The heat absorbing medium 7 may also consist of a fibrous heating plate or wire: the fibrous heating plate and the metal fiber wires are arranged and wound in a certain combination mode, such as axial distribution along a cigarette, vertical to the axial direction, a multi-layer plane or any possible random combination mode, the heat absorption cavity is filled with the fiber metal wires by the maximum density, and the principle that the specific heat capacity of the metal is large and the fibrous structure can be fully and uniformly ventilated is utilized, so that the output smoke is reduced. It is obvious that other heat absorbing mediums 7 can also be used.
The temperature control switch 11 is positioned in the spiral coiled heating sheet 6 and forms a series circuit with the heating sheet 6, the battery 3 and the switch 2. The temperature control switch 11 comprises a temperature control switch shell 113, a switch fixed contact 111 and a bimetallic strip 112 which are mutually overlapped and arranged in the temperature control switch 11; when the temperature reaches 260-280 ℃ with the highest tobacco sheet baking temperature, the bimetallic strip 112 bends and deforms to the side with relatively small deformation and is disconnected with the switch fixed contact 111, the heating strip 6 stops heating until the heating strip 6 is lower than the temperature control set temperature of the bimetallic strip 112, the bimetallic strip 112 returns to deform to contact with the switch fixed contact 11, and the heating strip 6 returns to the heating work, so that the tobacco components wrapped in the heating strip 6 are heated and baked constantly and controllably, and the optimal tobacco fragrance without peculiar smell is obtained.
Also comprises a heat insulation layer 10 sleeved outside the heating sheet 6 and attached to the inner wall of the shell 4, the heat insulation of the housing 4 is avoided and obviously other forms of heat insulation structures may be used.
The tobacco layer 8 may be replaced by at least one tobacco sheet, preferably 2 to 4 tobacco sheets.
The heating sheet 6 and/or the tobacco layer 8 can be further provided with additives 14 to prepare low-temperature electronic cigarettes with different tastes, so as to meet different consumption requirements. The additive 14 may be a single substance or a mixture of flavors such as glycerin and propylene glycol, or tobacco tar.
The metal felt 6 is made of metal fiber wires with the diameter of 0.001-0.2 mm and the cross section shape of cuboid or other irregularities, one or more than two metal fiber wires with the length of more than 2mm can be mixed in the metal fiber wires, spherical particles with the diameter in the size range can be mixed in the metal fiber wires, the formed fibers are compacted by pressure, and the actually contacted parts of the formed metal fibers are reliably connected together by arc welding or other welding methods to form a thin porous structure which has the thickness of less than 2mm and is similar to a blanket and comprises a plurality of pores. The spherical particles constituting the metal mat are preferably distributed in the middle layer of long metal fibers to ensure good bending and folding properties of the compacted and welded metal mat.
The smoke generating device manufacturing steps are shown in fig. 3, and comprise the following steps:
step (1): selecting a heating sheet with the width meeting the requirement, cutting off a corner at the lower right corner part of the drawing, wherein the size of the heating sheet is matched with that of the temperature control switch; the heating sheet is reliably connected with the temperature control switch by a connecting terminal clamping piece 61 on the right side; and finally, the clamping pieces of the connecting terminals are used at the tail end of the left side in the length direction of the temperature control switch and are reliably connected with the connecting electrode at the left side of the heating piece, and the connecting electrode and the other connecting electrode of the temperature control switch form a pair of connecting electrodes which can be conducted and heated by the heating piece together.
Step (2): 2-10 tobacco sheets with the sizes corresponding to the heating sheets are used, a notch with the size capable of giving up a temperature control switch is cut at the lower right corner position as shown in the figure, and then the notch is orderly arranged and aligned with the heating sheets below and stacked together, and then the tobacco sheets are pressed by a tool and placed on a horizontal table top for standby.
Step (3): uniformly coating, dripping or spraying the additive material prepared in the last step on the uppermost layer of tobacco sheet to help to moisten leaves and emit smoke liquid, and adding glycerol, propylene glycol and the like with required essence and spice to prepare the smear.
Step (4): in the prepared smear, starting from one side of a heating sheet connected with a temperature control switch in series as the center, clamping the right side of the smear by using a manual or strip clamp method and the like, clamping the initial part, curling towards the left side of the smear from the center, when the edge of the central part is curled, forming a strip, loosening an additional strip clamp, at the moment, only performing a curling auxiliary supporting function by the clamp, continuing to complete the curling process of the whole smear until the left side is curled, releasing the clamp or clamping piece used at the initial position after the beginning of the winding, compressing the curled part, completing the winding of the whole smear, and leaving no gap in the middle.
Step (5): after finishing the coiling of the smear, binding the smear with a string for standby. Finally, the heatable fuming device is manufactured through the steps.
Example two
The low-temperature smoke with the additional electronic atomization function shown in fig. 4, wherein the thermocouple type temperature controller is adopted in the embodiment instead of the temperature control switch in the embodiment one, and the rest is basically the same as the embodiment one. The thermocouple temperature controller comprises a thermocouple 12 and a temperature control circuit board 13 electrically connected with the thermocouple 12 through a thermocouple connecting wire 121, wherein the temperature control circuit board 13 can adopt an inexpensive MC97F1104S singlechip circuit, and the voltage conduction of the heating sheet 6 is realized by the resistance change of the thermocouple near the set temperature, so that the heating of the tobacco part is controlled to be stabilized in the most favorable temperature range for baking tobacco components.
Obviously, the integrated circuit of a thermocouple type temperature controller with other types or functions can be also applied to control the baking of tobacco components to be more ideal 220-280. The whole low-temperature cigarette can not only emit the self-fragrance components of the tobacco, but also can not burn and emit the components harmful to human bodies.
