本发明公开了一种多功能空气净化装置,包括壳体、控制板、供水室、加湿室和输气管道,所述壳体下侧设有输气管道,所述输气管道的左端设有进风口,其右侧设有二号过滤网,所述二号过滤网的右侧设有轴流风扇,所述输气管道的中部设有紫外线灯,所述输气管道的右侧依次设有负离子发生器、负离子交换器和光触媒,所述输气管道的右侧设有出风口,所述壳体的左侧上部设有加湿室,所述加湿室的中间部位设有补水管,所述供水室的内部设有一号过滤网,所述壳体的右侧上端设有金属板,所述控制板位于壳体的右侧上方,所述输气管道与加湿室之间设有连通管。本发明既可使室内空气保湿,还可以增加对人体有益的负离子,对空气进行良好的净化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化装置,具体是一种多功能空气净化装置。
背景技术
正常情况下,空气分子中含有等量的正电荷与负电荷,每个分子在整体上呈电中性。当这些分子受到某种外部作用后,就可能会发生电离,从而形成带有电荷的空气离子,而空气离子中的负离子有益于人体的健康,而我们平时居住的城市当中,负离子含量甚微,远达不到对人类健康产生积极作用的浓度水平,而负离子技术以弥补这一缺陷。
但是,负离子发生器大多性能较单一,在空气湿度水平不一的情况下,影响负离子的效果,使得负离子净化器的性能降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能空气净化装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种多功能空气净化装置,包括壳体、光触媒、紫外线灯、金属板、控制板、一号过滤网、二号过滤网、供水室、加湿管、补水管、加湿室、加热棒、连通管、轴流风扇、支脚、输气管道、负离子发生器和负离子交换器,所述壳体的内部下侧设有输气管道,所述输气管道的左端的进风口连接于壳体上,所述进风口的右侧设有二号过滤网,所述二号过滤网的右侧设有轴流风扇,所述输气管道的中部上方设有若干紫外线灯,所述输气管道的右侧依次设有负离子发生器、负离子交换器和光触媒,所述输气管道的右侧设有出风口,所述壳体的左侧上部设有加湿室,所述加湿室的底部设有加热棒,所述加湿室的左侧上端设有加湿管,且加湿管连接到壳体外部,所述加湿室的中间部位设有补水管,所述补水管的上端连接到供水室,其下端连接到加湿室底部,所述供水室位于壳体的正上方,所述供水室的内部设有一号过滤网,所述供水室的上部设有盖体,所述壳体的右侧上端设有金属板,所述壳体的内侧底部设有接地装置,所述壳体的底端设有支脚,所述控制板位于壳体的右侧上方,所述控制板分别与加热棒、轴流风扇、负离子发生器和负离子交换器连接,所述输气管道与加湿室之间设有连通管;所述风扇还包括驱动电路,包括芯片U1、芯片U2、芯片U3、电阻R1、MOS管VS、二极管VD1、电感L和电容C1,所述电容C1一端分别连接电源VCC2、电阻R4、芯片U3引脚5、接地电容C2和电阻R3,电容C1另一端接地,电阻R3另一端分别连接芯片U3引脚6和MOS管VS的S极,MOS管VS的G极连接芯片U3引脚7,MOS管VS的D极分别连接接地二极管VD1负极和电感L,电感L另一端分别连接接地电容C4、电阻R1和接地电机M,电阻R1另一端分别连接接地电阻R2和芯片U3引脚1,芯片U3引脚8接地,芯片U3引脚4连接接地电容C3,芯片U3引脚2分别连接电阻R4另一端和三极管VT1集电极,三极管VT1发射极接地,三极管VT1基极分别连接芯片U1引脚5和电阻R5,电阻R5另一端分别连接芯片U1引脚4、电源VCC1、芯片U2引脚4和电阻R6,电阻R6另一端分别连接芯片U2引脚5和芯片U3引脚3,芯片U2引脚1分别连接芯片U2引脚2和芯片U2引脚3并接地,芯片U1引脚1分别连接芯片U1引脚2和芯片U1引脚3并接地,所述芯片U1和芯片U2均采用MAX6501,芯片U3采用MAX1626。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述补水管与加热棒距离1cm~2cm。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述连通管与输气管道导通,而与加湿室内部不导通,仅密封连接到加湿室的壳体上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过加湿室可以在适宜的时候对室内空气进行加湿,同时通过负离子发生器增加室内的负离子,这样加湿装置与负离子产生装置一体化,保持室内湿度稳定,效果更佳,此外,金属板可以消除静电,防止其吸引悬浮灰尘,避免敏感肌肤人群受到刺激而产生皮肤病。

请参阅图1~2,本发明实施例中,一种多功能空气净化装置,包括壳体1、出风口2、光触媒3、紫外线灯4、金属板5、控制板6、盖体7、一号过滤网8、供水室9、加湿管10、补水管11、加湿室12、加热棒13、连通管14、进风口15、二号过滤网16、轴流风扇17、支脚18、接地装置19、输气管道20、负离子发生器21和负离子交换器22,所述壳体1的内部下侧设有输气管道20,所述输气管道20的左端的进风口15连接于壳体1上,所述进风口15的右侧设有二号过滤网16,所述二号过滤网16用于过滤空气中的粉尘、杂质,所述二号过滤网16的右侧设有轴流风扇17,所述轴流风扇17用于从壳体1外部抽自然风进入二号过滤网16,所述输气管道20的中部上方设有若干紫外线灯4,所述紫外线灯4用于杀菌消毒,进一步提高对空气的净化能力,所述输气管道20的右侧依次设有负离子发生器21、负离子交换器22和光触媒3,所述光触媒3的作用是过滤空气中的尘埃、螨虫、臭氧和有害细菌,净化空气,所述输气管道20的右侧设有出风口2,所述出风口2用于排出净化后含有负离子的新鲜空气,所述壳体1的左侧上部设有加湿室12,所述加湿室12的底部设有加热棒13,所述加热棒13用于对水体进行加热,以便于产生蒸汽,所述加湿室12的左侧上端设有加湿管10,且加湿管10连接到壳体1外部,所述加湿室12的中间部位设有补水管11,所述补水管11的上端连接到供水室9,其下端连接到加湿室12底部,与加热棒13距离1cm~2cm,这样可以保持加湿室12的水位不变,待通过蒸汽排到壳体1外侧而加湿室12水体减少时,供水室9内的水可以自动补充到加湿室12中,所述供水室9位于壳体1的正上方,所述供水室9的内部设有一号过滤网8,所述一号过滤网8用于对供水室9内的水进行过滤,可以防止加湿室12结垢,而影响使用效果,所述供水室9的上部设有盖体7,所述盖体7可以防止外部灰尘进入到供水室9内。
所述壳体1的右侧上端设有金属板5,所述金属板5可消除负离子发生器21发生高浓度负离子时产生的对人体有害的静电,所述壳体1的内侧底部设有接地装置19,所述接地装置19可以为装置提供安全防护,所述壳体1的底端设有支脚18,所述控制板6位于壳体1的右侧上方,所述控制板6分别与加热棒13、轴流风扇17、负离子发生器21和负离子交换器22连接,通过控制板6对各个部件进行电气控制。
所述输气管道20与加湿室12之间设有连通管14,所述连通管14与输气管道20导通,而与加湿室12内部不导通,仅密封连接到加湿室12的壳体上,所述连通管14既可以通过轴流风扇17的进风对加湿室12的外表面进行散热,还可以将热量带到输气管道20内部,使得输气管道20内部保持干湿稳定。
所述风扇还包括驱动电路,包括芯片U1、芯片U2、芯片U3、电阻R1、MOS管VS、二极管VD1、电感L和电容C1,所述电容C1一端分别连接电源VCC2、电阻R4、芯片U3引脚5、接地电容C2和电阻R3,电容C1另一端接地,电阻R3另一端分别连接芯片U3引脚6和MOS管VS的S极,MOS管VS的G极连接芯片U3引脚7,MOS管VS的D极分别连接接地二极管VD1负极和电感L,电感L另一端分别连接接地电容C4、电阻R1和接地电机M,电阻R1另一端分别连接接地电阻R2和芯片U3引脚1,芯片U3引脚8接地,芯片U3引脚4连接接地电容C3,芯片U3引脚2分别连接电阻R4另一端和三极管VT1集电极,三极管VT1发射极接地,三极管VT1基极分别连接芯片U1引脚5和电阻R5,电阻R5另一端分别连接芯片U1引脚4、电源VCC1、芯片U2引脚4和电阻R6,电阻R6另一端分别连接芯片U2引脚5和芯片U3引脚3,芯片U2引脚1分别连接芯片U2引脚2和芯片U2引脚3并接地,芯片U1引脚1分别连接芯片U1引脚2和芯片U1引脚3并接地,所述芯片U1和芯片U2均采用MAX6501,芯片U3采用MAX1626。
通过加湿室12可以在需要时对室内空气进行加湿,使得空气更适宜人体需要,可以通过供水室9进行补水,同时经过过滤后的空气,通过紫外线灯4杀菌消毒后,接着负离子发生器21和负离子交换器22可以增加空气中的负离子,经过过滤后通过出风口2排到室内空气中。
