In view of the above, a first aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides a novel touch device. Fig. 1-3 are schematic diagrams of a bottom view structure, a schematic diagram of a cross-sectional structure of the touch device in a front view direction when the touch device is not touched, and a schematic diagram of a cross-sectional structure of the touch device in a front view direction when the touch device is touched, respectively.

Optionally, the light sensing unit 21 is a photo resistor and/or a photo diode, so that the received light can be sensed well, and the change can be detected immediately under the condition that the electrical signal of the corresponding line where the light sensing unit 21 is located changes, so as to obtain the touch position.
A light emitting mechanism 30 disposed on at least one side of the light sensing mechanism 20 and including a plurality of light emitting units 31; optionally, the wavelength of the light emitted by the light emitting unit 31 satisfies: the light sensing unit 21 can generate a change signal after receiving the light, and the change signal can be detected; alternatively, the light emitted from the light emitting unit 31 may be ultraviolet light or infrared light; optionally, specific values of the wavelength of the light emitted by the light emitting unit 31 may be obtained according to the selection of the photosensitive material.
As shown in fig. 2, when the contact layer 10 is not touched, the light sensing unit 21 does not receive the light emitted from the light emitting unit 31 (in this embodiment, an embodiment in which the horizontal position of the light sensing unit 21 is slightly higher than that of the light emitting unit 31 is adopted); as shown in fig. 3, when the contact layer 10 is touched, the light sensing unit 21 corresponding to the touched position (see the position of the hollow arrow in the figure) can receive the light emitted from at least one light emitting unit 31. In the present embodiment, the number of rows of the light sensing units 21 and the number of the light emitting units 31 are the same, but it is understood that the light sensing units 21 satisfying the touched position at the time of touch can receive light to generate signals. Therefore, the number of the light emitting units 31 may be different from the number of rows of the light sensing units 21, for example, one light emitting unit 31 may correspond to two rows of the light sensing units 21, or the light emitted by two light emitting units 31 passes through the same row of the light sensing units 21, and of course, a one-to-many or many-to-one form is also conceivable, which is not described herein again. Of course, the corresponding design may involve adjusting the sizes or specifications of the light sensing unit 21 and the light emitting unit 31, which may be adjusted according to actual needs, and will not be described herein.
Optionally, the touch device further includes a control unit (not shown) for scanning an electrical signal of a line on which each light sensing unit 21 is located, and determining a touch position according to a change of the electrical signal of the line on which the light sensing unit 21 is located.
As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, the touch device provided in the embodiments of the present invention is provided with a light sensing mechanism including a plurality of light sensing units arranged in an array and a corresponding light emitting mechanism, and when the contact layer is not touched, the light sensing units do not receive light emitted by the light emitting units; when the contact layer is touched, the light sensing unit corresponding to the touch position can receive light emitted by at least one light emitting unit, so that the touch position can be determined according to the detected electric signal change of the circuit where the corresponding light sensing unit is located.
Optionally, the touch device may further include a plurality of charge sensing units (not shown), and each of the light sensing units 21 is correspondingly connected to one of the charge sensing units, so that the determination of the touch position can be assisted by the detection of the charge sensing unit on the charge change, and the touch accuracy can be provided.
The embodiment of the invention also provides another embodiment of the touch device. Fig. 4-6 are schematic diagrams of a bottom view structure, a schematic diagram of a cross-sectional structure of the touch device in a front view direction when the touch device is not touched, and a schematic diagram of a cross-sectional structure of the touch device in a front view direction when the touch device is touched, respectively, according to another embodiment of the touch device provided by the present invention.
The touch device comprises:
a contact layer 10; the contact layer 10 is used for receiving touch, optionally, the contact layer 10 is a transparent elastic film and can be made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), so that the contact layer 10 has good elasticity under the condition of ensuring transparency, and is beneficial to elastic deformation when receiving touch.
A light sensing mechanism 20 disposed on the contact layer 10 and including a plurality of light sensing units 21 arranged in an array; optionally, the light sensing unit 21 is made of a photosensitive material, and the photosensitive material may be one or more of cadmium sulfide, selenium, aluminum sulfide, lead sulfide, and bismuth sulfide. Optionally, the light sensing unit 21 is a photo resistor and/or a photo diode, so that the received light can be sensed well, and the change can be detected immediately under the condition that the electrical signal of the corresponding line where the light sensing unit 21 is located changes, so as to obtain the touch position.
A light emitting mechanism 30 disposed at one side of the light sensing mechanism 20 and including a plurality of light emitting units 31; optionally, the wavelength of the light emitted by the light emitting unit 31 satisfies: the light sensing unit 21 can generate a change signal after receiving the light, and the change signal can be detected; alternatively, the light emitted from the light emitting unit 31 may be ultraviolet light or infrared light; optionally, specific values of the wavelength of the light emitted by the light emitting unit 31 may be obtained according to the selection of the photosensitive material.
A light detection mechanism 40 provided on one side of the light sensing mechanism 20, opposed to the light emitting mechanism 30, and including a plurality of light detection units 41; the light detection unit 41 can collect the light emitted by the light emission unit 31 and transmitted to the light detection unit.
As shown in fig. 5, when the contact layer 10 is not touched, the light sensing unit 21 does not receive the light emitted from the light emitting unit 31, and the light detecting unit 41 can receive the light emitted from the corresponding light emitting unit 31 and transmitted to the light detecting unit; as shown in fig. 6, when the contact layer 10 is touched, the light sensing unit 21 corresponding to the touched position (see the position of the hollow arrow in the figure) can receive the light emitted from at least one of the light emitting units 31, and the light detecting unit 41 corresponding to the touched position can not receive (or can only partially receive) the light emitted from the corresponding light emitting unit 31 and transmitted to the light detecting unit.
In the present embodiment, the number of rows of the light sensing units 21, the number of the light emitting units 31, and the number of the light detecting units 41 are the same, but it can be understood that the light sensing units 21 satisfying the touch position at the time of touch can receive light to generate signals and the light detecting units 41 corresponding to the touch position cannot receive light or can receive light only partially. Therefore, the number of the light emitting units 31 and the number of the light detecting units 41 may be different from the number of the lines of the light sensing units 21, and the number of the light emitting units 31 and the number of the light detecting units 41 may be different from each other. For example, one light emitting unit 31 may correspond to two rows of photo-sensing units 21 and two light detecting units 41, or the light emitted from two light emitting units 31 passes through the same row of photo-sensing units 21 and is received by one light detecting unit 41. Of course, it is conceivable that the relationship among the number of rows of the light sensing units 21, the number of the light emitting units 31, and the number of the light detecting units 41 may be a one-to-many, one-to-one, or one-to-one, and so on, and will not be described herein again. Of course, the corresponding design may involve adjusting the sizes or specifications of the light sensing unit 21, the light detecting unit 41 and the light emitting unit 31, which may be adjusted according to actual needs, and will not be described herein again.
Meanwhile, the touch device is provided with the optical detection mechanism, when the light intensity detected by the optical detection mechanism is reduced, the touch of a corresponding row or column can be determined, and therefore the detection of the touch position is assisted.
Optionally, the touch device may further implement a function of detecting touch pressure to a certain extent, that is, implement three-dimensional touch (3D touch). Specifically, when a touch occurs on the contact layer 10, the contact layer 10 deforms, taking fig. 6 as an example, it can be seen that the pressure of the current touch may make the light of the light emitting unit 31 in the corresponding row completely blocked by the light sensing unit 21 and the light detecting unit 41 in the corresponding row not receive the corresponding light, the pressure is known to be relatively large, and when the pressure of the touch is relatively small (the position of the light sensing unit 21 in the center of fig. 6 is slightly upward), the light of the light emitting unit 31 in the corresponding row is only partially blocked by the light sensing unit 21 and the light detecting unit 41 in the corresponding row receives part of the light, the pressure is known to be relatively small, so as to distinguish the heavy press from the light press.
The embodiment of the invention also provides another embodiment of the touch device. Fig. 7-9 are schematic diagrams of a bottom view structure, a schematic diagram of a cross-sectional structure of the touch device in a front view direction when the touch device is not touched, and a schematic diagram of a cross-sectional structure of the touch device in a front view direction when the touch device is touched, respectively, according to still another embodiment of the touch device provided in the present invention.
A light emitting mechanism 30 disposed on opposite sides of the light sensing mechanism 20 and including a plurality of light emitting units 31 and 32; alternatively, the wavelengths of the light emitted from the light emitting units 31 and 32 satisfy: the light sensing unit 21 can generate a change signal after receiving the light, and the change signal can be detected; alternatively, the light emitted from the light emitting units 31 and 32 may be ultraviolet light or infrared light; alternatively, specific values of the wavelengths of the light emitted by the light emitting units 31 and 32 can be obtained according to the selection of the photosensitive material.
As shown in fig. 8, when the contact layer 10 is not touched, the light sensing unit 21 does not receive the light emitted from the light emitting units 31 and 32 (in this embodiment, an embodiment in which the horizontal position of the light sensing unit 21 is slightly higher than the horizontal position of the light emitting units 31 and 32 is adopted); as shown in fig. 9, when the contact layer 10 is touched, the light sensing unit 21 corresponding to the touched position (see the position of the hollow arrow in the figure) can receive light emitted from at least one of the light emitting units 31 and 32 on both sides.
In the present embodiment, the number of rows of the light sensing units 21 and the number of the light emitting units 31 and 32 are the same, but it is understood that the light sensing units 21 satisfying the touch position at the time of touch can receive light to generate signals. Therefore, the number of the light emitting units 31 and 32 may be different from the number of the rows of the light sensing units 21, for example, one light emitting unit 31 may correspond to two rows of the light sensing units 21, or the light emitted by two light emitting units 31 and 32 passes through the same row of the light sensing units 21, and of course, it is conceivable that the light emitting units may be in a one-to-many or many-to-one form, and details thereof are not repeated herein. Of course, the corresponding design may involve the adjustment of the size or specification of the light sensing unit 21 and the light emitting units 31 and 32, which may be adjusted according to actual needs, and will not be described in detail herein. Of course, it is also conceivable that the number of the light emitting units 31 and 32 may be different, and the specific implementation may refer to the aforementioned design, which is not described herein again.
Meanwhile, the touch device enables light rays received by the light sensing unit to be more symmetrical and uniform through the opposite side or the arrangement of the light emitting mechanism, and the determination of the touch position is facilitated.
Optionally, the touch device may further implement a function of detecting touch pressure to a certain extent, that is, implement three-dimensional touch (3D touch). Specifically, when a touch occurs on the contact layer 10, the contact layer 10 deforms, taking fig. 9 as an example, it can be seen that a current touch pressure can deform a circle area (refer to a dashed circle area in fig. 7) on the contact layer 10, the circle area takes the photo sensing unit 21 at the center position in fig. 7 as a center of a circle and takes the widths of 4.5 photo sensing units 21 as radii, that is, taking fig. 7 as an example, at this time, about 21 photo sensing units 21 can receive light to cause circuits where the photo sensing units are located to generate electrical signal changes, and after receiving corresponding electrical signal data, the size of the area where the touch occurs can be known, so that the size of the touch pressure is measured based on the foregoing, that is, the touch pressure is large when the touch area is large, and the touch pressure is small when the touch area is small, thereby distinguishing a heavy press from a light press.
In addition to the above embodiments, in an embodiment of the touch device, the light emitting units may be disposed on two sides of the light sensing unit that are not opposite to each other (i.e., a row of light emitting units is disposed in each of the x and y directions). In this way, the light emitting mechanisms are arranged on two sides of the light sensing mechanism which are not opposite to each other, so that the light sensing unit can receive light from two directions of x and y, and the change sensitivity of the electric signal is improved.
In addition, in another embodiment of the touch device, the light emitting mechanisms may be disposed on two sides of the light sensing mechanism that are not opposite to each other (i.e., a row of light emitting units is disposed in each of the x and y directions), and the light detecting mechanisms may be disposed on opposite sides of the light emitting mechanisms, i.e., the light emitting mechanisms are disposed on two sides of the light sensing mechanism that are not opposite to each other, and the light detecting mechanisms are disposed on the other two sides of the light sensing mechanism that are not opposite to each other, so that accurate measurement of a touch position can be achieved, and three-dimensional touch can be assisted.
In addition, referring to fig. 10, in another embodiment of the touch device, the light emitting mechanism may be disposed around the light sensing mechanism. Therefore, the light emitting mechanisms are arranged around the light sensing mechanism, so that light received by the light sensing unit is more symmetrical and uniform, and the determination of the touch position is more facilitated.
It should be noted that the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention do not represent actual dimensions and proportions, and when each touch device provided in the embodiments of the present invention is implemented, the adjustment of the density, the dimension, and the specification of the light sensing unit 21, the light emitting unit 31, or the light detecting unit 41 can be designed according to the touch precision.
In a second aspect of embodiments of the present invention, a new display device is provided. Fig. 11 is a schematic front view of a display device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The display device comprises a display panel 50 and any embodiment of the touch device described above, wherein the touch device is arranged on the light emitting side of the display panel 50.
As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, in the display device provided in the embodiments of the present invention, the touch device includes a light sensing mechanism including a plurality of light sensing units arranged in an array and a corresponding light emitting mechanism, and when the contact layer is not touched, the light sensing units do not receive light emitted by the light emitting units; when the contact layer is touched, the light sensing unit corresponding to the touch position can receive light emitted by at least one light emitting unit, so that the touch position can be determined according to the detected electric signal change of the circuit where the corresponding light sensing unit is located.
The display device in this embodiment may be: any product or component with a display function, such as electronic paper, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a television, a notebook computer, a digital photo frame, a navigator and the like.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 11, the light sensing mechanism 20 is disposed on a side of the contact layer 10 facing the display panel 50; in yet other alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 11, the light emitting mechanism is disposed on the display panel 50. Further, instead of disposing the light emitting mechanism on the display panel 50, the light emitting mechanism may be disposed on the contact layer 10, or a light emitting structure may be disposed on the contact layer 10 through a connecting mechanism. In this way, the overall structure of the display device is made more compact by the design of the specific location of the light sensing means and/or the light emitting means.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 11, the display panel 50 is a liquid crystal display panel, and the orthographic projection of the light sensing unit 21 on the display panel 50 is located in a black matrix area 51 of the display panel 50. In this way, by setting the installation position of the light sensing unit 21 in the black matrix area 51, it is avoided that the light sensing unit 21 blocks the outgoing light of the display panel 50 to affect the display effect.
In other alternative embodiments, the display panel may also be an organic electroluminescent display panel, and the orthographic projection of the light sensing unit on the display panel is located in a pixel defining area of the display panel. Therefore, the light sensing unit is arranged in the pixel defining area, and the phenomenon that the light sensing unit shields the emergent light of the display panel to influence the display effect is avoided.
In a third aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, a new touch detection method is provided. Fig. 12 is a schematic flowchart of a touch detection method according to an embodiment of the invention.
The touch detection method is applied to any embodiment of the display device, and comprises the following steps:
step 601: scanning the electric signals of the circuits where the light sensing units are located;
step 602: the light sensing unit is used for determining to receive the light emitted by the light emitting unit according to the electric signal change of the circuit in which the light sensing unit is positioned; optionally, when the light sensing unit is a photoresistor, the resistance value of the photoresistor changes when the photoresistor receives light, so that the current of the line where the photoresistor is located changes, and at this time, the current change value is the electric signal change value;
step 603: determining a touch position according to the position of the light sensing unit receiving the light emitted by the light emitting unit; optionally, when more than one light sensing unit receives light, the center of an area formed by a plurality of light sensing units may be taken as the touch position, or the touch position may be determined according to a preset algorithm.
As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, in the touch detection method provided in the embodiments of the present invention, a touch device on a display device is provided with a light sensing mechanism including a plurality of light sensing units arranged in an array and a corresponding light emitting mechanism, and when the contact layer is not touched, the light sensing units do not receive light emitted by the light emitting units; when the contact layer is touched, the light sensing unit corresponding to the touch position can receive light emitted by at least one light emitting unit, so that the touch position can be determined according to the detected electric signal change of the circuit where the corresponding light sensing unit is located.
The embodiment of the invention also provides another embodiment of a touch detection method. Fig. 13 is a schematic flowchart of a touch detection method according to another embodiment of the invention.
The touch detection method is applied to any embodiment of the display device, wherein, referring to fig. 14, the light emitting mechanism 30 is disposed around the light sensing mechanism 20; the method comprises the following steps:
step 701: scanning the electric signals of the circuits where the light sensing units are located;
step 702: the light sensing unit is used for determining to receive the light emitted by the light emitting unit according to the electric signal change of the circuit in which the light sensing unit is positioned;
step 703: if the number of the light sensing units receiving the light emitted by the light emitting unit is 1, determining a touch position according to the position of the light sensing unit receiving the light emitted by the light emitting unit;
step 704: if the number of the light sensing units receiving the light emitted by the light emitting unit is multiple, fitting an area formed by the multiple light sensing units into a geometric figure (a dotted circle portion shown in fig. 14 may be a geometric figure obtained by fitting);
step 705: the center of the geometry is determined as the touch location.
Meanwhile, the light emitting mechanisms are arranged on the periphery of the light sensing mechanism, so that light rays received by the light sensing units are more symmetrical and uniform, and the determination of the touch position is facilitated.
Optionally, the touch detection method may further include a step of determining a magnitude of the touch pressure, including: and determining the touch pressure according to the size of the area formed by the plurality of light sensing units receiving the light. Specifically, the correspondence between the sizes of the light sensing unit constituent areas receiving light and the touch pressure can be obtained through a test performed in advance, so that the size of the touch pressure can be obtained when the sizes of the light sensing unit constituent areas receiving light are actually measured. Thus, three-dimensional touch can be realized through detection of touch pressure.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: the invention is not to be considered as limited to the specific embodiments thereof, but is to be understood as being modified in all respects, all changes and equivalents that come within the spirit and scope of the invention.
