(4) The positive and negative rotation combined switches K2 and K3 are started, the first screw rod 21 is rocked, the clamping mechanism of the grounding wire clamp is far away from the contact, the positive and negative rotation combined switch K1 is started, the left motor 9 and the right motor 13 simultaneously rotate reversely, the left push rod 10 and the right push rod 14 horizontally withdraw, and valve lifting shafts on the left side and the right side of the switch cabinet are loosened until the valve is closed.

the depth position adjusting mechanism comprises a first screw rod (21) which is arranged perpendicular to the free end of the upper cross beam (4) in the horizontal direction, a sliding block (23) is arranged at the end part of the first screw rod (21), a first motor (24) is arranged on the other side surface of the sliding block (23) opposite to the first screw rod (21), a rotating shaft of the first motor (24) is connected with one end of a first connecting rod (25), the other end of the first connecting rod (25) is connected with a second connecting rod (27) through a second motor (26), and the depth positions of the first connecting rod (25) and the second connecting rod (27) can be adjusted by rotating the first motor (24) and the second motor (26);
