step S201: reading the information identification to obtain the information content; wherein the information content comprises: a raw hash digest of an electronic document.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the user terminal may obtain the information content in a code scanning manner, and send the information content to the service system.
Step S202: and sending a query request containing index information and the original hash abstract.
Taking the embodiment of fig. 1 as an example, the index information may be obtained by the user terminal in advance, or may be obtained from the information content; preferably, the information content includes the index information and an original hash digest (the index information may be specifically the original hash digest or other information that can be indexed to the electronic document related information), and when the user terminal reads the information identifier (i.e. scans the code, for example), it generates a query request including the index information and sends the query request to the service system.
Step S203: and receiving a response message of the query request, wherein the response message contains relevant information of the electronic document corresponding to the index information, such as an electronic signature.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the electronic signature is generated by encrypting a hash message digest of an electronic document original through a private key held by a document signing party; in addition to electronic signatures, the document-related information may include: one or more of the original text of the electronic document, the hash abstract of the original text of the electronic document, the text brief description of the original text and the like.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after obtaining the digest and the electronic signature, the user terminal may also obtain a public key by self-calculation according to the original hash digest of the electronic document and the electronic signature of the electronic document, and obtain, from a local or communicatively connected external device, identity information of a signer associated with the public key in advance.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the original hash digest may be used as the index information, and the query request includes the original hash digest without additional index information; of course, in different embodiments, the original hash digest may also be different information from the index information, and when the electronic signature of the electronic document is found according to the index information, the service system may verify the identity of the signer through the original hash digest and the electronic signature.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the information content includes password information; the user terminal can obtain the password information by reading the information identification, and the password information can be used for decrypting the content which is encrypted in advance by adopting the same encryption algorithm, wherein the encrypted content is the original text, the original text abstract, the electronic signature and the like of the electronic document.
Specifically, the user terminal may send a query request including the index information, the original hash digest and the password information to a service system, so that the service system decrypts the found encrypted document related information through the password information, and further receives a response message of the service system, where the response message includes corresponding decrypted document related information, such as an electronic signature.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the information content includes: authorization information stating acquisition authority to the document related information; the query request comprises the authorization information; the acquisition right correspondingly has one or more limiting parameters of acquisition limiting times, acquisition limiting time and acquisition limiting content, and the user terminal is limited by the acquisition right to acquire the document related information; the user terminal can send the authorization information in the query request, and the service system can limit the user terminal according to the acquisition right, such as limit query time, query content, query times and the like.
As shown in fig. 3, the present invention provides an embodiment of an information providing method, which can be applied to the service system 103 in the embodiment of fig. 1, and the method includes:
step S301: receiving a query request containing index information and an original abstract of the electronic document from external equipment;
step S302: searching the document related information of the electronic document corresponding to the index information according to the index information; wherein the document-related information comprises: an electronic signature of the electronic document;
step S303: and generating a response message containing the document-related information to respond to the query request.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the service system receives and sends the query request including the index information, the original hash digest and the password information, decrypts the found encrypted document related information by using the password information, and then sends the decrypted document related information to the user terminal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the query request includes authorization information, and the authorization information declares an acquisition right of the document related information; as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
step S401: extracting the authorization information;
step S402: and limiting the acquiring behavior of the document related information according to the acquiring authority.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the acquisition right corresponds to one or more limiting parameters of acquisition limiting times, acquisition limiting time, and acquisition limiting content; for example, the limiting parameters include: "the same account can only obtain 3 times of related information of the document", "can only be in the range of 9: 00-17: 00 hours of operation, or "only provide the abstract of the original text of the electronic document", for example, if the service system receives a 4 th document-related query request from a user terminal, it rejects and may provide a notification message, for example, "your request has been maximized".
In an embodiment of the present invention, the index information may include: addressing information, corresponding to the storage space of the document related information, may be used to find the corresponding storage space to obtain the document related information.
In the centralized system, the information encoding format of the addressing information may be an HTTP link format, such as a domain name, an IP address, and the like; in a decentralized system, the addressing information is used for decentralized addressing.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the original hash digest may also be used as addressing information, the original hash digest has a matching entry in a hash index table, the matching entry stores a hash index, the hash index is associated with a storage space address of the document related information, and the associated storage space is also queried through the original hash digest to obtain the document related information therein.
It should be noted that, no matter whether the query of the document related information is performed in the centralized system or the decentralized system, the information content does not necessarily need to include the addressing information, and if the addressing information is stored elsewhere in advance and can be acquired by the user terminal, the user terminal can also use the index information to index the document related information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of an information providing method provided by the present invention is applicable to the verification terminal 104 in the embodiment of fig. 1, and the method includes:
step S501: calculating to obtain a corresponding public key according to the electronic signature and the original hash digest;
step S502: acquiring the identity information of a signer associated with the public key in advance;
step S503: and under the condition of acquiring the identity information, responding the identity information or the public key to the external equipment.
In an embodiment, in a case that the identity information related to the public key cannot be found (for example, the calculated public key does not exist in the service system 103 or the identity information does not exist), information that the public key verification fails may be fed back to the external device, the external device may know that the electronic signature and the original hash digest do not match, and if the original hash digest is solidified in the information identifier and is not modified or replaced, the electronic signature is suspected to be not the original signature.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the information providing method applied to the verification terminal 104 in fig. 1 may further include:
step S601: receiving a verification request containing an original hash abstract and an original text of the electronic document from an external device;
step S602: and acquiring a verification result about whether the current original text is tampered, wherein the verification result of the current original text is obtained according to whether the comparison of the original hash digest and the current hash digest generated according to the current original text is consistent.
Step S603: and responding the verification result to the external equipment.
It should be noted that, when the service system 103 and the verification terminal 104 in fig. 1 are integrated, the functions shown in fig. 6 and fig. 7 can be used as an extended embodiment of the embodiment in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 7, corresponding to the method embodiment of fig. 2, the present invention provides an embodiment of an information requesting device, including: a reading module 701, configured to read an information identifier to obtain information content of the information identifier; wherein the information content comprises: an original hash digest of the electronic document; a request module 702, configured to send a query request including index information and the original hash digest; an obtaining module 703 is configured to receive a response message of the query request, where the response message includes document related information of the electronic document corresponding to the index information, such as an electronic signature made by the signer of the electronic document.
As shown in fig. 8, the present invention provides an embodiment of an information providing apparatus corresponding to the embodiment of fig. 4, the apparatus including: a receiving module 801, configured to receive a query request including index information and an original abstract of an electronic document from an external device; a searching module 802, configured to search, according to the index information, document related information of the electronic document corresponding to the index information; a response module 803, configured to respond the query request with the document-related information, such as the electronic signature made by the electronic document signer on the electronic document.
As shown in fig. 9, the present invention provides an embodiment of an information providing apparatus corresponding to the embodiment of fig. 5, the apparatus including: a receiving module 901, configured to receive an authentication request including an original digest and an electronic signature of an electronic document from an external device; a calculating module 902, configured to calculate, according to the electronic signature and the original hash digest, to obtain corresponding public key data; an obtaining module 903, configured to obtain identity information of a signer associated with the public key in advance; a response module 904, configured to respond the identity information or the public key to the external device if the identity information is obtained.
It should be noted that the division of each module of the apparatuses in fig. 7 to 9 is only a logical division, and the actual implementation may be wholly or partially integrated into one physical entity, or may be physically separated. And these modules can be realized in the form of software called by processing element; or may be implemented entirely in hardware; and part of the modules can be realized in the form of calling software by the processing element, and part of the modules can be realized in the form of hardware. For example, the receiving module may be a processing element separately set up, or may be implemented by being integrated into a chip of the apparatus, or may be stored in a memory of the apparatus in the form of program code, and the processing element of the apparatus calls and executes the functions of the receiving module. Other modules are implemented similarly. In addition, all or part of the modules can be integrated together or can be independently realized. The processing element described herein may be an integrated circuit having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, each step of the above method or each module above may be implemented by an integrated logic circuit of hardware in a processor element or an instruction in the form of software.
For example, the above modules may be one or more integrated circuits configured to implement the above methods, such as: one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), or one or more microprocessors (DSPs), or one or more Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), etc. For another example, when one of the above modules is implemented in the form of a processing element scheduler code, the processing element may be a general-purpose processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other processor capable of calling program code. For another example, these modules may be integrated together and implemented in the form of a system-on-a-chip (SOC).
Since technical features in various method embodiments can be commonly used in corresponding apparatus embodiments, for example, the embodiment of fig. 4 can be applied to the embodiment of fig. 7, these commonly used technical features are not repeated.
Based on the related embodiments of the above information query method, the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the information query method.
Based on the related embodiments of the information providing method described above, the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements the information providing method.
It should be noted that the computer program code may be in the form of source code, object code, an executable file or some intermediate form, etc. The computer-readable storage medium may include: any entity or device capable of carrying the computer program code, recording medium, usb disk, removable hard disk, magnetic disk, optical disk, computer Memory, Read-Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), electrical carrier wave signals, telecommunications signals, software distribution medium, and the like. It should be noted that the computer readable medium may contain content that is subject to appropriate increase or decrease as required by legislation and patent practice in jurisdictions, for example, in some jurisdictions, computer readable media does not include electrical carrier signals and telecommunications signals as is required by legislation and patent practice.
The related embodiments of the information query method and the information providing method can be implemented in one or more computer devices, where the computer devices include: a processor and a memory; the memory is used for storing computer programs, and the processor is used for executing the computer programs stored by the memory so as to enable the computer equipment to execute the information providing method.
As shown in fig. 10, which shows a schematic structural diagram of a computer device in the above embodiments, the computer device 1000 includes: a processor 1001 and a memory 1002 coupled thereto, where the coupling means that the coupling may be direct connection or indirect connection (for example, through a bus connection); the memory 1002 is used for storing a computer program, and the processor 1001 is used for executing the computer program to realize the steps in the foregoing method embodiments (the information query method, the information providing method, and the like).
The Processor 1001 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general-purpose Processor 1001, a Digital Signal Processor 1001 (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. The general-purpose processor 1001 may be a microprocessor 1001 or the processor 1001 may be any conventional processor 1001 or the like, the processor 1001 being the control center of the computer device 1000 and connecting the various parts of the computer device 1000 using various interfaces and lines.
The memory 1002 can be used for storing the computer programs and/or modules, and the processor 1001 can implement various functions of the computer device 1000 by operating or executing the computer programs and/or modules stored in the memory 1002 and calling data stored in the memory 1002. The memory 1002 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, where the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.) required by at least one function, and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the cellular phone, and the like. In addition, the memory 1002 may include high speed random access memory 1002, and may also include non-volatile memory 1002, such as a hard disk, a memory, a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), at least one piece of disk storage 1002, a Flash memory device, or other piece of volatile solid state storage 1002.
As described above, the information identifier, the information request and providing method and apparatus, the storage medium and the device of the present invention are provided, where the information identifier is read by the apparatus to obtain the information content carried by the apparatus, and the information content includes the original hash digest and the index information of the electronic document, and is used to query the corresponding computer device 1000 for the document related information of the electronic document; compared with the prior art, the scheme of the invention is convenient and quick, and the efficiency is greatly improved.
The invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and utilities of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention. Any person skilled in the art can modify or change the above-mentioned embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Claims (24)

1. An information query method, comprising:
reading the information identification to obtain the information content; wherein the information content comprises: an original hash digest of the electronic document;
sending a query request containing index information and the original hash abstract;
receiving a response message of the query request, wherein the response message contains document related information of the electronic document corresponding to the index information; wherein the document-related information comprises: an electronic signature of the electronic document;
calculating to obtain a public key according to the original hash abstract of the electronic document and the electronic signature of the electronic document;
and acquiring the identity information of the signer pre-associated with the public key.
2. The information query method of claim 1, wherein the information content comprises: password information; the method comprises the following steps:
sending a query request containing the index information, the original hash abstract and the password information, and decrypting the searched encrypted document related information through the password information; receiving a response message of the query request, wherein the response message contains document related information of the electronic document corresponding to the original hash abstract; wherein the document-related information comprises: an electronic signature of the electronic document;
or, the received encrypted document related information is decrypted through the prestored password information.
3. The information query method of claim 1, wherein the information content comprises: authorization information stating acquisition authority to the document related information; the query request includes the authorization information.
4. The information query method according to claim 3, wherein the acquisition right corresponds to one or more of a number of acquisition limit times, an acquisition limit time, and an acquisition limit content.
5. The information query method of claim 1, wherein the index information comprises: addressing information corresponding to a storage space of the document-related information.
6. The information query method according to claim 5, wherein the information encoding format of the addressing information is an HTTP link format.
7. The information query method of claim 1, wherein the index information comprises: the original hash digest; the original hash digest has a matching entry in a hash index table; the matching item stores a hash index; the hash index is associated with a storage space address of the document-related information.
8. An information providing method, comprising:
receiving a query request containing index information and an original abstract of the electronic document from external equipment; the external equipment reads the information identification to obtain an original hash abstract and index information of the electronic document carried by the external equipment;
searching the document related information of the electronic document corresponding to the index information according to the index information; wherein the document-related information comprises: an electronic signature of the electronic document;
generating a response message containing the document-related information in response to the query request;
calculating to obtain a corresponding public key according to the electronic signature and the original hash digest;
acquiring the identity information of a signer associated with the public key in advance;
and under the condition of acquiring the identity information, responding the identity information or the public key to the external equipment.
9. The information providing method according to claim 8, wherein the document-related information further includes: a current original text of the electronic document; the method comprises the following steps:
obtaining a verification result about whether the current original text is tampered, wherein the verification result of the current original text is obtained according to whether the comparison of the original hash digest and the current hash digest generated according to the original text is consistent;
and responding the verification result to the external equipment.
10. The information providing method according to claim 9, wherein the document-related information further includes: a current hash digest of the electronic document; the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a verification result about whether the current original text of the electronic document is tampered, wherein the verification result of the current original text is obtained according to whether the comparison of the original hash abstract and the current hash abstract is consistent;
and responding the verification result to the external equipment.
11. The information providing method according to claim 9, wherein the inquiry request contains authorization information that states an acquisition right to the document-related information; the method comprises the following steps:
extracting the authorization information;
and limiting the acquiring behavior of the document related information according to the acquiring authority.
12. The information providing method according to claim 11, wherein the acquisition right corresponds to one or more of a number of acquisition restrictions, an acquisition restriction time, and an acquisition restriction content.
13. The information providing method according to claim 9, wherein the index information includes: addressing information corresponding to a storage space of the document-related information.
14. The information providing method according to claim 13, wherein the information encoding format of the addressing information is an HTTP link format.
15. The information providing method according to claim 9, wherein the index information includes: the original hash digest; the method comprises the following steps:
searching a matching item in a hash index table according to the original hash abstract;
extracting a hash index from the matching item;
searching a related storage space address according to the hash index;
and accessing the storage space to read the stored document related information and responding to the query request.
16. An information providing method, comprising:
receiving an authentication request containing an original hash digest and an electronic signature of an electronic document from external equipment; the external equipment reads the information identification to obtain an original hash abstract and index information of the electronic document carried by the external equipment;
calculating to obtain a corresponding public key according to the electronic signature and the original hash digest;
acquiring the identity information of a signer associated with the public key in advance;
and under the condition of acquiring the identity information, responding the identity information or the public key to the external equipment.
17. An information providing method, comprising:
receiving a verification request containing an original hash abstract and an original text of the electronic document from an external device; the public key is obtained by calculation according to the electronic signature and the original hash digest; the external equipment reads the information identification to obtain an original hash abstract and index information of the electronic document carried by the external equipment;
obtaining a verification result about whether the original text is tampered, wherein the verification result of the current original text is obtained according to whether the comparison of the original hash digest and the current hash digest generated according to the current original text is consistent;
and responding the verification result to the external equipment.
18. An information requesting apparatus, comprising:
the reading module is used for reading the information identifier to obtain the information content of the information identifier; wherein the information content comprises: an original hash digest of the electronic document;
the request module is used for sending a query request containing index information and the original hash abstract;
an obtaining module, configured to receive a response message to the query request, where the response message includes document related information of the electronic document corresponding to the index information; wherein the document-related information comprises: an electronic signature of the electronic document;
the computing module is used for computing a public key according to the original hash abstract of the electronic document and the electronic signature of the electronic document;
and the acquisition module is used for acquiring the identity information of the signer associated with the public key in advance.
19. An information providing apparatus, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a query request containing index information and an original hash abstract of the electronic document from external equipment; the external equipment reads the information identification to obtain an original hash abstract and index information of the electronic document carried by the external equipment;
the searching module is used for searching the document related information of the electronic document corresponding to the index information according to the index information; wherein the document-related information comprises: an electronic signature of the electronic document;
the response module is used for responding the document related information to the query request;
the computing module is used for computing a corresponding public key according to the electronic signature and the original hash digest;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the identity information of the signer associated with the public key in advance; and under the condition of acquiring the identity information, responding the identity information or the public key to the external equipment.
20. An information providing apparatus, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving an identity verification request containing an original hash abstract and an electronic signature of the electronic document from external equipment; the external equipment reads the information identification to obtain an original hash abstract and index information of the electronic document carried by the external equipment;
the computing module is used for computing a corresponding public key according to the electronic signature and the original hash digest; the public key is obtained by calculation according to the electronic signature and the original hash digest;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the identity information of the signer associated with the public key in advance;
and the response module is used for responding the identity information or the public key to the external equipment under the condition of acquiring the identity information.
21. A computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, the program, when executed by a processor, implementing the information query method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
22. A computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program, when executed by a processor, implements the information providing method of any one of claims 8 to 15.
23. A computer device, comprising: a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing a computer program, and the processor is used for executing the computer program stored by the memory to enable the computer device to execute the information query method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
24. A computer device, comprising: a processor and a memory;
the memory is configured to store a computer program, and the processor is configured to execute the computer program stored by the memory to cause the computer device to perform the information providing method according to any one of claims 8 to 15.
