Abstract
The invention discloses a face/eye mask base material which comprises 42-48 wt% of microcapsule neodymium iron boron magnetic slurry, 28-36 wt% of corn polylactic acid short fiber spunlace fabric and 24-32 wt% of cosmetic-grade elastic silica gel liquid. Flattening the corn polylactic acid short fiber spunlace fabric; performing secondary finishing dyeing on the single side of the corn polylactic acid short fiber spunlaced fabric by using cosmetic-grade elastic silica gel liquid; and then spreading the grouting mould on the corn polylactic acid short fiber spunlace fabric, spraying the microcapsule neodymium iron boron magnetic slurry on the grouting mould, spraying the microcapsule neodymium iron boron magnetic slurry on the surface/eye film base material from each small hole arranged in a matrix form, then carrying out hot air drying at 80-90 ℃, and taking down the grouting mould to obtain the magnetic fabric. Compared with the traditional method of directly adding magnetic powder or neodymium iron boron powder to the surface/eye mask base material, the surface/eye mask base material prepared by the microcapsule neodymium iron boron magnetic slurry with specific content can change various colors in appearance, and the generated biological pulsating magnetic field has stronger stability and higher high temperature resistance.

24-32 wt% of cosmetic-grade elastic silica gel liquid.
The microcapsule neodymium iron boron magnetic slurry is prepared by mixing and dissolving 65-75 wt% of glycerin, 15-25 wt% of environment-friendly silica gel and 5-15 wt% of neodymium iron boron microcapsules at the temperature of 20-25 ℃.
The neodymium iron boron microcapsule is an oil-soluble microcapsule neodymium iron boron magnet which is prepared by adopting 20wt% of nano titanium dioxide white powder, 75wt% of urea resin and 5wt% of solubilizer as wall materials and neodymium iron boron magnetic powder as core materials through a spray drying method.

Wherein, the cosmetic-grade elastic silica gel liquid is organic elastomer suspension, the active substance is 60-65%, the dynamic viscosity is 4500-. The pore diameter of the small holes which are uniformly distributed in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction of the grouting mould is phi 5mm, and the row spacing and the column spacing of the matrix arrangement small holes are both 10 mm. 28-36 wt% of corn polylactic acid short fiber spunlace fabric;
24-32 wt% of cosmetic-grade elastic silica gel liquid;
the sum of the content of the microcapsule neodymium iron boron magnetic slurry, the content of the corn polylactic acid short fiber spunlace fabric and the content of the cosmetic-grade elastic silica gel liquid is less than or equal to 100 percent;
the microcapsule neodymium iron boron magnetic slurry is prepared by mixing and dissolving 65-75 wt% of glycerin, 15-25 wt% of environment-friendly silica gel and 5-15 wt% of neodymium iron boron microcapsules at the temperature of 20-25 ℃;
the neodymium iron boron microcapsule is an oil-soluble microencapsulated neodymium iron boron magnet prepared by adopting 20wt% of nano titanium dioxide white powder, 75wt% of urea resin and 5wt% of solubilizer as wall materials, adopting neodymium iron boron magnetic powder as a core material and using a spray drying method.

c) spreading a grouting mould on the corn polylactic acid short fiber spunlace non-woven fabric, wherein the grouting mould is provided with a plurality of small holes which are uniformly arranged in a matrix manner longitudinally and transversely;
d) and spraying the microcapsule neodymium-iron-boron magnetic slurry on a grouting mold, spraying the microcapsule neodymium-iron-boron magnetic slurry on the surface/eye mask base material from each small hole arranged in a matrix form, then carrying out hot air drying at 90-120 ℃, and taking down the grouting mold to obtain the neodymium-iron-boron magnetic composite material.
6.
