滑膜炎，是一种多发性疾病，其发病部位主要在膝关节。膝关节是人体滑膜最多，关节面最大和结构最复杂的关节，由于膝关节滑膜广泛并位于肢体较表浅部位，故遭受损伤和感染的机会较多，膝关节滑膜炎主要是因膝关节扭伤和多种关节内损伤，而造成的一组综合症。容易造成患者暂时或长期部分丧失劳动力，无论对患者和对社会的危害都较大。虽然有许多有效的治疗方法，但仍有许多患者不能治愈。尤其是部分中青年患者，要承担许多社会和家庭责任，同时又在长期忍受疼痛的折磨。这无疑是急待医务工作者解决的问题。

羚蜈散由羚羊骨、水牛角、桑枝、白茅根、乌梢蛇、生石膏、地滑皮、薏苡仁、忍冬腾、路路通、茯苓皮、必解、炮甲、灵仙、防风、蜈蚣、桂枝、黄芪、熟地、黄精、小茴香、熟附子、杜仲、甘草组成；
羚蜈散研成极末，用于内服，蜂蜜调成糊状；
盆痺膏由当归、地龙、灵仙、羌活、白附子、沙苑子、黄芪组成；
盆痺膏研成极末，蜂蜜调成糊状或凡士林调成糊状。
进一步地，上述羚蜈散，按质量份数计组分组成 ：
羚羊骨20份、水牛角30份、桑枝30份、白茅根30份、乌梢蛇30份、生石膏30份、地滑皮30份、薏苡仁30份、忍冬腾30份、路路通30份、茯苓皮30份、必解30份、炮甲20份、灵仙20份、防风20份、蜈蚣15份、桂枝15份、黄芪30份、熟地30份、黄精30份、小茴香20份、熟附子15份、杜仲15份、甘草10份。
进一步地，上述盆痺膏，按质量份数计组分组成 ：当归30份、地龙30份、灵仙30份、羌活30份、白附子20份，沙苑子30份、黄芪30份。
口服羚蜈散3 次 /d，每 次 1 包，每包20克， 20天 为一疗程，共 3 个疗程 。使用时将（盆痺膏）涂在红肿疼痛处，胶布固定密封，一天一次，敷贴8-10小时即可，20天为一疗程；治疗总有效率约为 90%。

功效：清热解毒，凉血透骨，消肿止痛。

臣药：生石膏 地滑皮 水牛角 忍冬腾 茯苓皮 炮甲 灵仙必解 ；
佐药：必解 路路通 防风 桂枝 蜈蚣 小茴香 熟附子
使药：熟地 黄精 杜仲 甘草 黄芪。
外敷组方（追风膏）：当归30g、地龙30g、灵仙30g、羌活30g、白附子20g，沙苑子30g、黄芪30g。
羚蜈散研成极末，用于内服，蜂蜜调成糊状；
盆痺膏由当归、地龙、灵仙、羌活、白附子，沙苑子、黄芪组成；
盆痺膏研成极末，蜂蜜调成糊状或凡士林调成糊状；装瓶备用；
使用时将（追风膏）涂在红肿疼痛处，胶布固定密封，一天一次，敷贴8-10小时即可，20天为一疗程。
此组方内服外敷，专治滑膜炎、滑囊炎 和滑膜积液，治愈率可达90%。
临床应用效果：本发明中的颗粒剂产品在通山风湿医院投入临床试用，通山医院就诊患者共计 1500 多人次，对其中 100 例典型的滑膜炎患者 进行了评价，方法：采用随机、平行对照研究。治疗组 49 例，口服羚蜈散3 次 /d，每 次 1 包，每包20克， 20天 为一疗程，共 3 个疗程 。使用时将（盆痺膏）涂在红肿疼痛处，胶布固定密封，一天一次，敷贴8-10小时即可，20天为一疗程。
结果：治疗组总有效率约为 90%。结论：羚蜈散颗粒治疗滑膜炎、滑囊炎 和滑膜积液疗效确切，且无其它不良反应。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于治疗滑膜炎的中药组方，其特征在于，由羚蜈散和盆痺膏组成，
所述羚蜈散由羚羊骨、水牛角、桑枝、白茅根、乌梢蛇、生石膏、地滑皮、薏苡仁、忍冬腾、路路通、茯苓皮、必解、炮甲、灵仙、防风、蜈蚣、桂枝、黄芪、熟地、黄精、小茴香、熟附子、杜仲、甘草组成；
所述羚蜈散研成极末，用于内服，蜂蜜调成糊状；
所述盆痺膏由当归、地龙、灵仙、羌活、白附子，沙苑子、黄芪组成；
所述盆痺膏研成极末，蜂蜜调成糊状或凡士林调成糊状。
2.如权利要求1所述的中药组方，其特征在于，所述羚蜈散，按质量份数计组分组成 ：
羚羊骨20份、水牛角30份、桑枝30份、白茅根30份、乌梢蛇30份、生石膏30份、地滑皮30份、薏苡仁30份、忍冬腾30份、路路通30份、茯苓皮30份、必解30份、炮甲20份、灵仙20份、防风20份、蜈蚣5份、桂枝15份、黄芪30份、熟地30份、黄精30份、小茴香20份、熟附子15份、杜仲15份、甘草10份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的中药组方，其特征在于，所述盆痺膏，按质量份数计组分组成：当归30份、地龙30份、灵仙30份、羌活30份、白附子20份，沙苑子30份、黄芪30份。
