技术领域
本发明涉及毛纺面料技术领域,具体为一种防水抗静电毛纺面料。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和人民生活水平地不断提高,人类的健康意识越来越强,对面料的要求也越来越高,且人们对服装面料的要求也越来越高。由于现在众多时尚女性冬季也喜欢选用毛纺面料制作的连衣裙、高级晚礼服和头巾等。所以迫切需要一种效果好的毛纺面料。现代制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,多选用优质的混纺面料。
但现有的毛纺面料,在制成衣物的时候,其防水性能不够好,满足不了人们的要求,且其制成的衣服穿在人体上时,会产生静电,让人们穿着的不够舒适,并且当外界紫外线强烈的时候,此毛纺面料也没有削弱紫外线强度的能力,从而不能够保护人们,且现有毛纺面料的防霉性也不够好。
所以,如何设计一种防水抗静电毛纺面料,成为我们当前要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水抗静电毛纺面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防水抗静电毛纺面料,包括面料主体,所述面料主体由设置在该面料主体顶部的面料层、设置在面料主体中间部位的毛纺层及设置在面料主体底部的贴面层构成,所述面料层的顶部设有涂料层、纵斜线和横斜线,且所述涂料层与所述面料层紧密贴合,所述纵斜线与横斜线相互交织,所述面料层的内部设有阻燃膜层和聚酯薄膜层,且所述阻燃膜层与所述聚酯薄膜层紧密贴合,所述阻燃膜层的内部设有微孔,且所述微孔呈均匀分布在所述阻燃膜层中,所述聚酯薄膜层的内部设有滤水孔,且所述滤水孔呈均匀分布在聚酯薄膜层中,所述毛纺层的内部设有防霉层、银纤维面料层和抗静电里层,且所述银纤维面料层分别与防霉层和抗静电里层相互交织,所述贴面层的内部设有贴肤里层,且所述贴肤里层嵌入设置在贴面层中。
进一步的,所述贴肤里层的顶部设有防护层,且所述防护层的内部设有抗紫外线整理剂。
进一步的,所述贴肤里层由蚕丝制成。
进一步的,所述滤水孔的直径范围为0.1-0.2um。
进一步的,所述阻燃膜层由酚醛树脂材料制成。
进一步的,所述防霉层中添加了防霉剂,且所述抗静电里层添加了抗静电整理剂。
进一步的,所述所述纵斜线为羊毛纤维,且所述横斜线为涤纶纤维。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该种防水抗静电毛纺面料,具有聚酯薄膜层和阻燃膜层,且聚酯薄膜层设有只能通过单分子状态水蒸汽的滤水孔,而水珠却无法透过的滤水孔,使得此种毛纺面料的防水性大大加强,且具有银纤维面料层和抗静电里层,银纤维面料和抗静电层里的抗静电整理剂结合而成的毛纺层,具有良好的抗静电能力,且具有防护层,其内部添加了抗紫外线整理剂,使得面料可以很好的削弱紫外线的强度,保护了人们不会受到伤害,且由蚕丝制成的贴肤里层让人们用起来更加的舒适。设置的防霉层,可以有效的防止面料发霉。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种防水抗静电毛纺面料,包括面料主体1,所述面料主体1由设置在该面料主体1顶部的面料层5、设置在面料主体1中间部位的毛纺层6及设置在面料主体1底部的贴面层7构成,所述面料层5的顶部设有涂料层4、纵斜线2和横斜线3,且所述涂料层4与所述面料层5紧密贴合,所述纵斜线2与横斜线3相互交织,所述面料层5的内部设有阻燃膜层8和聚酯薄膜层10,且所述阻燃膜层8与所述聚酯薄膜层10紧密贴合,所述阻燃膜层8的内部设有微孔9,且所述微孔9呈均匀分布在所述阻燃膜层8中,所述聚酯薄膜层10的内部设有滤水孔11,且所述滤水孔11呈均匀分布在聚酯薄膜层10中,所述毛纺层6的内部设有防霉层12、银纤维面料层13和抗静电里层14,且所述银纤维面料层13分别与防霉层12和抗静电里层14相互交织,所述贴面层7的内部设有贴肤里层16,且所述贴肤里层16嵌入设置在贴面层7中。
进一步的,所述贴肤里层16的顶部设有防护层15,且所述防护层15的内部设有抗紫外线整理剂,通过添加了抗紫外线整理剂的防护层15可以削弱紫外线强度,保护了人们的安全。
进一步的,所述贴肤里层16由蚕丝制成,所述蚕丝制成的贴肤里层16让人们使用的更加舒适。
进一步的,所述滤水孔11的直径范围为0.1-0.2um,所述直径为0.1-0.2um的滤水孔11可以阻止水珠的渗进,提高了面料的防水性。
进一步的,所述阻燃膜层8由酚醛树脂材料制成,通过酚醛树脂制成的阻燃膜层8具有很好的耐热性,利于人们的使用。

工作原理:首先,将纵斜线2和横斜线3交织而成,然后将其设置在涂料层4上,接着将涂料层4与面料层5紧密的贴合在一起,在将毛纺层6与贴面层7紧密的交织在一起,当有水珠滴落在面料主体1上时,面料主体1会阻止水滴的渗进,所设置的聚酯薄膜层10中设有了滤水孔11,其滤水孔11只能通过单分子状态水蒸汽,所以使得面料主体1具有很好的防水性,且阻燃膜层8的耐热性好,接着银纤维面料层13和抗静电里层14的相结合,让面料主体1的抗静电性能大大加强,然后向防霉层12中添加防霉剂,可以有效的防止面料的发霉,当外界紫外线强度过高时,防护层15就可以将紫外线的强度进行削弱,保护人们不会受到伤害,且用蚕丝制成贴肤里层16,让人们使用此面料更加的舒适。

1.一种防水抗静电毛纺面料,包括面料主体(1),其特征在于:所述面料主体(1)由设置在该面料主体(1)顶部的面料层(5)、设置在面料主体(1)中间部位的毛纺层(6)及设置在面料主体(1)底部的贴面层(7)构成,所述面料层(5)的顶部设有涂料层(4)、纵斜线(2)和横斜线(3),且所述涂料层(4)与所述面料层(5)紧密贴合,所述纵斜线(2)与横斜线(3)相互交织,所述面料层(5)的内部设有阻燃膜层(8)和聚酯薄膜层(10),且所述阻燃膜层(8)与所述聚酯薄膜层(10)紧密贴合,所述阻燃膜层(8)的内部设有微孔(9),且所述微孔(9)呈均匀分布在所述阻燃膜层(8)中,所述聚酯薄膜层(10)的内部设有滤水孔(11),且所述滤水孔(11)呈均匀分布在聚酯薄膜层(10)中,所述毛纺层(6)的内部设有防霉层(12)、银纤维面料层(13)和抗静电里层(14),且所述银纤维面料层(13)分别与防霉层(12)和抗静电里层(14)相互交织,所述贴面层(7)的内部设有贴肤里层(16),且所述贴肤里层(16)嵌入设置在贴面层(7)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水抗静电毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述贴肤里层(16)的顶部设有防护层(15),且所述防护层(15)的内部设有抗紫外线整理剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水抗静电毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述贴肤里层(16)由蚕丝制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水抗静电毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述滤水孔(11)的直径范围为0.1-0.2um。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水抗静电毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述阻燃膜层(8)由酚醛树脂材料制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水抗静电毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述防霉层(12)中添加了防霉剂,且所述抗静电里层(14)添加了抗静电整理剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水抗静电毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述所述纵斜线(2)为羊毛纤维,且所述横斜线(3)为涤纶纤维。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水抗静电毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述银纤维面料层(13)由银纤维材料制成。
