Abstract
The invention provides a sealant for manufacturing paper cups and a preparation method thereof, wherein the sealant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-18 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 15-20 parts of vinyl acetate, 10-14 parts of ethylene, 10-16 parts of acrylic acid, 8-12 parts of baking soda, 5-7 parts of rubber resin, 2-4 parts of white mineral oil, 35-40 parts of water, 0.5-0.8 part of emulsifier and 0.5-0.6 part of initiator. The sealant has good waterproof performance and permeability resistance, can keep good weather resistance at high temperature, is not deformed or softened, is non-toxic and free of peculiar smell, and is a sealant for manufacturing paper cups with excellent performance.

The sealant for manufacturing the paper cup is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 15 parts of vinyl acetate, 10 parts of ethylene, 10 parts of acrylic acid, 8 parts of baking soda, 5 parts of rubber resin, 2 parts of white mineral oil, 35 parts of water, 0.5 part of emulsifier and 0.5 part of initiator;
the emulsifier is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 15 parts of starch, 5 parts of glycerol, 8 parts of sorbitol, 1 part of sodium citrate, 1 part of octenyl succinic anhydride and 10 parts of water.

1: preparing raw materials according to the mass of each component, heating polyvinyl alcohol to melt, adding water, uniformly stirring, raising the temperature to 80-100 ℃, adding 50-60% by mass of vinyl acetate, stirring for 5-10 minutes, standing and cooling to obtain a solution A;
2: adding the rest vinyl acetate, ethylene, emulsifier and initiator into a polymerization reactor, introducing inert gas, performing polymerization reaction under the pressure of 1-1.5MPa and the temperature of 50-70 ℃, and performing neutralization, filtration and water washing to obtain vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion;
3: mixing the solution A with vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, adding acrylic acid, stirring uniformly, adding baking soda, continuing stirring uniformly, and standing until bubbles are eliminated to obtain a solution B;
4: adding rubber resin into the solution B, raising the temperature to 120-150 ℃, and stirring for reaction for 1-2 hours to obtain a finished product.
The inert gas is argon or helium.
The preparation method of the emulsifier comprises the following steps: mixing sodium citrate, sorbitol and water, heating to 50-60 deg.C, stirring thoroughly until the solid is completely dissolved to obtain mixed solution; preheating glycerol to 25-30 ℃, adding starch, and fully stirring to obtain white viscous liquid with uniform texture; mixing the mixed solution with white viscous liquid, adding octenyl succinic anhydride, heating to 60-70 deg.C, and stirring to obtain paste; and (4) performing bus sterilization on the paste to obtain the emulsifier.
The temperature for sterilizing the bus is 70-80 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the emulsifier is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 15 parts of starch, 5 parts of glycerol, 8 parts of sorbitol, 1 part of sodium citrate, 1 part of octenyl succinic anhydride and 10 parts of water.
The initiator is water-soluble thermal decomposition type peroxide.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the sealant for making the paper cup, which comprises the following steps:
1: preparing raw materials according to the mass of each component, heating polyvinyl alcohol to melt, adding water, uniformly stirring, raising the temperature to 80-100 ℃, adding 50-60% by mass of vinyl acetate, stirring for 5-10 minutes, standing and cooling to obtain a solution A;
2: adding the rest vinyl acetate, ethylene, emulsifier and initiator into a polymerization reactor, introducing inert gas, performing polymerization reaction under the pressure of 1-1.5MPa and the temperature of 50-70 ℃, and performing neutralization, filtration and water washing to obtain vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion;
3: mixing the solution A with vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, adding acrylic acid, stirring uniformly, adding baking soda, continuing stirring uniformly, and standing until bubbles are eliminated to obtain a solution B;
4: adding rubber resin into the solution B, raising the temperature to 120-150 ℃, and stirring for reaction for 1-2 hours to obtain a finished product.
The inert gas is argon or helium.

the emulsifier is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of starch, 13 parts of glycerol, 12 parts of sorbitol, 3 parts of sodium citrate, 1.2 parts of octenyl succinic anhydride and 15 parts of water.
The initiator is water-soluble thermal decomposition type peroxide.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the sealant for making the paper cup, which comprises the following steps:
1: preparing raw materials according to the mass of each component, heating polyvinyl alcohol to melt, adding water, uniformly stirring, raising the temperature to 80-100 ℃, adding 50-60% by mass of vinyl acetate, stirring for 5-10 minutes, standing and cooling to obtain a solution A;

The initiator is water-soluble thermal decomposition type peroxide.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the sealant for making the paper cup, which comprises the following steps:
1: preparing raw materials according to the mass of each component, heating polyvinyl alcohol to melt, adding water, uniformly stirring, raising the temperature to 80-100 ℃, adding 50-60% by mass of vinyl acetate, stirring for 5-10 minutes, standing and cooling to obtain a solution A;
