Background
An emergency opening device is usually installed on a cabinet door panel of a 10kV switch cabinet, so that opening operation can be carried out on a circuit breaker without opening the cabinet door when emergency operation is needed. The emergency release device generally comprises a pull rod or a knob for adjusting an emergency release button of the switch cabinet to a usable position, and the pull rod and the knob have an automatic reset function. When the 10kV switch cabinet performs emergency brake-separating operation, an operator is required to pull and hold a pull rod or a rotary button by one hand, and the other hand presses the emergency brake-separating button to realize on-site emergency brake-separating operation; manual emergency brake opening often has risks of misoperation and potential safety hazards, so that remote operation with higher safety and reliability becomes a necessary trend of emergency brake opening of the switch cabinet.
In order to realize the remote operation of the 10kV switch cabinet, a position switcher is needed to fix the position of a reset pull rod or a knob so as to ensure that a button for emergency brake separation is at a usable position, thereby ensuring the feasibility of remote control operation. However, in switch cabinets of different types, the sizes and the shapes of the pull rods or the knobs on the panel are different, so that a position switcher corresponding to the pull rods or the knobs with specific shapes and sizes is often required to be designed, the manufacturing cost is high, the applicability is poor, and the resource waste is formed. Further, a plurality of protruding parts are uniformly distributed on the outer side of the inner structure body, and a plurality of concave parts matched with the protruding parts are uniformly distributed on the inner side of the outer structure body; the protruding part is in sliding connection with the recessed part, and one end of the recessed part is provided with a closed end for limiting the displacement of the internal structure.
