铝片具有一左端及一右端,该左、右端分别枢设至少一轴承,该长条铝片的左端具有多个定位孔,借由锁固件依序从一垫片、一轴承、一垫片枢固于长条铝片的左端的定位孔,而长条铝片的右端,借由锁固件依序从一垫片、一轴承、一垫片枢固于长条铝片的右端,该左、右端的轴承分别滚动接触于前述支撑元件上的左轨道及右轨道上,让使用者在进行慢跑或快走时,长条铝片与左轨道及右轨道接触的摩擦力相当小;前述加速机构包括多个长条铝片的左、右端的轴承及支撑元件的左轨道、右轨道。
本发明可自行发电的运动跑步机借由该跑步带具有一加速机构,从而通过使用者踩踏的重力,让回旋跑步带产生加速循环转动并能产生电能;其所设置的回旋跑步带上覆设有多个长条铝片,以供使用者踩踏或跑步动作,当使用者踩踏于该覆设长条铝片的回旋跑步带连续性步行或跑步时,其可让回旋跑步带产生循环转动并能产生电能,让使用者不仅能运动强身,还同时可利用自力跑步产生电能,达到健身、节能等功效;其上所设的支撑元件上下方位置设有一覆设长条铝片的回旋跑步带,而长条铝片的左、右端所设的轴承与支撑元件为滚动接触,让使用者在进行慢跑或快走时,长条铝片与支撑元件的接触摩擦力相当小,让回旋跑步带产生加速循环转动,且因机台前端与地面具有一倾斜度,让使用者在踩踏于该覆设有长条铝片的回旋跑步带连续性步行或跑步时,借由使用者身体重力而让回旋跑步带产生循环转动并具有重力加速度,让使用者步行或跑步不费力并能产生电能,让使用者不仅能运动强身,还同时可利用自力跑步产生电能,达到健身、节能等功效。

具体实施方式
为使更详细了解本发明的结构,请参阅图1至图2所示,本发明提供一种可自行发电的运动跑步机,其包含一机台10,该机台10上安装一升降马达34、一惯性轮33、一剎车系统35及至少二轴轮,于二轴轮之间具有一支撑元件2,一回旋跑步带4环绕着二轴轮及支撑元件2作循环运动,该回旋跑步带4具有一加速机构,其可借由使用者踩踏的重力,让回旋跑步带4产生加速循环转动并能产生电能。
回旋跑步带4上覆设多个长条铝片5,以供使用者踩踏或跑步动作,当使用者踩踏于该覆设长条铝片5的回旋跑步带4连续性步行或跑步时,其可让回旋跑步带4产生循环转动并能产生电能。
该机台10包含一底框1,于底框1两侧边设有一左框架11及一右框架12,前述二轴轮为一前轴轮31及一后轴轮32,前轴轮31设置于底框1前端13,而后轴轮32则设置于底框1后端14,底框1前端13的下方处具有一底架15,该底架15可被机台1上所设的升降马达34驱动,而让底框1前端13与地面B具有一倾斜度A,倾斜度A>0。
该支撑元件2包含多个横杆21,这些横杆21两末端分别锁固于左框架11及右框架12上,而横杆21上在靠近两末端处设有一左定位座211及一右定位座212,于多个横杆21的左定位座211上共同锁固一左轨道22,而多个横杆21的右定位座212上共同锁固一右轨道23,该支撑元件2上下方位置设有前述回旋跑步带4且该跑步带4套设于前轴轮31及后轴轮32上,当跑步带4环绕着前、后轴轮31、32作循环运动,该前轴轮31连动惯性轮33,使惯性轮33产生惯性旋转动作而能产生电能,当惯性轮33转动过快时,一剎车系统35会增加惯性轮33的阻力而产生减速的效果,让使用者在机台10上运动时不会产生危险,而当惯性轮33转动过慢时,该剎车系统35则会降低惯性轮33的阻力而产生加速的效果。
该剎车系统35以电磁铁来控制惯性轮33的减速或加速。
请参阅图3,前述回旋跑步带4上覆设多个长条铝片5,该长条铝片5可为具有摩擦力的接触平面,即长条铝片5的上表面为凹凸相间的表面,如图4所示,该跑步带4上具有多个两相并邻的穿孔40,其可让覆盖在跑步带4上的长条铝片5借由锁固件96依序从垫片91、一具有两定位孔的固锁件99、跑步带4的穿孔40固定于跑步带4上方,而在跑步带4上的二相邻的长条铝片5间具有一间隙H,间隙H>0,如图6所示,因二相邻的长条铝片5间留有间隙H,让跑步带4循环转动时,其动作运转相当顺畅不会卡住。
请参阅图5,前述长条铝片5具有一左端51及一右端52,该左、右端51、52分别枢设至少一轴承6、7,该长条铝片5的左端51具有多个定位孔510,借由锁固件97依序从一垫片93、一轴承6、一垫片92枢固于长条铝片5的左端51的定位孔510,而长条铝片5的右端52,其借由锁固件98依序从一垫片95、一轴承7、一垫片94枢固于长条铝片5的右端52,该左、右端51、52的轴承6、7可分别滚动接触于前述支撑元件2上的左轨道22及右轨道23上,让使用者在进行慢跑或快走时,长条铝片5与左轨道22及右轨道23接触的摩擦力相当小;前述加速机构由多个长条铝片5的左、右端51、52的轴承6、7及支撑元件2的左轨道22、右轨道23所组成。
当使用者站立于覆设长条铝片5的跑步带4上进行慢跑或快走时,该长条铝片5的左、右端51、52的轴承6、7与支撑元件2的左轨道22及右轨道23为滚动接触,让使用者在进行慢跑或快走时,长条铝片5与左轨道22及右轨道23的接触摩擦力相当小,让回旋跑步带4产生加速循环转动,且因底框1的前端13与地面B具有一倾斜度A,让使用者在踩踏于该覆设长条铝片5的回旋跑步带4连续性步行或跑步时,因借由使用者身体重力而让回旋跑步带4产生循环转动并具有重力加速度,让使用者步行或跑步不费力,而当覆设长条铝片5的回旋跑步带4环绕着前、后轴轮31、32作循环运动,该前轴轮31连动惯性轮33,使惯性轮33产生惯性旋转动作,而能产生电能。
综上所述,本发明提供一种可自行发电的运动跑步机,其包含一机台10,该机台10上安装一惯性轮33及至少二轴轮,于二轴轮之间具有一支撑元件2,一回旋跑步带4环绕着二轴轮及支撑元件2作循环运动,该回旋跑步带4上覆设多个长条铝片5,以供使用者踩踏或跑步动作,当使用者踩踏于该覆设长条铝片5的回旋跑步带4连续性步行或跑步时,其可让回旋跑步带4产生循环转动并能产生电能,使用者不仅能运动强身,还同时可利用自力跑步产生电能,节能而增加其运动的意愿,也使跑步机所需要的市电量降低以减少用电成本,达到健身、节能等功效。

Claims (7)

1.一种可自行发电的运动跑步机,其包含一机台,该机台上安装一惯性轮及至少二轴轮,于二轴轮之间具有一支撑元件,一回旋跑步带环绕着二轴轮及支撑元件作循环运动,其特征在于:该回旋跑步带具有一加速机构。
2.如权利要求1所述的可自行发电的运动跑步机,其特征在于:该回旋跑步带上覆设多个供使用者踩踏或跑步动作的长条铝片。
3.如权利要求2所述的可自行发电的运动跑步机,其特征在于:该机台包含一底框,于底框两侧边设有一左框架及一右框架,前述二轴轮为一前轴轮及一后轴轮,前轴轮设置于底框前端,而后轴轮则设置于底框后端,而底框前端的下方处具有一底架,该底架被机台上所设的一升降马达驱动,而让底框前端与地面具有一倾斜度A,倾斜度A>0。
4.如权利要求3所述的可自行发电的运动跑步机,其特征在于:该支撑元件包含多个横杆,这些这些横杆两末端分别锁固于左框架及右框架上,而横杆上在靠近两末端处设有一左定位座及一右定位座,于多个横杆的左定位座上共同锁固一左轨道,而多个横杆的右定位座上共同锁固一右轨道,该支撑元件上下方位置设有前述回旋跑步带且该跑步带套设于前轴轮及后轴轮上,当跑步带环绕着前、后轴轮作循环运动,该前轴轮连动惯性轮,使惯性轮产生惯性旋转动作。
5.如权利要求2所述的可自行发电的运动跑步机,其特征在于:该长条铝片为具有摩擦力的接触平面,即长条铝片的上表面为凹凸相间的表面,该跑步带上具有多个两相并邻的穿孔,覆盖在跑步带上的长条铝片借由锁固件依序从垫片、一具有两定位孔的固锁件、跑步带的穿孔固定于跑步带上方。
6.如权利要求5所述的可自行发电的运动跑步机,其特征在于:该跑步带上的二相邻的长条铝片间具有一间隙H,间隙H>0。
7.如权利要求4所述的可自行发电的运动跑步机,其特征在于:前述长条铝片具有一左端及一右端,该左、右端分别枢设至少一轴承,该长条铝片的左端具有多个定位孔,借由锁固件依序从一垫片、一轴承、一垫片枢固于长条铝片的左端的定位孔,而长条铝片的右端,借由锁固件依序从一垫片、一轴承、一垫片枢固于长条铝片的右端,该左、右端的轴承分别滚动接触于前述支撑元件上的左轨道及右轨道上;前述加速机构包括多个长条铝片的左、右端的轴承及支撑元件的左轨道、右轨道。
