Abstract
The invention relates to a child product and a supporting device thereof, wherein the supporting device is used for supporting the child product on a supporting surface, the supporting device comprises supporting legs connected with the child product, the supporting device also comprises movable legs which are movably arranged at the lower parts of the supporting legs and have an unfolding state and a folding state, and an elastic part used for enabling the movable legs to trend to unfold, and the supporting device has a first working state and a second working state. The supporting device is additionally provided with the movable legs on the basis of the original supporting legs, the movable legs are arranged in an automatically opened state, and once the supporting legs are separated from the supporting surface, the movable legs can pop up and be supported on the supporting surface. The supporting device is applied to the child safety seat, when the distance between the safety seat and the ground of the carriage of the automobile is increased, the height of the whole supporting device can be automatically increased by the movable legs, and the situation that the supporting legs are not strictly matched with the bottom surface of the automobile due to the fact that the height of the supporting device is not adjusted in time by a user is avoided.

Background
At present, society pays more attention to the child safety seat, and is also popular, and the requirement on the child safety seat is higher, and for the comfort and the security of children riding, higher requirements are also put forward on our design. The child safety seat is a device which is tied on an automobile and used for children to sit, and has a binding function to ensure the travel safety of the children. With the rapid increase of the quantity of the automobile, although people take various advanced technologies and measures, the casualties of children caused by the current traffic accidents are far higher than the casualties caused by any other reasons. Accordingly, properly purchasing and using an automotive child safety seat is considered to be one of the most effective methods of protecting child travel safety. The problems with current child safety seats are: because different brands and different models of automobile seats have different heights, even under the condition that the automobile seats are used for a long time, the heights of the automobile seats can be changed, so that the problem of empty bottoms of supporting legs can be caused, and the safety is influenced. It is therefore highly necessary to adjust the height of the support legs for different use situations. The seat in the prior art needs manual adjustment, and needs to be adjusted in time when the vehicle condition changes, otherwise, the matching of the supporting legs and the bottom surface of the automobile is possibly not strict, so that potential safety hazards of the child safety seat are caused, and the burden of a user can be increased due to frequent adjustment.

According to a preferred aspect of the invention, the movable leg is rotatably connected to the support leg. In one embodiment, an end of the movable leg is rotatably coupled to a lower portion of the support leg. More specifically and preferably, the pivotal connection of the movable leg to the support leg is located on one side of the bottom surface of the support leg.
According to a further preferred aspect of the invention, the axis of rotation between the movable leg and the support leg extends in a horizontal direction.
Preferably, the rotation angle of the movable leg ranges from 0 to 120 degrees.
Preferably, the support leg is provided with a groove for accommodating the movable leg, and when the support device is in the second working state, the movable leg is folded in the groove. In one embodiment, the bottom surface of the support leg is formed with the recess.
Preferably, the elastic component is arranged between the supporting leg and the movable leg, one end of the elastic component is fixedly connected with the supporting leg, and the other end of the elastic component is fixedly connected with the movable leg.
Preferably, the supporting legs comprise first supporting legs and second supporting legs which are in sliding connection with the first supporting legs, the upper ends of the first supporting legs are fixedly connected with the children articles, and movable legs are movably arranged at the lower parts of the second supporting legs.
Preferably, the second support leg is slidably disposed around the outer periphery of the first support leg.

Preferably, the child product is a child safety seat having a seat portion, a backrest portion and a support means mounted to a front lower surface of the seat portion, the support means being as described above.
In the present invention, the supporting surface may be any surface, and may be a plane or a curved surface, and is not particularly limited. For child safety seats, the support surface is typically the surface of the floor or a mat laid on the floor.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a supporting device for a child product for supporting the child product on a supporting surface 100 (i.e., the floor of an automobile compartment) comprises a first supporting leg 11 having an upper end portion connected to the child product, a second supporting leg 12 slidably fitted around the outer periphery of the first supporting leg 11, a movable leg 2 rotatably provided on the bottom surface of the supporting leg 1 in an unfolded and folded state, and an elastic member 3 for making the movable leg 2 tend to be unfolded.
Further, a groove 20 for accommodating the movable leg 2 is formed in the bottom surface of the second supporting leg 12, the elastic component 3 is arranged between the second supporting leg 12 and the movable leg 2, one end of the elastic component 3 is connected with the second supporting leg 12, and the other end is connected with the movable leg 2; the rotation angle of the movable leg 2 is 0-120 degrees, and the rotation axis line between the movable leg 2 and the supporting leg 1 extends along the horizontal direction.

the supporting legs (1) comprise first supporting legs (11) and second supporting legs (12) which are connected with the first supporting legs (11) in a sliding mode, the upper ends of the first supporting legs (11) are connected with the children products, the lower portions of the second supporting legs (12) are movably provided with movable legs (2), grooves (20) for accommodating the movable legs (2) are formed in the bottoms of the second supporting legs (12), and when the supporting device is in a second working state, the movable legs (2) are folded in the grooves (20).

The child support device of claim 1, wherein: the elastic component (3) is arranged between the supporting leg (1) and the movable leg (2), one end of the elastic component (3) is fixedly connected with the supporting leg (1), and the other end of the elastic component is fixedly connected with the movable leg (2).
