Abstract
The invention discloses a novel baffle plate device of a roller crusher, which is arranged at two ends of a roller on the crusher, and comprises a fixed support plate arranged on the crusher and positioned at the end part of the roller, wherein a support plate fixing device is arranged between the fixed support plate and the crusher; an end leakage gap is formed between the fixed support plate and the end surface of the roller, and a hairbrush leakage-proof device is arranged at the inlet of the fixed support plate corresponding to the end leakage gap; the invention replaces the rigid leakage-proof plate structure with the flexible leakage-proof brush belt, not only can prevent the material leakage at the end part of the roller, but also can adapt to the axial extension of the roller after thermal expansion, effectively reduces the abrasion between the end surface of the roller and the invention, has simple structure and good use effect, perfectly solves the difficult problems in the prior art, and has higher popularization value.

Background
The roller crusher is mainly used for crushing ores and has the advantages of small volume, large crushing ratio, low energy consumption, low noise and the like. It is needless to say that the person skilled in the art realizes that the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature and not as restrictive in scope.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5 together, the novel baffle plate device of the roller crusher is arranged at two ends of the roller 2 on the crusher 1, and the position of the leakage preventing plate in the embodiment is the same as that of the leakage preventing plate in the prior art, namely, the leakage preventing plate is positioned at the gap between the two ends of the roller 2.
The present embodiment comprises a fixed support plate 3 arranged on the crusher 1 at the end of the roller 2, a support plate fixing device 4 being arranged between the fixed support plate 3 and the crusher 1. The supporting plate fixing device 4 comprises a supporting rod 41 fixedly arranged on the side wall of the end part of the roller 2 on the crusher 1, a supporting protrusion 42 is arranged at one end of the supporting rod 41 extending to the roller 2, and a supporting clamping seat 43 corresponding to the supporting protrusion 42 is arranged on the fixed supporting plate 3. In this embodiment, the supporting protrusion 42 is a circular protrusion, the supporting clamping seat 43 is welded on the fixed supporting plate 3, the supporting clamping seat 43 is provided with an end clamping groove with a downward opening corresponding to the supporting protrusion 42, an outer plate of the end clamping groove is provided with a U-shaped or V-shaped rod clamping groove with a downward opening corresponding to the rod portion of the supporting rod 41, and the structure of the supporting clamping seat 43 can be easily obtained by a person skilled in the art according to knowledge and experience, and is not described herein. In this embodiment, the support rods 41 are arranged in an isosceles triangle, when the fixing support plate 3 is installed, only the rod portions of the support rods 41 and the U-shaped rod portion clamping grooves on the support clamping seat 43 need to be aligned downwards, the support protrusions 42 are clamped into the end portion clamping grooves, and the stability of the fixing support plate 3 after installation can be ensured by the three support rods 41 in the isosceles triangle.
An end leakage gap 8 is formed between the fixed support plate 3 and the end surface of the roller 2, that is, in this embodiment, compared with the leakage-proof plate in the prior art, the fixed support plate 3 is separated from the end surface of the roller 2 by a certain distance, and a gap formed by separating the fixed support plate 3 from the end surface of the roller 2 is the end leakage gap 8 in this embodiment.
A brush leakage-proof device is arranged on the fixed supporting plate 3 at the inlet corresponding to the end leakage gap 8, the brush leakage-proof device comprises a leakage-proof brush belt 6 arranged at the inlet of the end leakage gap 8, and the free ends of bristles of the leakage-proof brush belt 6 are abutted against the end part of the roller 2; the leak-proof hairbrush belt 6 of this embodiment completely blocks the end leakage gap 8, compared with the leak-proof plate of the prior art, the leak-proof hairbrush belt 6 is in flexible contact with the end face of the roller 2, because the roller 2 has low rotation speed during operation, the leak-proof hairbrush belt 6 in flexible contact is worn slightly, so that the service life of this embodiment can be prolonged, and meanwhile, the flexible leak-proof hairbrush belt 6 can adapt to the axial extension of the roller 2 after thermal expansion, so that the structural damage and the other clamping phenomenon caused by the thermal expansion of the roller 2 are avoided. The anti-leakage hairbrush belt 6 is fixedly arranged on the fixed supporting plate 3 by means of screws 63, and hairbrush mounting holes corresponding to the screws 63 are formed in the fixed supporting plate 3.
The upper edge of the anti-leakage hairbrush belt 6 on the fixed supporting plate 3 is provided with a hairbrush protection wear-resisting plate 7. In this embodiment, the thickness of the brush protection wear-resistant plate 7 is not less than the height of the bristles of the leakage-proof brush belt 6, so that the leakage-proof brush belt 6 is protected by adding the brush protection wear-resistant plate 7 in order to prevent the material from falling to the end leakage gap 8 during the operation of the crusher 1. The brush protecting wear plate 7 of this embodiment is welded to the fixed support plate 3.
And a brush abutting adjusting device 5 is further arranged between the fixed supporting plate 3 and the crusher 1. The brush supporting and adjusting device 5 comprises an adjusting thread arranged on the rod portion of the supporting rod 41, a fixing hole corresponding to the supporting rod 41 is formed in the side wall, a fixing thread corresponding to the adjusting thread is arranged in the fixing hole, the fixing hole is an inner hole of a fixing nut 51 welded on the side wall, and the fixing thread is arranged in the fixing nut 51. The end of the support rod 41 extending out of the fixing hole is provided with a polygonal adjusting head 52. The support bar 41 is provided with a positioning nut 53 at the fixing hole, and a locking spring pad 54 is arranged between the positioning nut 53 and the fixing hole. In this embodiment, the roller 2 cannot be prevented from being worn by the anti-leakage brush belt 6 during working, and in order to prevent a leakage gap from being generated after wear, the distance between the fixed support plate 3 and the end face of the roller 2 is steplessly adjusted by rotating the support rod 41, so that the free end of the anti-leakage brush belt 6 can always abut against the end face of the roller 2, and the anti-leakage effect of this embodiment is remarkably improved. The positioning nut 53 can perform a positioning function on the adjusted supporting rod 41, so that the leakage-proof effect of the leakage-proof hairbrush belt 6 is more stable.
The embodiment shows that the rollers 2 are arranged in pairs, the rollers 2 in pairs comprise a fixed roller 21 and a floating roller 22, the anti-leakage brush belt 6 is provided with a fixed roller brush belt 61 corresponding to the fixed roller 21, and the anti-leakage brush belt 6 is provided with a floating roller brush belt 62 corresponding to the floating roller 22. The floating roller brush belt 62 has a width greater than that of the fixed roller brush belt 61. Since the hardness or the grain size of the crushed material is prevented from being greatly influenced on the structure of the crusher 1 in the actual operation, one of the rolls 2 must be floated, and thus, in order to secure the leakage preventing effect of the end portion of the dancer roll 22, the width of the dancer roll brush belt 62 corresponding to the dancer roll 22 should be widened in the crushing operation.
In this embodiment, the flexible anti-leakage brush belt 6 replaces the rigid anti-leakage plate structure in the prior art, so that not only can the end portion of the roller 2 be prevented from leaking, but also the axial extension of the roller 2 after thermal expansion can be adapted, and the abrasion between the end surface of the roller 2 and this embodiment is effectively reduced. In this embodiment, the support plate fixing device 4 makes the disassembly and assembly of this embodiment very convenient; the brush supports against adjusting device 5 can adjust at any time fixed backup pad 3 with the distance between the terminal surface of roller 2 guarantees leak protection brush area 6 supports at any time and leans on the terminal surface of roller 2, has shown the leak protection effect that has improved the flexible leak protection structure of this embodiment.
