as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the wind-proof discharge cover 1 comprises an upper cover 1-1, a wind-proof wall 1-2 and a base 1-4, wherein the upper cover 1-1, the wind-proof wall 1-2 and the base 1-4 are integrally manufactured by adopting high-temperature corrosion-resistant alloy stainless steel, the wind-proof wall 1-2 is provided with an odd number of ventilation holes 1-3, the base 1-4 is provided with a first connecting hole 1-5, a combustion chamber 1-6 is arranged below the upper cover 1-1 and inside the wind-proof wall 1-2, and a connecting rod 17 is arranged in the first connecting hole 1-5 to be connected with the drainage base 3, so that the connecting structure is simple and the connection is convenient; when flame burns in the combustion chamber 1-6, because the ventilation holes 1-3 are machined on the windproof wall 1-2 in odd number, the opposite side of the ventilation holes 1-3 is provided with the windproof wall 1-2 no matter the wind blows from any direction, the influence of wind power on the pilot flame is reduced, and therefore the stable operation of the pilot flame electronic igniter is ensured.
The waterproof tower-shaped seat 2 is arranged on the installation seat 3-7, as shown in fig. 3, 7 and 8, the waterproof tower-shaped seat 2 has a waterproof function and comprises a tower body 2-1, a first layer of tower eave 2-4, a second layer of tower eave 2-3 and a third layer of tower eave 2-2 are arranged on the tower body 2-1 from top to bottom, the third layer of tower eave 2-2 is a waterproof tower eave, a stepped center hole 2-5 is formed in the center of the tower body 2-1, a discharge protection gap 2-6 is arranged between the first layer of tower eave 2-4 and the second layer of tower eave 2-3 and between the second layer of tower eave 2-3 and the third layer of tower eave 2-2, the discharge protection gap can increase the effect of the discharge protection space, flame combustion in a flame combustion cavity is facilitated, a lamp holder installation groove 2-7 is formed between the third layer of tower eave 2-2 and the outer wall of the tower body 2-1, a waterproof wall 2-1 is folded downwards at right angles, a metal conductive rod 19 directly penetrates through the waterproof tower eave 2-3 and passes through the waterproof tower-shaped seat 2-3 to enable the waterproof seat 2-3 to be inserted into the waterproof seat 2-3 to be sealed in the water-shaped seat 2-3, and the water-shaped seat 3 is sealed by the water-shaped seat 2-3, and the water-draining seat is sealed by the water-proof seat 2-3, and the water-proof seat is sealed by the water-shaped seat 2; due to the function of the waterproof wall 2-2-1 folded downwards by the three-layer tower eave 2-2 at right angles, rainwater can be prevented from entering the drainage base 3 through the three-layer tower eave 2-2, and if a small amount of rainwater enters, the rainwater can be prevented from entering the insulating tube 7 through the function of the first asbestos sealing gasket 21, so that the metal conductive rod 19 is prevented from being affected by the rainwater, and stable combustion of ion flame generated by the discharge electrode 18 is ensured.
When in use, the middle position of the outer metal protective sleeve 4 is provided with the mounting support arm 15, the invention is fixed at the periphery of the torch head through the mounting support arm 15, the quantity of the metal conductive rods 19 is fixed according to the size of the torch, then the metal conductive rods 19 are connected with a 10000V-20000V high-voltage device through a high-voltage line 20, when the high-voltage device is powered on, the discharge electrode 18 is used as a discharge anode, the wind-proof discharge cover 1 and the connecting rod 17 are used as discharge cathodes, and ion flame is generated in a flame cavity between the wind-proof discharge cover 1 and the discharge electrode 18, so that the traditional flammable gas is replaced by electric energy to form a long-combustion electronic igniter flame, and reliable long-term combustion is kept under all-weather conditions, thereby achieving the purposes of saving energy, protecting environment, safety and saving equipment investment.

Claims (9)

1. The long-combustion electronic igniter comprises a waterproof tower-shaped seat (2), a drainage base (3), an outer metal protection sleeve (4), an inner metal protection sleeve (6), an insulating tube (7) and a metal conductive rod (19), wherein a top end of the metal conductive rod (19) is in threaded connection with a discharge electrode (18), and is characterized in that an arc-shaped drainage dust discharging hole (3-2) is processed on a chassis (3-1) of the drainage base (3), a mounting seat (3-7) for mounting the waterproof tower-shaped seat (2) is arranged at the upper end of the chassis (3-1), at least 1 sealing groove (3-8) is processed in an inner hole of the mounting seat (3-7), a guide table (3-5) is arranged on the chassis (3-1), a second connecting hole (3-6) is processed in the guide table (3-5), a windproof discharge cover (1) is connected to the upper end of a connecting rod (17) arranged in the drainage base (3) through the second connecting hole (3-6), the lower end of the connecting rod (17) extends out of the drainage base (3) and is fixedly provided with a connecting sleeve (3-3) through a second locking nut (16), the inner hole (3-3) is fixedly provided with a connecting sleeve (3-3), the center of the chassis (3-1) is provided with a metal conductive rod mounting hole (3-9), a metal conductive rod (19) is mounted in the conductive rod mounting hole (3-9), a clamp spring groove (19-2) is formed in the outer wall of the middle lower portion of the metal conductive rod (19), a clamp spring (13) is mounted in the clamp spring groove (19-2), the metal conductive rod (19) is connected with the insulating tube (7) through the clamp spring (13) and is fixed through an insulating tube fixing sleeve (14), the metal conductive rod (19) is limited by the clamp spring (13) at the clamp spring (13), the metal conductive rod (19) and the insulating tube (7) are fixedly connected into a structure, a thin wiring terminal (19-1) provided with a groove (19-4) is processed at the bottom end of the metal conductive rod (19), a wiring clamp (12) is sleeved on the wiring clamp (19-1), a socket (12-3) of the wiring clamp (19-1) is formed in the upper portion of the wiring clamp (12), a high-voltage wire (12) is fixedly connected with a bump (12) and a bump (12-2) is formed in the wiring clamp groove (12-1), the high-voltage wire (20) is pressed into the wiring clamp (12) through the wiring groove (12-1), then the high-voltage wire (20) is pressed tightly through the wiring groove bulge (12-4), the fixed connection of the high-voltage wire (20) and the wiring clamp (12) is realized, the metal conductive rod (19) is inserted into the socket (12-3) of the wiring clamp (12) through the wiring end (19-1), the groove (19-4) of the metal conductive rod (19) is connected with the fixing bulge (12-2) of the wiring clamp (12) and is pressed tightly, the reliable fixed connection of the metal conductive rod (19) and the wiring clamp (12) is realized, 1 section of complete insulating tube (7) is sleeved outside the metal conductive rod (19), the lower end of the inner metal protective sleeve (6) is provided with internal threads, 2 first locking nuts (11) are arranged in the internal metal protective sleeve (6), the insulating tube (7) is fixed in the inner metal protective sleeve (6) through the 2 first locking nuts (11), the lower end of the outer metal protective sleeve (4) is provided with pressing bolts (9), and the metal protective sleeve (6) is fixed in the metal protective sleeve (6).

The long-combustion electronic igniter of claim 1, wherein the wind-proof discharging cover (1) comprises an upper cover (1-1), a wind-proof wall (1-2) and a base (1-4), the upper cover (1-1), the wind-proof wall (1-2) and the base (1-4) are integrally manufactured by high-temperature corrosion-resistant alloy stainless steel, the wind-proof wall (1-2) is provided with a vent hole (1-3) in an odd number, the base (1-4) is provided with a first connecting hole (1-5), a combustion chamber (1-6) is formed below the upper cover (1-1) and inside the wind-proof wall (1-2), and the wind-proof discharging cover (1) is connected with the water draining base (3) through a connecting rod (17) arranged in the first connecting hole (1-5).

A long-burn electronic igniter according to claim 1, characterized in that a first asbestos gasket (21) is installed in the sealing groove (3-8), a second asbestos gasket (10) is installed between the 2 first lock nuts (11), and a third asbestos gasket (8) is installed between the compression bolt (9) and the outer metal protective sleeve (4).
