Example 1
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of a method for processing a data card, it should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the figure may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that while a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than that presented herein.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a processing method of a data card according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method including the steps of:
step S102, detecting the operation state of the target device installed with the data card, wherein the target device accesses the network through the data card, and the operation state comprises: a power-up state and a power-down state.
Specifically, the target device may be an air conditioning unit, and the data card may be a SIM (subscriber identity Module) card. In an optional embodiment, the air conditioning unit has a SIM card slot and a communication module of a mobile cellular network, and the mobile cellular network provided by the SIM transmits the operation data back to the manufacturer of the air conditioning unit or other preset servers, so as to implement remote monitoring or data analysis of the air conditioning unit.
And step S102, determining whether to prohibit data transmission of the data card according to the running state of the target equipment.
In the above steps, the data card is prohibited from transmitting data, that is, the data card is stopped, and since the stopped data card cannot perform communication, no cost is incurred due to the communication.
Specifically, in an optional embodiment, the target device is still taken as an air conditioning unit as an example, and when the air conditioning unit is in a power-down state, the air conditioning unit does not need to transmit data any more, so that the data card can be stopped. After the data card of the air conditioning unit is shut down, if the data card of the air conditioning unit is stolen, the stolen data card cannot be used continuously because the data card is shut down, namely, data transmission cannot be carried out, so that the cost cannot be generated, the data card of the air conditioning unit can only be used for the data transmission of the air conditioning unit, and further, the loss caused by the theft of the data card is prevented.
As can be seen from the above, the above embodiments of the present application detect the operating state of the target device on which the data card is installed, and determine whether to prohibit data transmission by the data card according to the operating state of the target device. According to the technical scheme, whether data transmission of the data card is forbidden or not is determined according to the running state of the target device, so that the data card of the device can only be applied to data transmission of the device, namely, the data card is special, even if the data card is stolen, other devices cannot use the data card, the loss of the data card caused by theft when the data card is not used is avoided, and the technical problem that the loss is serious if the networking card is lost due to the fact that the networking card used for an air conditioner is general to other terminal devices in the prior art is solved.
Optionally, according to the foregoing embodiment of the present application, determining whether to prohibit data card data transmission according to the operating state of the target device includes:
step S1041, determining whether the data card is in a normal use state according to a data card limit state when the target device is in a power-on state, wherein the data card limit state includes: opening and closing.
In step S1043, if it is determined that the data card is in an abnormal use state, the data card is prohibited from performing data transmission.
Specifically, the abnormal use state of the data card may be that the data card is stolen.
Therefore, in the above embodiments of the present application, whether the data card is in a normal use state is determined by detecting the limit state of the data card, and the data card is shut down when the data card is in an abnormal use state, so that costs such as traffic and voice call are not generated, and further, loss caused by theft of the data card when the target device is in a power-on state is avoided.
Optionally, according to the above embodiment of the present application, determining whether the data card is in a normal use state according to the position of the data card in the target device includes:
step S10411, detecting a data card limit state.
Step S10413, when the verification of the open password of the data card is not performed or the verification of the open password fails, if the limited state of the data card is open, it is determined that the data card is in an abnormal use state.
Specifically, in the above step, the processor may detect the state of the data card limit, and the data card limit sends different levels to the processor when in different states, so that the processor can detect the state of the data card limit. The opening password of the data card can be set by a user when the data card is installed, when the user needs to take out the data card in the target device, the opening password can be output to the processor to verify the opening password, the card slot of the data card is opened under the condition that the verification of the opening password is successful, the operation of opening the limit of the data card is determined to be legal at the moment, the data card is in a normal use state, and when the processor does not receive the opening password for verification or the verification of the opening password fails but the limit of the data card is opened, the data card is determined to be in an abnormal use state. The steps can determine whether the operation of opening the limit card is legal, normal behavior of a user or illegal theft behavior through the verification of the opening password.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an alternative processing system for a data card in a target device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and in an alternative embodiment, in conjunction with fig. 2, a SIM limit controls an upper cover of a SIM card holder, and the SIM limit must be opened to install or remove the SIM card; detecting the position state of the SIM card limit by a general input/output (GPIO) of the master control MCU: the SIM card limit is opened, the MCU detects that the GPIO port is 0, the SIM card limit is closed, and the MCU detects that the GPIO port is 1; after receiving the level of the GPIO port, the MCU judges whether the SIM is pulled out according to the high and low levels if the MCU does not receive the opening password, and sends shutdown operation and the ID of the SIM card to the operator base station by adopting a UART (asynchronous receiver transmitter) through the 4G communication module, the operator base station shuts down the SIM card after receiving data, and the SIM card cannot be used and cannot transmit data.
Optionally, according to the above embodiment of the present application, the data card is prohibited from performing data transmission when the target device is in a power-down state.
Specifically, in the above step, since the target device is already in a power-down state, in an alternative embodiment, an energy storage element may be disposed in the target device, and after the target device is powered down, the energy storage element supplies power to the processor and the communication module, so that the processor can send an instruction for prohibiting data transmission by the data card to the base station of the operator.
Optionally, according to the above embodiment of the present application, after the data card is prohibited from data transmission, the method further includes:
step S1045, if the reset information is received, verifying the reset password in the reset information.
And step S1047, if the reset password is successfully verified, restarting the data transmission function of the data card.
Specifically, the reset password is used for effectively distinguishing normal power failure and abnormal power failure of a user or a maintenance person, and after the normal power failure, the user or the maintenance person can recover the communication function of the data card by using the reset password so as to invalidate the shutdown operation of the data card.
Optionally, according to the foregoing embodiment of the present application, detecting the operating state of the target device includes:
in step S1021, the power supply voltage of the target device is compared with the reference voltage by the comparator.
In step S1023, the operating state of the target device is determined to be a power-down state when the power supply voltage is less than the reference voltage.
Specifically, in the above step, the reference voltage may be 3v, in an alternative embodiment, the target device is powered down, the comparator obtains the power supply voltage by obtaining a voltage of a capacitor connected to the power supply, the capacitor has a process of slowly decreasing the voltage after the target device is powered down, and when the comparator detects that the voltage of the capacitor is smaller than the reference voltage, it is determined that the target device is powered down.
Optionally, according to the above embodiment of the present application, after the data card is prohibited from data transmission, the method further includes: and sending alarm information.
Specifically, the alarm information may be sent to an enterprise server of the target device by an operator server, so that a maintenance person can maintain or retrieve the data card of the target device as soon as possible.
Optionally, according to the above embodiment of the present application, the prohibiting the data card from performing data transmission includes:
and step S1043, sending the identifier of the data card and the stop instruction to the base station of the target server corresponding to the data card.
Specifically, the data card identifier may be an ID number of the data card, and the target server may be a base station of an operator to which the data card belongs.
Step S1043, the target server executes a shutdown instruction, and prohibits data transmission of the data card with the identifier, where the data includes: traffic data and/or voice data.
An alternative embodiment of the above-described data card processing method is described below.
1. When a user installs an SIM card, the user sets and records an SIM card password for invalid or effective anti-theft operation;
2. after the SIM card is normally installed, the SIM card is limited to be in a closed state, and the MCU detects that a limiting signal is 1;
3. when someone opens the SIM card for limitation without using the opening password of the SIM card, the MCU detects the abnormity and sends the SIM card ID and the shutdown operation instruction to the operator base station;
4. the operator stops the SIM card after receiving the instruction, and communication expenses such as flow voice and the like are not generated any more;
5. the operator base station sends an alarm that the SIM card is lost to an enterprise server, and the enterprise takes the data and then carries out maintenance and data recovery on the site;
6. when someone powers off the unit, the power supply voltage continuously drops at the moment of power off;
7. the energy storage inductor generates induced electromotive force which serves as a temporary power supply to supply power to the MCU and the communication module;
8. when the power supply voltage is lower than the reference voltage of the comparator, the comparator outputs a power failure signal, and the MCU sends the SIM card ID and a shutdown instruction to an operator base station server;
9. and the operator stops the SIM card after receiving the instruction, and does not generate communication expenses such as flow voice and the like any more.
