The application discloses a preparation method of a green scale inhibition material taking cellulose as a raw material, which comprises the following steps: (1) extracting cellulose; (2) cellulose oxidation; (3) the oxidized cellulose is carboxylated. The green scale inhibiting material prepared by the method has the carboxyl content of 25-30% by mass and the pH of 6.8-7.2. In addition, the application also relates to application of the green scale inhibition material. The preparation method comprises the steps of oxidizing cellulose and then carboxylating to obtain a green scale inhibiting material (ST3), which is an environment-friendly novel scale inhibitor and has the properties of naturalness, no toxicity and easy biodegradation; can resist high salt, high temperature, strong acid and strong alkali environment, and has wide application range.

Background

(2) cellulose oxidation: preparing a cellulose solution with the mass concentration of 30% from the cellulose obtained in the step (1) by using pure water as a solvent, adding the cellulose solution into a reaction tank, adjusting the pH to 7.5, maintaining the temperature at 50 ℃, adding hydrogen peroxide with the mass of 2% of the dry basis mass of the cellulose, reacting for 4 hours, washing and drying;
(3) carboxylation of oxidized cellulose: and (3) adding pure water and HClO with the mass fraction of 1% into the oxidized cellulose obtained in the step (2), refluxing and heating, cooling and drying to obtain the scale inhibition material.
The carboxyl content of the prepared green scale inhibiting material can reach 25-30% by mass fraction.
The pH value of the prepared green scale inhibition material is 6.8-7.2.

Compared with the prior art, the scale inhibition material prepared by the preparation method has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the preparation method comprises the steps of oxidizing cellulose and then carboxylating to obtain the green scale inhibiting material (ST3), which is an environment-friendly novel scale inhibitor and has the properties of naturalness, no toxicity and easy biodegradation.
(2) The obtained green scale inhibiting material (ST3) has an obvious scale inhibiting effect, and the scale inhibiting efficiency can reach more than 95% by 5-10 ppm; the green scale inhibition material has stable property and low solubility, can be used for a long time, and cannot be quickly dissolved to lose the long-term scale inhibition effect; the pH value of the green scale inhibition material tends to be neutral, is 6.8-7.2, is beneficial to processing equipment and environment, and does not change the acid-base environment; the ST3 material can resist high salt, high temperature, strong acid and strong alkali environment, and has wide application range.

The pH value of the prepared green scale inhibition material is 6.8-7.2.
Hard water preparation: 2.740g of calcium carbonate and 0.276g of magnesium oxide were weighed out, dissolved with a small amount of 2mol/L hydrochloric acid and evaporated to dryness on a water bath to remove excess hydrochloric acid. The residue was then transferred completely to a 100mL volumetric flask with water and diluted to the mark with distilled water, and 10mL of this solution was taken out in a 1000mL volumetric flask and diluted to the mark with distilled water.
The green scale inhibition material prepared in the embodiment is used in the prepared water for scale inhibition rate test:

The pH value of the prepared green scale inhibition material is 6.8-7.2.

(2) cellulose oxidation: preparing a cellulose solution with the mass concentration of 30% from the cellulose obtained in the step (1) by using pure water as a solvent, adding the cellulose solution into a reaction tank, adjusting the pH to 7.5, maintaining the temperature at 50 ℃, adding hydrogen peroxide with the mass of 2% of the dry basis mass of the cellulose, reacting for 4 hours, washing and drying;
(3) carboxylation of oxidized cellulose: adding pure water and HClO with the mass fraction of 1% into the oxidized cellulose obtained in the step (2), refluxing and heating, cooling and drying to obtain a scale inhibition material; the carboxyl content of the prepared green scale inhibiting material reaches 25-30% by mass;
the mass of the pure water added in the step (3) is 2 times that of the oxidized cellulose, and the mass of the added 1% HClO is 5% of that of the oxidized cellulose; the time for reflux heating in the step (3) is 10 hours.
