技术领域
本发明涉及视频监控技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于GIS平台电网输电线路及护线员动态标注方法。
背景技术
随着特高压线路的快速发展,和特高压对运维的特殊要求,迫使“电力高速”的运维单位必须采取十分高效的手段和措施来保障其正常运行,寻求更加有效的智能化系统,是必然的选择。高压线路有时需要人员现场巡视和维修,而对于较偏远地区,能够及时准确的完成巡视和维修任务是非常重要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种基于GIS平台电网输电线路及护线员动态标注方法。
为了解决背景技术中存在的问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种基于GIS平台电网输电线路及护线员动态标注方法,其步骤如下:
将输电线路各电塔及变电设施进行地理分布数据采集;
将采集到的地理分布数据结合地理学与地图学以及遥感和计算机科学形成地理信息系统;
将护线员身上佩戴GPS定位装置;
护线员巡视或维修后确认GPS定位位置;
地理信息系统在相应输电线路各电塔及变电设施处进行标注。
本发明具有采集、管理、分析和输出多种地理空间信息的能力,系统以分析模型驱动,具有极强的空间综合分析和动态预测能力,可进行人机交互。
具体实施方式:
一种基于GIS平台电网输电线路及护线员动态标注方法,它包括将输电线路各电塔及变电设施进行地理分布数据采集;
将采集到的地理分布数据结合地理学与地图学以及遥感和计算机科学形成地理信息系统;
将护线员身上佩戴GPS定位装置;
护线员巡视或维修后确认GPS定位位置;
地理信息系统在相应输电线路各电塔及变电设施处进行标注。

将采集到的地理分布数据结合地理学与地图学以及遥感和计算机科学形成地理信息系统;
将护线员身上佩戴GPS定位装置;
护线员巡视或维修后确认GPS定位位置;
地理信息系统在相应输电线路各电塔及变电设施处进行标注。
