Abstract
The invention provides a medium collecting device and a medium transaction device, and belongs to the field of medium processing. The medium collecting device comprises a tape, a first roller, a second roller and a guide piece; one end of the guide piece is close to the first rolling shaft, a clamping space is formed between the guide piece and the coiled tape, and the guide piece is used for driving a medium in the clamping space to move. The medium transaction device comprises a medium transaction body and a medium collection device, wherein the medium collection device is arranged inside the medium transaction device. The medium collecting device can achieve the purpose of reducing the use of coiled tapes, thereby reducing the failure rate and lowering the use and maintenance cost. also included is a first drive member 113, the first drive member 113 being configured to drive the first roller 112 and the second roller 111.
The purpose of moving the medium can be achieved by using the clamping space 160 formed between the guide 150 and the tape 120, so that the use of the tape 120 can be reduced, and since the tape 120 needs to be subjected to the action of varying tensile force, it needs to be frequently replaced during the operation, the use of the tape 120 is reduced, the cost of use and maintenance due to the replacement of the tape 120 can be reduced, and the failure rate can be reduced.

In the present embodiment, the guide 150 includes a second driving member 151 and a plurality of guide rollers 153, the plurality of guide rollers 153 being arranged at intervals, and the second driving member 151 is used to drive the plurality of guide rollers 153.
The direction in which the plurality of guide shafts 130 are aligned is the direction in which the guides 150 extend, the plurality of guides 150 have a gap therebetween, and the gap between the plurality of guides 150 is 0.1-1 cm.
After the medium enters the clamping space 160, the medium may be driven to move by the plurality of guides 150, and the gap distance between the guides 150 is small, so that the possibility that the medium drops from the gap between the guides 150 may be reduced, and thus the medium may smoothly reach a predetermined position.
In this embodiment, the guide roller 153 includes an axle center 1534 and an axle surface 1533, the axle surface 1533 is sleeved on the axle center 1534, and the axle surface 1533 is made of friction material.
In this embodiment, the shaft center 1534 and the shaft surface 1533 may be made of the same or different materials, and the shaft center 1534 and the shaft surface 1533 may be integrally formed or connected to each other, and only the shaft center 1534 may drive the shaft surface 1533 to rotate.
The shaft surface 1533 is made of friction material, so that the medium can be well driven to move, and the situation that the medium moves smoothly due to insufficient friction force can be avoided.
In this embodiment, the shaft surface 1533 is made of a rubber material.
The rubber material has better friction force and can well drive the medium to move, and the rubber material has certain elasticity and can be deformed to a certain extent, so that the rubber material can be matched with the coiled tape 120 well, and the medium is extruded, so that the medium is convenient to transport.
In the present embodiment, the guide rollers 153 include a first guide roller 1531 and a second guide roller 1532, and the first guide roller 1531 and the second guide roller 1532 are disposed opposite to each other;
the axis of the first guide roller 1531 and the extending direction of the guide 150 form an acute angle, and the axis of the second guide roller 1532 and the extending direction of the guide 150 form an obtuse angle.
The first guide roller 1531 and the second guide roller 1532 disposed opposite to each other may protrude in one direction, so that the protruding portion may be attached to the first roller 112, and the medium may be well transferred to the first roller 112, and may be smoothly transferred from the first roller 112 to the guide 150.
In this embodiment, the guide 150 further includes a support 152, the support 152 is disposed on two sides of the guide roller 153, the guide roller 153 is rotatably connected to the support 152, and an end of the guide roller 153 near the first roller 112 extends out of the support 152.
The support 152 is used to support the guide roller 153 and the second driving member 151, and fix the position of the entire guide 150.
In this embodiment, the guide shaft assembly further includes a first frame 141 and a second frame 142, the first frame 141 is used for being connected with the guide shaft 130, the second frame 142 is used for being connected with the guide member 150, the first frame 141 and the second frame 142 are rotationally connected, and the first frame 141 and the second frame 142 rotate to drive the guide shaft 130 to approach or separate from the guide member 150.
The first frame 141 may provide support for the guide shaft 130, the second frame 142 may provide support for the guide 150, and the first frame 141 and the second frame 142 are rotatably connected, so that the distance between the guide shaft 130 and the guide 150 can be conveniently controlled, thereby facilitating the inspection or replacement of the tape 120 inside the whole device.
In this embodiment, the first driving member 113 and the second driving member 151 are driven by motors, and the specific driving mode of the motors and the provision of electric energy are all of the prior art, which is not described herein.
The working principle of the medium collecting device 100 provided in this embodiment is that, during working, the clamping space 160 can be formed between the guide member 150 and the tape 120, and then the tape 120 and the guide member 150 are moved to drive the medium to move, so that the purpose of reducing the use of the tape 120 can be achieved, the failure rate can be reduced, and the use and maintenance costs can be reduced.

The working principle of the medium transaction device 200 provided in this embodiment is that, during working, since there is only one tape 120 in the medium collection device 100, the failure rate is low, and the cost of use and maintenance is low, so that the failure rate of the whole medium transaction device 200 can be reduced, and the cost of use and maintenance can be reduced.

the guide piece comprises a second driving piece and a plurality of guide rollers, the guide rollers are arranged at intervals, and the second driving piece is used for driving the guide rollers.

8. A media transaction device comprising a media transaction body and a media collection device according to any one of claims 1-7, the media collection device being disposed within the media transaction device.
