As shown in fig. 10, the reverse osmosis membrane shell 4 comprises a membrane shell 41, a reverse osmosis membrane filter element 42, an upper cover 43 and a bottom cover 44, wherein the upper cover 43 is provided with a membrane shell water inlet 45, the bottom cover 44 is provided with a purified water discharge port 46 and a concentrated water discharge port 47, the membrane shell 41 is in a long cylindrical shape, two ends of the membrane shell 41 are provided with connecting flanges 48 which are horizontally expanded outwards, the bottom of the inner side of the upper cover 43 is provided with a supporting sleeve 49, a spring 410 and a gasket 411 are arranged in the supporting sleeve 49, the center of the bottom cover 44 is provided with a raised supporting seat 412, the supporting seat 412 is provided with a groove 413, the bottom of the groove 413 is communicated with the purified water discharge port 46, the concentrated water discharge port 47 is communicated with the inner cavity of the membrane shell 41, the upper end of the reverse osmosis membrane filter element 42 is embedded in the supporting sleeve 49 and abutted against the gasket 411, the lower end of, the press ring 414 abuts against the connecting flange 48, and the outer sides of the press ring 414 and the connecting flange 48 are wrapped with annular clips 415.
An annular abdicating groove is formed in the connecting flange 48, a first O-shaped sealing ring 416 is arranged in the abdicating groove, an annular abdicating groove is formed in the inner wall of the groove 413, and a second O-shaped sealing ring 417 is arranged in the abdicating groove.
Water enters from a water inlet 45 of the membrane shell and enters an inner cavity of the membrane shell 41, a part of water flows transversely through the filtering action of the reverse osmosis membrane filter element 42, and purified water enters the reverse osmosis membrane filter element 42 and flows into a purified water discharge port 46 from the groove 413; the other water permeates the membrane in a direction perpendicular to the membrane and carries the contaminants out of the concentrated water discharge port 47. The clamp 415 is opened, so that the upper cover 43 or the bottom cover 44 can be taken down, the reverse osmosis membrane filter element 42 in the membrane shell 41 can be taken out for replacement or maintenance, and the disassembly and the assembly are convenient.
