Abstract

The invention discloses a side-mounted equalizing ring and an installation method thereof, wherein the equalizing ring comprises a circular ring body with all edges and edges rounded, a rigid connecting piece, a connecting bolt and a limiting supporting leg; at least two fixed plates with first threaded holes are welded on the inner side wall of the circular ring body. Side-mounted equalizing ring and mounting method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of high-voltage test equipment, in particular to a side-mounted equalizing ring and an installation method thereof.
Background
The equalizing ring is an essential accessory device of high-voltage test equipment, plays an important role in preventing dizziness, reducing noise and uniformly distributing potential, and is related to the safety of the high-voltage test. The grading ring is generally arranged at the top end of the high-voltage test equipment, and is specifically arranged at the position of the high-voltage outgoing line or the high-voltage connector. The high-voltage tests such as the power frequency withstand voltage test and the voltage transformer error test are mostly carried out on site, high-voltage test equipment is required to be transported to the test site, but the high-voltage test equipment is limited by the road transportation height, the equalizing ring is generally installed after the high-voltage test equipment reaches the test site, the equalizing ring is required to be removed after the test is finished, the disassembly and assembly workload is large, and the equalizing ring is installed on the equalizing ring of the high-voltage test equipment, particularly the equalizing ring of the ultrahigh-voltage and extra-high-voltage test equipment, and the pipe diameter and the ring diameter are large and the weight is heavy due to the high test voltage. How to simplify the installation of the uniformity ring is therefore necessary for high pressure testing.
At present, the fixing mode of the equalizing ring is generally fastening the top end of high-voltage test equipment by bolts, and the installation steps are as follows: firstly, lifting the equalizing ring to the top of the high-voltage test equipment through a crane or lifting a test person to the top of the high-voltage test equipment through a climbing ladder or a lifting trolley, bypassing the equalizing ring to fix the equalizing ring on the flange of the high-voltage test equipment at the top of the high-voltage test equipment through bolts, or stretching hands to a gap between the equalizing ring and the top of the high-voltage test equipment, and fixing the equalizing ring on the flange of the high-voltage test equipment through bolts. Because the shielding of equalizer ring is difficult to see high-pressure test top bolt position, hand and instrument also are difficult to stretch to the station that needs the installation for the installation of equalizer ring is very difficult.
In summary, the existing equalizing ring has the problems of high installation risk, low efficiency and even difficult installation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a side-mounted equalizing ring and an installing method thereof, which are used for solving the problems of high risk and low installing efficiency of the existing equalizing ring.
In a first aspect, the invention provides a side-mounted equalizing ring, which comprises a ring body, a rigid connecting piece, a connecting bolt and a limiting supporting leg, wherein all edges and edges of the ring body, the rigid connecting piece and the connecting bolt are rounded;
the inner side wall of the circular ring body is welded with at least two fixing plates, fixing threaded holes are formed in the fixing plates, the fixing threaded holes are matched with the connecting bolts, and the positions of the fixing threaded holes are lower than the lower edge of the circular ring body;
the rigid connecting piece is L-shaped, a threaded hole matched with the bolt is formed in the vertical section of the L-shaped, a mounting hole is formed in the horizontal section of the L-shaped, the rigid connecting piece is in threaded connection with the connecting bolt, and the rigid connecting piece is made of aluminum;
the limiting support legs are of a step shape, the horizontal sections of the step shape are parallel to the circular ring body, the length of the vertical sections of the step shape exceeding the lower edge of the circular ring body is 15-20mm, and the limiting support legs are fixed on the inner side wall of the circular ring body.
Preferably, the side-mounted equalizing ring is provided with the fixing plates relatively uniformly.
Preferably, the aperture range of the mounting hole of the side-mounted equalizing ring is phi 10 mm-phi 18mm.
Preferably, in the side-mounted equalizing ring, the limit supporting legs are fixed on the inner side of the circular ring body in a triangular distribution.

placing a grading ring: the side-mounted equalizing ring is sleeved on the periphery of the top of the high-voltage test equipment, so that stepped limiting supporting legs fixed on the inner side wall of the equalizing ring are clamped on the peripheral side wall of the high-voltage test equipment, and a fixing plate fixed on the inner side wall of the equalizing ring is overlapped with the vertical section of the L-shaped rigid connecting piece;
installing a grading ring: and the connecting bolts penetrate through the second threaded holes and the first threaded holes, the equalizing ring is installed at the top of the high-voltage test equipment, and the heights of the first threaded holes and the second threaded holes are lower than the lower edge position of the equalizing ring.
By combining the first aspect and the second aspect, the equalizing ring provided by the invention is used, an installer does not need to bypass the ring body of the huge equalizing ring, and the equalizing ring is arranged at the top of the equipment at the center point of the equalizing ring. After the equalizing ring is sleeved, the top installation mode can be changed into the side installation mode by using the connecting bolts exceeding the lower edge of the equalizing ring, and the equalizing ring is not required to be supported by an installer because of the limitation and support of the limiting support legs on the uniform ring body during installation, so that the manpower is saved, the installation efficiency can be improved, the installation hidden danger is greatly reduced, and the safety is improved. Of course, also for the consideration of safety in use, all edges and edges of the circular ring body, the rigid connecting piece and the connecting bolt of the side-mounted equalizing ring are rounded, so that the equalizing ring equalizing effect is prevented from being damaged due to point discharge.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a side-mounted equalizing ring, which comprises a circular ring body 1, a rigid connecting piece 4, a connecting bolt 7 and a limiting supporting leg 2. In view of the use of the equalizing ring, all edges and corners of the ring body 1, the rigid connection 4 and the connection bolt 7 are rounded in order to avoid the point discharge phenomenon. Referring to fig. 2 and 3 in combination, fig. 2 and 3 are cross-sectional views of the ring body 1, and in order to show the fixing plate 3 and the limiting support leg 2 with different angles on the inner side wall, the cross-sectional angles of fig. 2 and 3 are different. Referring to fig. 5 in combination, fig. 5A, B, C is a left side view, a front view and a top view of the rigid connection member 4, respectively. If the rigid connecting piece 4 is L-shaped, the L-shaped vertical section is provided with a second threaded hole 5,L which is matched with the connecting bolt 7, the L-shaped horizontal section is provided with a mounting hole 6, and the rigid connecting piece 4 can be made of aluminum material in consideration of welding with an aluminum material equalizing ring.
The side-mounted equalizing ring is designed by matching with cylindrical high-voltage test equipment, and therefore, the invention also provides an installation method, which comprises the following steps:
first, installing a connecting piece: firstly, unscrewing symmetrical two-point nuts of a flange at the top of the high-voltage test equipment, installing the installation holes 6 on the horizontal section of the rigid connecting piece 4 at the two points by bolts, and designing the size of the rigid connecting piece according to the position of the flange, wherein the invention does not limit the design of the size of the flange, and the common aperture range of the installation holes is phi 10 mm-phi 18mm.
Secondly, placing a grading ring: the circular ring body 1 is sleeved on the periphery of the top of the cylindrical high-voltage test equipment 8, so that the stepped limit support legs 2 are clamped on the side wall of the cylindrical periphery, and the limit support legs can play a role in clamping when being fixed on the inner side of the circular ring body in a triangular distribution mode, but if the circular ring body is cylindrical high-voltage test equipment with larger size, the number and the installation angle of the limit support legs can be redesigned, and the circular ring high-voltage test equipment is not limited in the invention.
Then, the ring body 1 is rotated so that the second screw hole 9 on the fixing plate 3 overlaps the first screw hole 5 on the vertical section of the L-shaped rigid connection member 4.
Thirdly, installing a grading ring: the equalizing ring is mounted on the top of the high-voltage test equipment by using a connecting bolt 7 to penetrate through a first threaded hole 5 formed in the vertical section of the rigid connecting piece 4 and a second threaded hole 9 formed in the fixing plate, and the mounted state is shown in fig. 7 and 8. In order to bear the large weight of the equalizing ring, the widths of the rigid connecting piece and the limiting support leg in the circumferential direction of the circular ring body are 25-30mm.
For the side-mounted equalizing ring, the disassembling method is as follows: the method comprises the steps of firstly taking out connecting bolts penetrating through a first threaded hole and a second threaded hole from the side face of high-voltage test equipment, taking down the equalizing ring body, finally taking down a connecting piece, and restoring a flange nut. If repeated disassembly and assembly are needed for a long time, the rigid connecting piece can be directly fixed above the high-voltage test equipment without being taken down.
By using the equalizing ring provided by the invention, an installer does not need to bypass the ring body of the huge equalizing ring, and the equalizing ring is arranged at the top of the equipment at the center point of the equalizing ring. After the equalizing ring is sleeved, the top installation mode can be changed into the side installation mode by using the connecting bolts exceeding the lower edge of the equalizing ring, and the equalizing ring is not required to be supported by an installer because of the limitation and support of the limiting support legs on the uniform ring body during installation, so that the manpower is saved, the installation efficiency can be improved, the installation hidden danger is greatly reduced, and the safety is improved.
