Background
At present, a box-type transformer (the box-type transformer is provided with a power-losing tripping device and is not provided with an incoming call automatic switching device) for urban network operation, when a 10kV line fails or overhauls and fails, a low-voltage breaker of the box-type transformer is disconnected, when the failure is removed or overhauls are completed, after the 10kV line transmits power, the power needs to be manually reached to the site of the box-type transformer to perform manual switching-on, so that the working intensity and the labor cost are increased, and the power transmission time is prolonged.

The invention provides an automatic reclosing device of a box-type transformer, which is used for solving the technical problems that when the existing box-type transformer resumes power transmission again after being tripped due to faults, manual switching-on is required to be performed by manually reaching the site of the box-type transformer, the working intensity and the labor cost are increased, and the power transmission time is prolonged.

the automatic reclosing device of the box-type transformer comprises an air switch QF, a circuit breaker DF, a switching-off button SB1, a switching-on button SB2, a contactor KM, a first time relay KT1, a second time relay KT2, a third time relay KT3, a switching-off indicator H1, a switching-on indicator H2 and a fault indicator H3, wherein an air switch QF wire inlet end is connected with a power supply, and an air switch QF wire outlet end is respectively connected with one end of a pressing plate XB, one end of the switching-off button SB1, one end of the switching-on button SB2, energy storage terminals D2 and B2 of the circuit breaker DF, one end of the switching-off indicator H1, one end of the switching-on indicator H2 and the fault indicator H3;
the other end of the opening button SB1 is connected with an opening terminal C2 of the circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the closing button SB2 is connected with a closing terminal A2 of the circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the opening indicator lamp H1 is connected with an opening indicator terminal 42 of the circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the closing indicator lamp H2 is connected with a closing indicator terminal 24 of the circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the fault indicator lamp H3 is connected with a fault indicator terminal B4 of the circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the pressing plate XB is respectively connected with one end of a contactor KM coil, one end of a second time relay KT2 coil, one end of a first time relay KT1 coil, one end of a third time relay KT3 coil and one end of a normally open contact of the contactor KM through wires;
the other end of the contactor KM coil is connected with the other end of the second time relay KT2 coil and then connected with a brake-separating indication terminal 42 of a circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the coil of the first time relay KT1 is connected with a closing indication terminal 24 of the circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the coil of the third time relay KT3 is connected with a fault indication terminal B4;
the other end of the normally open contact of the contactor KM is connected with a delay contact of a first time relay KT1, a delay contact of a second time relay KT2 and a delay contact of a third time relay KT3 in series and then is connected with a closing terminal A2 of a circuit breaker DF;
the main contact of the circuit breaker DF is connected in series in the controlled power supply circuit.

Preferably, the opening button SB1 and the closing button SB2 are normally open buttons.
Preferably, the delay contact of the first time relay KT1 and the delay contact of the third time relay KT3 are normally closed delay closed contacts, and the delay contact of the second time relay KT2 is a normally closed delay open contact.
Preferably, the air switch QF is a switch having a withstand voltage of 400V.
According to the invention, automatic reclosing operation can be completed by only matching a small amount of relays, contactors and buttons with the existing circuit breaker, so that a large amount of manual closing operation is saved, the burden of operators is reduced, the power transmission efficiency is improved, and the automatic reclosing device has positive popularization and use values.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a wiring principle of an embodiment provided by the invention, as shown in fig. 1, an automatic reclosing device of a box-type transformer comprises an air switch QF, a circuit breaker DF, a switching-off button SB1, a switching-on button SB2, a contactor KM, a first time relay KT1, a second time relay KT2, a third time relay KT3, a switching-off indicator lamp H1, a switching-on indicator lamp H2 and a fault indicator lamp H3, wherein an air switch QF wire inlet end is connected with a power supply, and an air switch QF wire outlet end is respectively connected with one end of a pressing plate XB, one end of the switching-off button SB1, one end of the switching-on button SB2, energy storage terminals D2 and B2 of the circuit breaker DF, one end of the switching-off indicator lamp H1, one end of the switching-on indicator lamp H2 and the fault indicator lamp H3;
the other end of the opening button SB1 is connected with an opening terminal C2 of the circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the closing button SB2 is connected with a closing terminal A2 of the circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the opening indicator lamp H1 is connected with an opening indicator terminal 42 of the circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the closing indicator lamp H2 is connected with a closing indicator terminal 24 of the circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the fault indicator lamp H3 is connected with a fault indicator terminal B4 of the circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the pressing plate XB is respectively connected with one end of a contactor KM coil, one end of a second time relay KT2 coil, one end of a first time relay KT1 coil, one end of a third time relay KT3 coil and one end of a normally open contact of the contactor KM through wires;
the other end of the contactor KM coil is connected with the other end of the second time relay KT2 coil and then connected with a brake-separating indication terminal 42 of a circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the coil of the first time relay KT1 is connected with a closing indication terminal 24 of the circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the coil of the third time relay KT3 is connected with a fault indication terminal B4;
the other end of the normally open contact of the contactor KM is connected with a delay contact of a first time relay KT1, a delay contact of a second time relay KT2 and a delay contact of a third time relay KT3 in series and then is connected with a closing terminal A2 of a circuit breaker DF;
the main contact of the circuit breaker DF is connected in series in the controlled power supply circuit.
The circuit breaker DF is a DW15 series circuit breaker;
the opening button SB1 and the closing button SB2 are normally open buttons;
the delay contact of the first time relay KT1 and the delay contact of the third time relay KT3 are normally closed delay closed contacts, and the delay contact of the second time relay KT2 is a normally closed delay open contact.
The air switch QF is a 400V withstand voltage switch.
When the circuit breaker DF is in operation, under the condition that the circuit breaker DF is switched on, the switch-on indication terminal 24 is communicated, the KT1 is electrified, and the corresponding normally closed contact is disconnected, so that the switch-on terminal A2 is ensured not to be electrified automatically; under the condition that the circuit breaker DF is switched off and after the incoming line power supply is changed from no power to power, the switch-off indication terminal 42 is switched on, so that KM and KT2 are simultaneously powered on, the delay contact of the second time relay KT2 is a normally-closed delay switch-off contact, the coil is disconnected within a certain time after being powered on, during the period, current flows through the QF-XB-KM normally-open contact, the KT2 contact and the KT3 contact to reach the switch-on terminal A2, the circuit breaker DF is switched on, and when the delay time of the relay KT2 is reached, the delay contact is disconnected. In the whole automatic reclosing process, the automatic reclosing is controlled by a pressing plate XB.

the automatic switching device comprises an air switch QF, a circuit breaker DF, a switching-off button SB1, a switching-on button SB2, a contactor KM, a first time relay KT1, a second time relay KT2, a third time relay KT3 and a switching-off indicator lamp H1, a switching-on indicator lamp H2 and a fault indicator lamp H3, wherein an air switch QF wire inlet end is connected with a power supply, and an air switch QF wire outlet end is respectively connected with one end of a pressing plate XB, one end of the switching-off button SB1, one end of the switching-on button SB2, energy storage terminals D2 and B2 of the circuit breaker DF, one end of the switching-off indicator lamp H1, one end of the switching-on indicator lamp H2 and the fault indicator lamp H3;
the other end of the opening button SB1 is connected with an opening terminal C2 of the circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the closing button SB2 is connected with a closing terminal A2 of the circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the opening indicator lamp H1 is connected with an opening indicator terminal 42 of the circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the closing indicator lamp H2 is connected with a closing indicator terminal 24 of the circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the fault indicator lamp H3 is connected with a fault indicator terminal B4 of the circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the pressing plate XB is respectively connected with one end of a contactor KM coil, one end of a second time relay KT2 coil, one end of a first time relay KT1 coil, one end of a third time relay KT3 coil and one end of a normally open contact of the contactor KM through wires;
the other end of the contactor KM coil is connected with the other end of the second time relay KT2 coil and then connected with a brake-separating indication terminal 42 of a circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the coil of the first time relay KT1 is connected with a closing indication terminal 24 of the circuit breaker DF;
the other end of the coil of the third time relay KT3 is connected with a fault indication terminal B4;
the other end of the normally open contact of the contactor KM is connected with a delay contact of a first time relay KT1, a delay contact of a second time relay KT2 and a delay contact of a third time relay KT3 in series and then is connected with a closing terminal A2 of a circuit breaker DF;
the main contact of the circuit breaker DF is connected in series in the controlled power supply loop;
the opening button SB1 and the closing button SB2 are normally open buttons;
the delay contact of the first time relay KT1 and the delay contact of the third time relay KT3 are normally closed delay closed contacts, and the delay contact of the second time relay KT2 is a normally closed delay open contact.
