Abstract
The invention relates to a sealing welding auxiliary device of a pressure-resistant shell of a nuclear reactor control rod driving mechanism, which comprises a base ring, an inner ring, an outer ring, the pressure-resistant shell and a tube seat, and is characterized in that more than two inner rings are axially arranged on the inner ring surface of the base ring, more than one outer ring is axially arranged on the outer ring surface of the base ring, the inner ring and the outer ring are coaxially arranged, the inner ring surface of the inner ring is matched with the outer edge of an outer annular welding lug on the pressure-resistant shell, and the outer ring surface of the outer ring is matched with the inner edge of an inner annular welding lug on the tube seat. The invention adopts a multi-layer structure, when the welding and cutting of the first layer reaches 5 times, the first layer is removed, the second layer is started to be used, and the like, so that at least 30 times of welding and cutting can be realized. Background
In the control rod driver mechanism of the nuclear power station, a pressure-resistant shell and a CRDM tube seat of a pressure container are connected by screw threads and welded in a sealing way to form a closed loop pressure boundary. In the whole operation life cycle of the nuclear power station, the pressure-resistant shell is required to be disassembled due to reasons such as material changing, process transportation and the like, the process is cutting, disassembling, material changing (transportation), assembling and welding, the existing device is not easy to meet the requirement of disassembling and assembling the control rod driving mechanism for more than ten times, and the tube seat is possibly damaged. Therefore, it is necessary to design a pressure-resistant shell sealing welding auxiliary device of a nuclear reactor control rod driving mechanism, which has a simple structure, is safe and reliable, and can meet the requirement of more than 30 times of disassembly and assembly of the control rod driving mechanism.

The auxiliary device for sealing and welding the pressure-resistant shell of the nuclear reactor control rod driving mechanism comprises a base ring 1, an inner ring 2, an outer ring 3, a pressure-resistant shell 4 and a tube seat 5, wherein more than two inner rings 2 are axially arranged on the inner ring surface of the base ring 1, more than one outer ring 3 is axially arranged on the outer ring surface of the base ring 1, the inner ring 2 and the outer ring 3 are coaxially arranged, the inner ring surface of the inner ring 2 is matched with the outer edge of an outer annular welding lug 4.1 on the pressure-resistant shell 4, and the outer ring surface of the outer ring 3 is matched with the inner edge of an inner annular welding lug 5.1 on the tube seat 5.
Preferred embodiments are: in the above scheme, the inner ring surface of the base ring 1 is axially provided with three inner rings 2, and the outer ring surface of the base ring 1 is axially provided with three outer rings 3.
