本发明公开了一种水性防火涂料生产配方,按质量百分比,包括下列组分:去离子水35~40%、聚磷酸铵23~25%、三聚氰胺10~13%、季戊四醇10~13%、钛白粉2~3%、氧化锌1~2%、醋丙乳液12~15%、羟乙基纤维素1~2%、甲基硅油0.2~0.5%、六偏磷酸钠0.4~0.6%。采用本发明配方制得的水性防火涂料,具有成本低、无毒、不污染环境的优点,既具有良好的防火性能,也有很好的装饰性能,具有优异的质量性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性防火涂料生产配方,应用于安全防火技术领域。
背景技术
防火涂料是涂覆于可燃性基材表面,能降低被涂材料表面的可燃性,阻滞火灾的迅速蔓延,或是涂覆于结构材料表面,用于提高构件耐火极限的一类物质,随着社会的发展,高性能防火涂料均为水性乳液型防火涂料,近年来市场上生产水性防火涂料的厂家越来越多,许多厂家的配方不合理,造成产品质量性能高低不齐。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种水性防火涂料生产配方,能够保证水性防火涂料的质量性能。
本发明公开了一种水性防火涂料生产配方,按质量百分比,由下列原料组成:去离子水35~40%、聚磷酸铵23~25%、三聚氰胺10~13%、季戊四醇10~13%、钛白粉2~3%、氧化锌1~2%、醋丙乳液12~15%、羟乙基纤维素1~2%、甲基硅油0.2~0.5%、六偏磷酸钠0.4~0.6%。
聚磷酸铵的聚合度大于50%。
六偏磷酸钠配制成10%的水溶液。
季戊四醇中的羟基含量大于45%。
本发明的制备方法为:首先称取上述质量份的去离子水,在低速搅拌下,依次加入配方量的聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、钛白粉、氧化锌、醋丙乳液,然后加入甲基硅油与六偏磷酸钠溶液,高速搅拌20min,用研磨机研磨后,加入增稠剂羟乙基纤维素至粘度达到25~30,即得产品。
本发明的有益效果是:采用本发明配方制得的水性防火涂料,具有成本低、无毒、不污染环境的优点,既具有良好的防火性能,也有很好的装饰性能,具有优异的质量性能。

本发明公开了一种水性防火涂料生产配方,按质量百分比,由下列原料组成:去离子水35%、聚磷酸铵24%、三聚氰胺12%、季戊四醇12%、钛白粉2%、氧化锌1%、醋丙乳液12%、羟乙基纤维素1%、甲基硅油0.5%、六偏磷酸钠0.5%。
实施例二
本发明公开了一种水性防火涂料生产配方,按质量百分比,由下列原料组成:去离子水37%、聚磷酸铵23%、三聚氰胺11%、季戊四醇12%、钛白粉3%、氧化锌1%、醋丙乳液11%、羟乙基纤维素1%、甲基硅油0.4%、六偏磷酸钠0.6%。

2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种水性防火涂料生产配方,其特征在于:按质量百分比,包括下列组分:去离子水35%、聚磷酸铵24%、三聚氰胺12%、季戊四醇12%、钛白粉2%、氧化锌1%、醋丙乳液12%、羟乙基纤维素1%、甲基硅油0.5%、六偏磷酸钠0.5%。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种水性防火涂料生产配方,其特征在于:按质量百分比,包括下列组分:去离子水37%、聚磷酸铵23%、三聚氰胺11%、季戊四醇12%、钛白粉3%、氧化锌1%、醋丙乳液11%、羟乙基纤维素1%、甲基硅油0.4%、六偏磷酸钠0.6%。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种水性防火涂料生产配方,其特征在于:聚磷酸铵的聚合度大于50%。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的一种水性防火涂料生产配方,其特征在于:六偏磷酸钠配制成10%的水溶液。
6.根据权利要求1中所述的一种水性防火涂料生产配方,其特征在于:季戊四醇中的羟基含量大于45%。
