Abstract
The invention provides a quick-soluble honeysuckle extract and a preparation method thereof. It is obtained by treating honeysuckle extract and trehalose at high temperature of 112-210 ℃. The product produced by the preparation technology has the characteristics of good dispersibility, quick dissolution, no fish eyes and the like.
Description
The technical field is as follows:
the invention relates to an instant honeysuckle extract and a preparation method thereof.
Background art:
honeysuckle is well known for its wide medicinal value since ancient times. The efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine is mainly to clear away heat and toxic materials and mainly treat epidemic febrile disease fever, heat toxin and bloody dysentery, carbuncle, cellulitis, furuncle and the like. Modern researches prove that the honeysuckle contains pharmacological active ingredients such as chlorogenic acid and luteolin glycoside, has stronger inhibitory power on various pathogenic bacteria such as hemolytic streptococcus, staphylococcus aureus and the like and upper respiratory infection pathogenic viruses and the like, can enhance immunity, resist early pregnancy, protect liver, resist tumor, diminish inflammation, relieve fever, stop bleeding (blood coagulation), inhibit intestinal absorption of cholesterol and the like, has very wide clinical application, and can be used for treating more than 40 diseases such as respiratory infection, bacillary dysentery, acute urinary infection, hypertension and the like by being compatible with other medicines. It is widely used in medicine, food, health and other industries. The honeysuckle extract complete dissolution process needs two steps, firstly, water molecules penetrate into the honeysuckle extract to swell the honeysuckle extract, then the honeysuckle extract polymer molecules are uniformly distributed in water, and finally, complete hydration dissolution is achieved. However, in the actual preparation process of the honeysuckle extract solution, when the powder or extract of the honeysuckle extract is directly mixed with water, the non-starch polysaccharide and other carbohydrates in the honeysuckle extract which are firstly contacted with the water can quickly absorb water to swell and then dissolve, and the formed colloid layer delays the permeation of water molecules to the interior of the honeysuckle extract, so that the further hydration and dissolution of the honeysuckle extract are influenced, fish eyes are easily formed in the process, particles are cemented to form blocks, the use efficiency of the honeysuckle extract is reduced, and the further market application and expansion of the honeysuckle extract are also limited.
The invention content is as follows:
the inventor develops an instant honeysuckle extract and a preparation method thereof through intensive research and a large number of experiments.
