The inner diameter of the installation auxiliary sleeve 5 is the same as the outer diameter of a boss at the upper end of the rotor framework 2 of the actuator, so that the installation auxiliary sleeve 5 can be conveniently installed through the matching between the inner hole of the installation auxiliary sleeve and the boss of the rotor framework 2.
The outer surfaces of the actuator rotor framework 2 and the installation auxiliary sleeve 5 are provided with 12 uniformly distributed groove-shaped structural features, and the groove structures of the actuator rotor framework and the installation auxiliary sleeve are vertically aligned. Each group of grooves is provided with a lower clapboard 3 and an upper clapboard 4. The arc length of the arc surface between two adjacent grooves on the actuator rotor framework 2 is slightly larger than the arc length of the inner surface of the permanent magnet 6 to be installed, so that the permanent magnet can be smoothly installed between two adjacent partition plates. The actuator rotor framework is provided with the grooves, the lower partition plates are arranged on the grooves, and the limiting method is adopted, so that the consistency of the sizes of the gaps between the adjacent permanent magnets is ensured, and the accuracy of the relative position of each permanent magnet on the actuator rotor framework is also ensured.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a lower partition plate of a permanent magnet installation tool of an electromagnetic actuator mover according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the permanent magnets 6 are limited by the lower partition plate 3 and the outer limiting sleeve 1, so that the problem that adjacent permanent magnets are difficult to install due to mutual repulsive force is solved, and the accuracy of the relative position of each permanent magnet on the actuator rotor frame 2 is ensured.
According to the tool, the installation auxiliary sleeve made of the non-magnetic material is clamped on the rotor framework, and the permanent magnet slides to the permanent magnet installation surface of the rotor framework along the installation auxiliary sleeve, so that the operability and safety of the permanent magnet installation process can be improved, and the problem that the permanent magnet is adsorbed to the upper end face of the rotor framework in the installation process is solved.
The actuator rotor magnet is formed by splicing 12 equal-size tile-shaped permanent magnets 6 which are magnetized in the radial direction, and the effect of a cylindrical permanent magnet is further realized.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the permanent magnet 6 is installed on the actuator rotor framework 2 by using the permanent magnet installation tool disclosed by the invention, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) coating an adhesive on a permanent magnet mounting surface of an actuator rotor framework 2, and sliding a permanent magnet 6 downwards along the outer surface of an auxiliary mounting sleeve 5 along the partition plates 4 on the two sides to the position of the permanent magnet mounting surface of the actuator rotor framework 2;
(2) continuing to push the permanent magnet 6 downwards until the permanent magnet is adsorbed on the upper surface of the circular ring at the lower end of the rotor framework 2;
(3) after all the permanent magnets 6 are arranged on the rotor framework 2, all the upper partition plates 4 are taken out, and simultaneously, the surfaces of the permanent magnets 6 and the redundant adhesives on the actuator rotor framework 2 are cleaned by alcohol;
