Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The applicant has found that, in general, when a user wants to watch multimedia resources such as video, audio, and pictures through a terminal with a screen (such as a mobile phone and a Pad), the user generally obtains the required multimedia resources through a network download mode. However, due to poor network signals in some places, it is difficult for users to download multimedia resources smoothly. In addition, downloading of multimedia resources generally requires a large network overhead, which not only affects the speed of acquiring other resources by the user, but also may increase the network traffic cost of the user.
In order to solve the technical problem, the application provides a multimedia resource leasing method, specifically, a mobile terminal sends a leasing request carrying a user identifier, a self-service terminal identifier, a terminal interface type and a multimedia resource identifier list to a cloud server, the cloud server responds to the leasing request, after the user identifier passes verification, the self-service terminal corresponding to the self-service terminal identifier is controlled, and a mobile storage device storing multimedia resources required by a user is transmitted out, so that the user can connect the mobile storage device to a terminal with a screen to watch the multimedia resources in the mobile terminal. According to the method and the device, the user can conveniently acquire the required multimedia resources by renting the mobile storage device in which the required multimedia resources are stored, the limitation of network conditions is avoided, the multimedia resources can be enjoyed anytime and anywhere, and the user experience is greatly improved.
In order to better understand the technical method of the present application, the following detailed description is made on the technical solution of the present application with reference to fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 1, a signaling interaction diagram of a multimedia resource leasing method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. The method comprises the following steps:
s101: the mobile terminal sends a lease request to the cloud server, wherein the lease request comprises a user identifier, a self-service terminal identifier, a terminal interface type and a multimedia resource identifier list.
The user identifier is used for uniquely identifying identity information of the user, and can be a mobile phone number, an identity card number, a registered account password of the user and the like.
The self-service terminal identification is used for uniquely identifying the self-service terminal, and can be the factory equipment number of the self-service terminal or other preset identity identifications. It should be noted that the identity of the self-service terminal may be determined in various ways, which belongs to the prior art and is not described herein in detail.
In the embodiment of the application, the self-service terminal identification is acquired in advance before the mobile terminal sends the lease request to the cloud server. It should be noted that the present application provides the following two implementation manners for the mobile terminal to obtain the self-service terminal identifier, specifically as follows:
in a first implementation manner, a user can scan a barcode or a two-dimensional code on a self-service terminal by using a mobile terminal to obtain a self-service terminal identifier of the self-service terminal.
In the second implementation manner, the self-service terminal identifier of the self-service terminal is marked on the self-service terminal, and the user can directly input the self-service terminal identifier into the mobile terminal.
The terminal interface type is an interface type of a terminal with a screen for playing the required multimedia resources. The terminal interface types may include a Micro USB interface, a Type-c interface, a Lightning interface, and the like.
In practical applications, the mobile storage device rented by the user needs to be connected to the screen terminal so that the user can view the multimedia resource in the mobile storage device through the screen terminal, that is, the interface type of the mobile storage device needs to be matched with the interface type of the screen terminal. In order to enable the mobile storage device transmitted by the self-service terminal to be suitable for the terminal with the screen, the mobile terminal needs to send the interface type of the terminal with the screen to the cloud server. In practical application, a user can select or input a terminal interface type on an interface of the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal can send the terminal interface type required by the user to the cloud server.
The multimedia resource identification list comprises resource identifications of multimedia resources required by the user, wherein the resource identifications are used for uniquely identifying the multimedia resources. And the cloud server or the self-service terminal searches the corresponding multimedia resource according to the resource identifier in the multimedia resource identifier list. For example, when a user needs to rent video resources of a home line movie, the resource identifier may be a movie name of the movie, and the cloud server or the self-service terminal may find a corresponding movie resource according to the movie name and rent the movie resource to the user.
Generally, the multimedia resource required by the user may be one or more, so that one or more resource identifications are included in the multimedia resource identification list. In one implementation, a user may input resource identifiers of multimedia resources to be rented, such as movie names, comic names, and the like, in a mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal integrates the resource identifiers input by the user in a form of a list to obtain a multimedia resource identifier list. In another implementation manner, the user may also select a required multimedia resource from multimedia resources recommended by the mobile terminal for the user, and the mobile terminal automatically generates a multimedia resource identifier list including resource identifiers of the multimedia resources selected by the user according to the multimedia resource selected by the user.
For example, a user needs to rent 100 songs, first, the user may select the 100 songs on the mobile terminal, then, the mobile terminal determines the song names of the respective songs according to the songs selected by the user, and the song names are used as resource identifiers of the respective songs, and finally, the mobile terminal collects 1 the song names of the respective songs into a list to obtain a multimedia resource identifier list.
In practical application, before the mobile terminal sends a lease request to the cloud server, a user identifier, a self-service terminal identifier, a terminal interface type and a multimedia resource identifier list need to be acquired. Specifically, the mobile terminal acquires a self-service terminal identifier, determines a terminal interface type and a multimedia resource identifier list of multimedia resources which need to be rented by a user on the mobile terminal (such as a mobile phone, a Pad, a notebook computer and the like), generates a lease request by using the acquired self-service terminal identifier, the terminal interface type and the multimedia resource identifier list input by the user and the user identifier, and sends the generated lease request to the cloud server.
In addition, the embodiment of the application provides the following two implementation modes that the mobile terminal sends the lease request to the cloud server, which are specifically as follows:
in one implementation, the mobile terminal may send a lease request to the cloud server in a network connection manner.
Specifically, when the mobile terminal is in an environment with good network signals, the mobile terminal may establish a network connection with the cloud server, and send a lease request to the cloud server through the network connection established with the cloud server.
In another implementation manner, the mobile terminal may also send a lease request to the cloud server in a short message manner.
It can be understood that when the user is in an environment with poor network signals, the mobile terminal is difficult to establish network connection with the cloud server, and therefore, the mobile terminal can send the lease request in a manner of sending a short message to the cloud server.
S102: and the cloud server checks the user identification.
The cloud server analyzes the lease request after receiving the lease request from the mobile terminal to obtain a user identifier, a self-service terminal identifier, a terminal interface type and a multimedia resource identifier list. In order to ensure the validity of the mobile terminal, the embodiment of the application needs to verify the user identifier.
In practical application, only the legal user belonging to the cloud server can rent the multimedia resource. The lease request received by the cloud server may be from a registered legal user or from an unregistered illegal user. Therefore, the cloud server needs to check the user identifier, that is, to query whether the user identifier belongs to the registered user list, so as to determine whether the user is a valid user. If the user is determined to be a legal user, the user is allowed to rent the required multimedia resources, and if the user is an unregistered illegal user, the user can be reminded to complete registration first and then rent the multimedia resources.
S103: and if the user identification passes the verification, the cloud server sends an equipment outgoing command to the self-service terminal corresponding to the self-service terminal identification, wherein the equipment outgoing command comprises a terminal interface type and a multimedia resource identification list.
The cloud server transmits a command to the device sent by the self-service terminal, and the command is used for controlling the self-service terminal to copy the multimedia resource required by the user to the mobile storage device and transmit the mobile storage device to the user. The device outgoing command contains the terminal interface type and the multimedia resource identification list.
The self-service terminal transmits the multimedia resources required by the user to the mobile storage terminal of the user, so that the cloud server needs to forward the multimedia resource identifier list corresponding to the multimedia resources required by the user to the self-service terminal, so that the self-service terminal can acquire the corresponding multimedia resources according to the multimedia resource identifier list and store the multimedia resources in the mobile storage terminal to rent the multimedia resources to the user.
In addition, the multimedia resources rented to the user by the self-service terminal are stored in the mobile storage device, and when the user obtains the mobile storage device, the mobile storage device needs to be connected with the terminal with the screen, so that the multimedia resources in the mobile storage device are obtained. Therefore, the cloud server also needs to forward the terminal interface type to the self-service terminal, so that the self-service terminal selects the mobile storage device adapted to the terminal interface type for the user, and the situation that the user cannot acquire the required multimedia resource because the rented mobile storage device cannot be used by the user due to the fact that the interface type is not adapted after the user obtains the mobile storage device is avoided.
In practical applications, users generally obtain multimedia resources to be rented through self-service terminals. Therefore, after the user identifier is determined to pass the verification, the cloud server needs to send a device outgoing command to the self-service terminal corresponding to the self-service terminal identifier, so that the self-service terminal can copy the multimedia resource which needs to be rented by the user to the mobile storage device which is adaptive to the terminal interface type, and transmit the mobile storage device to the user, so that the user obtains the mobile storage device, and further obtains the multimedia resource stored in the mobile storage device.
S104: and after receiving the equipment outgoing command from the cloud server, the self-service terminal controls the mobile storage equipment suitable for the terminal interface type to be outgoing according to the equipment outgoing command, and the mobile storage equipment stores the multimedia resources corresponding to the multimedia resource identification list.
In this embodiment, after receiving the device outgoing command, the self-service terminal controls the mobile storage device to be outgoing according to the device outgoing command, where the mobile storage device is suitable for the terminal interface type and stores the multimedia resource that the user needs to rent.
In practical application, after receiving an outgoing command of the equipment, the self-service terminal firstly analyzes the outgoing command of the equipment to obtain a terminal interface type and a multimedia resource identification list; and then selecting a mobile storage device suitable for the terminal interface type according to the terminal interface type, inquiring whether corresponding multimedia resources are stored locally according to the multimedia resource identification list, and copying the inquired multimedia resources to the selected mobile storage device.
In one implementation, if all multimedia resources on the multimedia resource identifier list are not stored locally in the self-service terminal, the self-service terminal needs to download the multimedia resources that are not stored in the self-service terminal on the multimedia identifier list from the cloud server, and store the downloaded multimedia resources in the selected mobile terminal device.
The specific implementation manner of the self-service terminal downloading the multimedia resource from the cloud server may be as follows: the self-service terminal sends a multimedia resource downloading request to the cloud server, wherein the multimedia resource downloading request comprises a multimedia resource downloading list; the cloud server receives the multimedia resource downloading request and analyzes a multimedia resource downloading list, then acquires corresponding multimedia resources according to the multimedia resource downloading list, finally sends the acquired multimedia resources to the self-service terminal, and the self-service terminal receives and stores the multimedia resources in the selected mobile storage device.
Furthermore, the multimedia resources downloaded by the self-service terminal from the cloud server can be stored in the self-service terminal locally, so that other subsequent users can rent the multimedia resources conveniently.
In practical application, there may be no multimedia resource that needs to be rented by the user on both the cloud server and the self-service terminal for some reasons. For example, a movie on the movie theater, a paper published by an expert, etc., the cloud server temporarily cannot receive the multimedia resource due to copyright problem.
In view of the above situation, the embodiments of the present application further provide the following processing manners, specifically: after the cloud server receives the multimedia resource downloading request from the self-service terminal, if the fact that the multimedia resource requested to be downloaded by the self-service terminal is not stored in the local cloud server is determined, the cloud server can directly return prompt information to the mobile terminal of the user, and if the prompt information of a certain multimedia resource does not exist at present, the user is informed that the multimedia resource cannot be provided for the user at present.
In the embodiment of the application, the mobile terminal sends a lease request to the cloud server, wherein the lease request comprises a user identifier, a self-service terminal identifier, a terminal interface type and a multimedia resource identifier list; after receiving the lease request, the cloud server verifies the mobile identifier in the lease request, and if the mobile identifier passes the verification, the cloud server sends an equipment outgoing command to the self-service terminal corresponding to the self-service terminal identifier, wherein the equipment outgoing command comprises a terminal interface type and a multimedia resource identifier list; the self-service terminal receives an equipment outgoing command from the cloud server and controls mobile storage equipment suitable for the terminal interface type to be outgoing according to the equipment outgoing command, and multimedia resources corresponding to the multimedia resource identification list are stored in the mobile storage equipment.
Therefore, the self-service terminal can respond to the command transmitted by the equipment of the cloud server and transmit the mobile storage equipment storing the multimedia resources corresponding to the multimedia resource identification list, and the user can connect the mobile storage equipment to the terminal with the screen to watch the multimedia resources in the mobile terminal. According to the method and the device, the user can conveniently acquire the required multimedia resources by renting the mobile storage device in which the required multimedia resources are stored, the limitation of network conditions is avoided, the multimedia resources can be enjoyed anytime and anywhere, and the user experience is greatly improved.
In practical application, the user needs to perform charging during the multimedia resource lease period, and the user needs to return the mobile storage terminal in time before the lease period is reached. Thus, the present application also provides another scenario embodiment. In this scenario example, a user rents a movie asset via a cell phone.
Referring to fig. 2, a signaling interaction diagram of a multimedia resource leasing method in an embodiment of the present application scenario is shown. In this embodiment, the method includes the steps of:
s201: and the user positions any self-service terminal by using the mobile phone navigation system and acquires the self-service terminal identification.
In practical applications, a user needs to find a self-service terminal first when the user wants to rent multimedia resources from the self-service terminal. In one implementation, a user may use application software on a mobile phone to search for self-service terminals around the user, and use a navigation system to navigate to the self-service terminal selected by the user.
The user can obtain the self-service terminal identification in a code scanning mode of the mobile phone, and the self-service terminal identification marked on the self-service terminal can be read and then manually input into the mobile phone. The specific obtaining manner may refer to an implementation manner of obtaining the self-service terminal identifier in the previous embodiment.
S202: the mobile terminal sends a lease request for leasing the movie resources to the cloud server, wherein the lease request comprises a user identifier, a self-service terminal identifier, a terminal interface type and a movie resource identifier list.
The movie resource identification list may include a movie name required by the user.
S203: and the cloud server checks the user identification in the received lease request.
S204: and if the user identification passes the verification, the cloud server sends an equipment outgoing command to the self-service terminal corresponding to the self-service terminal identification, wherein the equipment outgoing command comprises a terminal interface type and a movie resource identification list.
S205: and after receiving an equipment outgoing command sent by the cloud server, the self-service terminal controls mobile storage equipment suitable for the terminal interface type to be outgoing according to the equipment outgoing command, wherein multimedia resources corresponding to the multimedia resource identification list are stored in the mobile storage equipment.
It should be noted that S202 to S205 in the present embodiment are similar to S101 to S104 in the previous embodiment, and it can be understood that they are not described herein again.
S206: and after the self-service terminal successfully transmits the mobile storage equipment, transmitting a transmission success response to the cloud server.
In this embodiment, the outgoing success response sent by the self-service terminal to the cloud server is used to inform the cloud server that the mobile storage device has been successfully outgoing, and the user has obtained the required movie resource.
S207: and after receiving the outgoing successful response from the self-service terminal, the cloud server starts to charge.
In practical application, when the cloud server determines that the user has successfully rented the needed movie resource, the cloud server starts to charge the user renting the movie resource.
S208: the user sends a returning request to the cloud server through the mobile terminal, wherein the returning request comprises a user identifier and a self-service terminal identifier.
When a user needs to return the mobile storage device storing the movie resources, a self-service terminal is determined, and a self-service terminal identifier of the self-service terminal is obtained, so that the mobile storage device is returned through the self-service terminal. Secondly, the mobile terminal of the user sends a returning request carrying the self-service terminal identification and the user identification to the cloud server so as to request the cloud server to return the mobile storage device.
It should be noted that the self-service terminal corresponding to the self-service terminal identifier included in the return request may be a self-service terminal used by the user when renting the movie resource, or may not be a self-service terminal used by the user when renting the movie resource. And the return of the mobile storage equipment can be completed on any self-service terminal.
S209: and the cloud server checks the user identification in the received return request.
The purpose of the cloud server for checking the user identifier is to determine whether the user is a legal user, and the specific checking method refers to the checking mode of the user identifier in the lease request. Further, the cloud server can check the user identifier to determine whether the user is a legal user who has rented movie resources. In one example scenario, the return request sent by the mobile phone to the cloud server carries wrong user information, for example, the user information stored in the cloud server for renting the movie resource is not matched with the user information carried in the return request. In order to avoid erroneous charging of the user who does not rent the movie resource, the cloud server needs to check the user identifier in the return request, so as to ensure that the current user is the user who rents the movie resource.
When the cloud server does not verify the user identifier, prompt information of user identity error can be sent to a mobile phone of the user, the prompt information is used for prompting that the user corresponding to the current user identifier is an illegal user, and the returning process is terminated.
S210: and after the verification is passed, the cloud server sends a device withdrawing command to the self-service terminal corresponding to the self-service terminal identifier in the returning request.
And the cloud server sends a device withdrawing command to the self-service terminal, and the device withdrawing command is used for controlling the self-service terminal to withdraw the mobile storage device returned by the user.
S211: and the self-service terminal withdraws the mobile storage equipment according to the equipment withdrawing command.
In practical application, after receiving the device recovery command sent by the cloud server, the self-service terminal can prompt the user to place the mobile storage device to be returned on the designated position of the self-service terminal, so that the self-service terminal can conveniently recover the mobile storage device.
S212: and the self-service terminal verifies the withdrawn mobile storage equipment.
It should be noted that the returned mobile storage device may be damaged, or the returned mobile storage device may not be the storage device that the user previously rented. Therefore, the returned mobile storage device needs to be checked to ensure that the returned mobile storage device is the previously rented mobile storage device.
S213: and after the verification is passed, sending a response of successfully receiving back to the cloud server.
In this embodiment, after determining that the returned mobile storage device is a mobile storage device rented by the user before, the self-service terminal sends a return success response to the cloud server to prompt the cloud server that the user has successfully returned the mobile storage device, and the mobile storage device is not damaged.
S214: and after receiving the response of successful recovery from the self-service terminal, the cloud server finishes charging and generates a charging result.
And when receiving the recovery success response from the self-service terminal, the cloud server indicates that the user has successfully recovered the rented movie resource, so that the charging is stopped and a corresponding charging result is generated.
S215: and the cloud server sends the generated charging result to the mobile phone to prompt the user.
It can be understood that the charging result of the cloud server for the movie resource rented by the user needs to be sent to the mobile phone of the user, on one hand, the charging result is used for informing the user of the rent cost for renting the movie resource at this time, and on the other hand, the charging result is convenient for the user to pay.
In the embodiment of the present application, the cloud server has many charging manners for renting movie resources by the user, and the following various embodiments are described as examples.
In one embodiment, the cloud server starts timing after receiving an outgoing success response sent by the self-service terminal, but temporarily does not perform fee deduction processing on the user; and when the cloud server receives the response of successful withdrawal sent by the self-service terminal, timing is finished, the expense of the user for renting the movie resource is calculated according to the time length of the user for renting the movie resource and the amount of the movie resource renting content, and a charging result is generated.
In another embodiment, the cloud server starts timing after receiving the outgoing success response sent by the self-service terminal, performs corresponding fee deduction processing according to the amount of the movie resource rented by the user, and limits the time for renting the movie resource by the user. And after receiving the response of successful withdrawal sent by the self-service terminal, the cloud server finishes timing and judges whether the time for renting the movie resource by the user exceeds the limited time. If the limited time is not exceeded, the cloud server does not deduct the fee of the user again; if the time exceeds the limit time, the cloud server carries out corresponding charging on the user again according to the length of the time exceeding, and generates a charging result.
In addition, there are other charging modes, which are not described herein.
