The invention discloses a bin bottom door opening device for a bulk feed transportation tank, which comprises a rocker shaft, a plurality of first rocker arms, a plurality of hinge plates, a plurality of hinge clamping plates, a door opening mechanism, a door opening oil cylinder and a herringbone supporting plate, wherein the rocker shaft is connected with the first rocker arms; the first rocker arms are fixedly sleeved on the rocker arm shafts respectively, the hinge clamping plates are movably connected to the first rocker arms in a one-to-one correspondence mode respectively, the hinge clamping plates are movably connected to one ends of the first rocker arms, which are far away from the rocker arm shafts, and the door opening mechanism is fixedly connected to the hinge plates; the piston rod of the door opening oil cylinder is fixedly sleeved on the rocker shaft through a second rocker arm, so that the second rocker arm can drive the rocker shaft to rotate when the piston rod of the door opening oil cylinder stretches; two sleeves are fixedly sleeved at two ends of the rocker shaft and are arranged on the transportation tank. Technical Field

Background
With the increase of the mechanization and conversion degree of animal husbandry, bulk feed transport vehicles are increasingly widely used in feed transportation as special vehicles for transporting feeds. In order to be able to transport different types of feed simultaneously, the transport tanks of bulk feed transport vehicles are usually divided into a number of compartments, the usual door opening mechanism of which is operated by means of a sleeve handle, which mechanism limits the length and number of compartments, and which mechanism is usually only applicable in cases where the total length is not more than 8 meters and the number of compartments is not more than 4.
Accordingly, it is an urgent need to provide a bin bottom door opener capable of increasing the length of bins and increasing the number of bins.
Disclosure of Invention

As shown in fig. 1, the bin bottom door opening device comprises a rocker shaft 8, a plurality of first rocker arms 7, a plurality of hinge plates 4, a plurality of hinge clamping plates 5, a door opening mechanism, a door opening oil cylinder 3 and a herringbone supporting plate 9; the first rocker arms 7 are fixedly sleeved on the rocker arm shafts 8 respectively, the hinge clamping plates 5 are movably connected to the first rocker arms 7 in a one-to-one correspondence mode respectively, the hinge plates 4 are connected to the hinge clamping plates 5, the door opening mechanism is fixedly connected to the hinge plates 4 and comprises clamping plates 11, a fixed frame 12, two fixed shafts 13 and two door opening plates 2, the clamping plates 11 are fixedly connected to the hinge plates 4, the fixed frame 12 is fixedly connected to the clamping plates 11, the two fixed shafts 13 are movably connected to the fixed frame 12 respectively, the two door opening plates 2 are fixedly connected to the fixed shafts 13 respectively, and therefore the two door opening plates 2 can rotate along the two fixed shafts 13 respectively, namely, the opening formed between the two door opening plates 2 can be enlarged or reduced, and then different-weight feeds can form openings with different sizes. The conical tank bottoms 1 matched with the openings of the two door opening plates 2 are arranged below the two door opening plates 2, and the herringbone supporting plate 9 is arranged between the two door opening plates 2; the piston rod of the door opening cylinder 3 is fixedly sleeved on the rocker arm shaft 8 through the second rocker arm 10, so that the second rocker arm 10 can drive the rocker arm shaft 8 to rotate when the piston rod of the door opening cylinder 3 stretches and contracts. Thus, when the second rocker arm 10 rotates, the rocker arm shaft 8 fixedly connected with the second rocker arm 10 also rotates, so that the first rocker arm 7 fixedly connected with the rocker arm shaft 8 rotates, and then the hinge clamping plate 5 drives the door opening mechanism to move, so that the two door opening plates 2 are separated from the conical tank bottom 1, and the feed in the transportation tank can be discharged. The herringbone support plate 9 is arranged between the two door opening plates 2, so that the feed in the transportation tank can not be scattered into the conical tank bottom 1, and the herringbone support plate 9 can be matched with the conical tank bottom 1 at best. Here, the bin bottom door opening devices can be arranged at the bottoms of the plurality of transport tanks, any plurality of bin bottom door opening devices can share one conical tank bottom 1 for reducing waste and saving space, and when the plurality of transport tanks need to be discharged, the transport tanks loaded with the same feed can be opened at the same time, so that the bin bottom door opening devices are suitable for being loaded in the plurality of transport tanks and are not limited by the length and the number of the transport tanks.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the hinge clamp 5 is movably connected to the end of the first rocker arm 7 remote from the rocker shaft 8 by a round pin 6. In the present invention, in order to ensure convenience in unloading and to save costs as much as possible, the number of the plurality of first rocker arms 7 is set to 2, and correspondingly, the number of the plurality of hinge clamping plates 5 and the plurality of hinge plates 4 is set to 2.
