Firstly, the cloud server can preliminarily screen out a sample set corresponding to the character feature information of each sub-target object in a big database according to the character feature information, wherein each sample in the sample set comprises specific information of the sample and a link associated with the sample. Secondly, similarity matching is carried out on each sample in the sample set and the graphic features of the corresponding sub-target objects on the target image.
Step S303, determining a sample of which the similarity between the sample information and the parameter information of the target object reaches a preset threshold as a related object.
It can be understood that, when the similarity matching between the sample information and the parameter information of the target object reaches a preset threshold, a sample with the similarity to a sub-target image in the sample set reaching the preset threshold is determined as an associated object, and the associated object is associated with the sub-target object.
Step S304, feeding back information of the associated object associated with the target object to the electronic equipment.
It can be understood that, after the association object is matched, the cloud server feeds back information of the association object to the electronic device.
For a clearer understanding of the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 10, and fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of an interaction between an electronic device and a server according to the embodiment of the present invention.
The electronic equipment firstly sequentially executes the following steps: A. acquiring a target image; B. extracting parameter information of a target object in the target image; C. and pushing the parameter information of the target object to a server.
Subsequently, the server performs the following steps in order: D. acquiring parameter information of a target object in a target image pushed by electronic equipment; E. similarity matching is carried out on the parameter information of the target object and the sample information in the server; F. determining a sample with the similarity between the sample information and the parameter information of the target object reaching a preset threshold value as a related object; G. and feeding back information of the associated object associated with the target object to the electronic equipment.
Finally, the electronic device sequentially executes the following steps: H. receiving information of an associated object fed back from the server, wherein the associated object is associated with the target object, and the information of the associated object comprises pre-stored information and pre-stored links of the associated object; I. generating a target link according to the information of the associated object, wherein the target link is a prestored link of the associated object associated with the target object, and the target link is used for searching the information about the target object; J. displaying the target link, wherein the target link is displayed on the target image.
In particular, the present invention is not limited by the execution sequence of the steps, and some steps may be performed in other sequences or simultaneously without conflict.
The embodiment of the invention generates the target link by extracting the parameter information of the target object in the target image, pushing the parameter information of the target object in the target image to the server and receiving the information of the associated object fed back from the server, wherein the associated object is associated with the target object, the information of the associated object comprises the pre-stored information and the pre-stored link of the associated object, the target link is the pre-stored link of the associated object associated with the target object, the target link is used for searching the information about the target object, and finally the target link is displayed, wherein the target link is displayed on the target image, so that the user can search the information about the target object through the target link, and the user can more conveniently and quickly acquire the related information about the target object, the flexibility and convenience of information acquisition are improved.
An information obtaining apparatus is further provided in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of an information obtaining apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present invention. The information acquiring device 30 includes an extracting module 32, a pushing module 33, a receiving module 34, a generating module 35, and a displaying module 36.
The extracting module 32 is configured to extract parameter information of a target object in a target image.
It is to be understood that the object recorded by the object image may be any object recorded by an image or picture, such as various kinds of objects of buildings, scenes, plants, animals, living goods, and the like. Since different objects are displayed in different forms or different characteristics, in order to accurately distinguish the objects recorded on the target image, the extraction module 32 needs to extract parameter information of the target object in the target image.
The pushing module 33 is configured to push the parameter information of the target object to a server.
After the electronic device determines the target object according to the graphic features in the target image, the pushing module 33 pushes the parameter information of the target object to the server. The parameter information of the target object can comprise graphic characteristic information and character characteristic information, the server can be a cloud server, and the electronic equipment is connected with the server through a network. For example, the pushing module 33 in the electronic device pushes the acquired graphic feature information and text feature information of the target object to the cloud server.
The receiving module 34 is configured to receive information of an associated object fed back from the server, where the associated object is associated with the target object, and the information of the associated object includes pre-stored information and pre-stored links of the associated object.
The generating module 35 is configured to generate a target link according to the information of the associated object, where the target link is a pre-stored link of the associated object associated with the target object, and the target link is used to search for information about the target object.
It can be understood that, the generating module 35 associates a preset link in the associated object to the target object through the information of the associated object fed back by the cloud server, so as to generate a target link corresponding to the target object in the target image. The target link is a network link established by depending on the internet. The process of generating the target link needs to rely on the internet and a large database in a cloud server.
The display module 36 is configured to display the target link, where the target link is displayed on the target image.
It is understood that after the generating module 35 generates the target link, the displaying module 36 displays the target link on the target image in order to facilitate the user to obtain the relevant information of the target object on the target image.
The user may search for information related to the target object by clicking on the target link.
Referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is another schematic structural diagram of an information acquisition apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The information acquiring apparatus 30 includes a first acquiring module 31, an extracting module 32, a pushing module 33, a receiving module 34, a generating module 35, and a displaying module 36.
The first obtaining module 31 is configured to obtain a target image.
It can be understood that, when a user needs to acquire information related to a certain target object, first, the first acquiring module 31 needs to acquire a target image containing the target object.
It can be understood that there are various ways to obtain the target image, the first obtaining module 31 may obtain the target image by taking a picture, the first obtaining module 31 may also obtain the target image by calling a pre-stored picture, the first obtaining module 31 may also obtain the target image by using a picture drawn by software, and the first obtaining module 31 may also synthesize the target image by using a plurality of pictures.
In some embodiments, the first acquiring module 31 is configured to acquire the target image through an image capturing element of the electronic device.
In some embodiments, the first obtaining module 31 is configured to select the target image from images pre-stored in a memory of the electronic device to obtain the target image.
The extracting module 32 is configured to extract parameter information of a target object in the target image.
It can be understood that the extracting module 32 may divide the content displayed by the target image according to a preset rule to form a target object in the target image, and then extract parameter information of the target object from the target object of the target image. Wherein the preset rule may include at least one of a species, a material, a function, a name, a color, and a shape.
For example, after the first obtaining module 31 in the electronic device obtains the target image, the target image is analyzed according to a preset rule to extract a graphic feature in the target image, and then the target object in the target image is determined according to the feature information. Wherein the graphic features may include at least one of pixels, textual description, trademark, color, shape, size. The electronic device converts the acquired graphic features into corresponding text feature information, for example, the text feature information is an article name. The parameter information of the target object may include the image feature information and the text feature information.
It is to be understood that the object recorded by the object image may be any object recorded by an image or picture, such as various kinds of objects of buildings, scenes, plants, animals, living goods, and the like. Since different objects are displayed in different forms or different characteristics, in order to accurately distinguish the objects recorded on the target image, the extraction module 32 needs to extract parameter information of the target object in the target image.
For example, after the first obtaining module 31 obtains the target image, the extracting module 32 analyzes the target image according to a preset rule to determine the target object in the target image.
In some embodiments, the target object includes a plurality of sub-target objects, and the extracting module 32 is configured to divide the target object in the target image into the plurality of sub-target objects according to a preset rule.
The pushing module 33 is configured to push the parameter information of the target object to a server.
After the electronic device determines the target object according to the graphic features in the target image, the pushing module 33 pushes the parameter information of the target object to the server. The parameter information of the target object can comprise graphic characteristic information and character characteristic information, the server can be a cloud server, and the electronic equipment is connected with the server through a network. For example, the electronic device pushes the acquired graphic feature information and text feature information of the target object and the target image to a cloud server, a large amount of sample information is stored in the cloud server in advance, the cloud server screens out a sample set corresponding to the text feature information of each sub-target object from a large database according to the text feature information, and each sample in the sample set comprises specific information of the sample and links associated with the sample. And performing similarity matching on each sample in the sample set and a corresponding sub-target object on the target image, determining the sample with the similarity reaching a preset threshold in the sample set as an associated object when the similarity matching reaches a preset threshold, performing information association on the associated object and the sub-target object, and feeding back the information of the associated object to the electronic equipment by the cloud server.
The receiving module 34 is configured to receive information of an associated object fed back from the server, where the associated object is associated with the target object, and the information of the associated object includes pre-stored information and pre-stored links of the associated object.
The generating module 35 is configured to generate a target link according to the information of the associated object, where the target link is a pre-stored link of the associated object associated with the target object, and the target link is used to search for information about the target object.
It can be understood that, through the information of the associated object fed back by the cloud server, the link preset in the associated object is associated with the target object, so that the generating module 35 generates the target link corresponding to the target object in the target image. The target link is a network link established by depending on the internet. The generation module 35 needs to rely on the internet and a large database in the cloud server in the process of generating the target link.
In some embodiments, the generating module 35 further includes an obtaining sub-module 351 and a generating sub-module 352.
The obtaining sub-module 351 is configured to obtain a search preference of a user for a preset information type of the target object;
the generating sub-module 352 is configured to select a preset link matching the information type from the information of the associated object according to the information type set in the search preference, so as to generate the target link.
It is understood that the search preference of the information type associated with the target link may be preset by the user according to the user's preference, such as shopping information, encyclopedia information, etc. Or the electronic equipment collects the information type of the historical search information of the user, and the learning algorithm is utilized to analyze the collected data so as to obtain the search preference of the user and automatically set the search preference.
It can be understood that the information of the associated object fed back by the cloud server includes pre-stored information and pre-stored links of the associated object, the preset links may include links of a plurality of different information types, and according to the search preference of the preset information type, the generating sub-module 352 selects the preset link matched with the information type set in the search preference from the information of the associated object to generate the target link.
In some embodiments, the target object comprises a plurality of sub-target objects, and the generating module 35 is further configured to generate a plurality of target links corresponding to the plurality of sub-target objects.
It can be understood that, after the first obtaining module 31 obtains a plurality of sub-target objects in the target object, the generating module 35 may associate a preset link in the associated object with each sub-target object through information of the associated object fed back by a cloud server, so as to generate a target link corresponding to each sub-target object.
The display module 36 is configured to display the target link, where the target link is displayed on the target image.
It is understood that after the generating module 35 generates the target link, the displaying module 36 displays the target link on the target image in order to facilitate the user to obtain the relevant information of the target object on the target image.
The user may search for information related to the target object by clicking on the target link.
For example, when the target object is a building or a scenic spot, the related information of the target object may be encyclopedia information of the target object, position navigation information of the target object, or travel information of the target object.
For example, when the target object is a plant or an animal, the related information of the target object may be encyclopedic information of the target object.
For example, when the target object is a living good, the related information of the target object may be encyclopedia information of the target object, shopping information of the living good, or application information such as a production method and a use method of the living good.
In some embodiments, the display module 36 is further configured to display the plurality of target links on the plurality of sub-target objects corresponding thereto, respectively.
It is understood that, in order to make the target link corresponding to each sub-target object easier to distinguish, the display module 36 displays the plurality of target links on the plurality of sub-target objects corresponding thereto, respectively.
The user can search for relevant information of the corresponding sub-target object by clicking on the target link.
In some embodiments, the display module 36 is further configured to name the target link with the name of the target object, and display the target link named with the name of the target object on the target image.
In some embodiments, when the user searches for the related information of the target object through the target link, the method further includes setting a target link relevance evaluation interface for providing relevance evaluation for the user, for example, setting a relevance evaluation selection item, and after the user makes the relevance evaluation, the electronic device pushes the target link of the target object and an evaluation result corresponding to the target link to the cloud server, so that the cloud server performs data update on the big data. Alternatively, when the relevance evaluation made by the user is a case where the relevance is low, the target link of the target object may be regenerated.
Referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of an information acquisition apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The information acquiring apparatus 40 includes a second acquiring module 41, a matching module 42, a determining module 43, and a feedback module 44.
The second obtaining module 41 is configured to obtain parameter information of a target object in a target image pushed from the electronic device.
It can be understood that the parameter information of the target object may include graphic feature information and text feature information, the server may be a cloud server, and the electronic device establishes a connection with the server through a network. For example, the second obtaining module 41 in the cloud server obtains the graphic feature information and the text feature information of the target object.
The matching module 42 is configured to perform similarity matching between the parameter information of the target object and the sample information in the server.
It can be understood that a large amount of sample information is stored in the cloud server in advance, and the matching module 42 performs similarity matching on the parameter information of the target object and the sample information in the server. First, the matching module 42 may initially screen out a sample set corresponding to the literal feature information of each sub-target object in a big database, where each sample in the sample set includes the specific information of the sample and a link associated with the sample. Next, the matching module 42 performs similarity matching between each sample in the sample set and the graphic features of the corresponding sub-target object on the target image.
The determining module 43 is configured to determine, as the associated object, a sample whose similarity between the sample information and the parameter information of the target object reaches a preset threshold.
It is understood that, when the similarity between the sample information and the parameter information of the target object reaches a preset threshold, the determining module 43 determines the sample in the sample set, the similarity between which and the sub-target image reaches the preset threshold, as the associated object, and performs information association between the associated object and the sub-target object.
The feedback module 44 is configured to feed back information of an associated object associated with the target object to the electronic device.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program that is stored in the memory and can be run on the processor, where the processor invokes the computer program stored in the memory to execute the information acquisition method according to any embodiment of the present invention.
The electronic equipment can be equipment such as a smart phone, a tablet computer and a palm computer. As shown in fig. 14, an electronic device 400 includes a processor 401 having one or more processing cores, a memory 402 having one or more computer-readable storage media, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor. The processor 401 is electrically connected to the memory 402.
The processor 401 is a control center of the electronic device 400, connects various parts of the entire electronic device using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the electronic device and processes data by running or loading an application program stored in the memory 402 and calling data stored in the memory 402, thereby integrally monitoring the electronic device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the processor 401 in the electronic device 400 loads instructions corresponding to processes of one or more application programs into the memory 402 according to the following steps, and the processor 401 runs the application programs stored in the memory 402, thereby implementing various functions:
extracting parameter information of a target object in a target image;
pushing the parameter information of the target object to a server;
receiving information of an associated object fed back from the server, wherein the associated object is associated with the target object, and the information of the associated object comprises pre-stored information and pre-stored links of the associated object;
generating a target link according to the information of the associated object, wherein the target link is a prestored link of the associated object associated with the target object, and the target link is used for searching the information about the target object;
displaying the target link, wherein the target link is displayed on the target image.
In some embodiments, the processor 401 is configured to generate the target link according to the information of the associated object, and further includes:
acquiring search preference of a user for information types preset by the target object;
and selecting a preset link matched with the information type set in the search preference from the information of the associated object to generate the target link.
In some embodiments, the processor 401, before the extracting parameter information of the target object in the target image, is further configured to:
acquiring the target image, specifically:
acquiring the target image through an image acquisition element of the electronic device; or
The target image is selected from images pre-stored in a memory of the electronic device.
In some embodiments, the target object comprises a plurality of sub-target objects, wherein the processor 401 is configured to generate the target link, comprising: generating a plurality of target links corresponding to the plurality of sub-target objects; the displaying the target link includes: and displaying the target links on the corresponding sub-target objects respectively.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 15, electronic device 400 further comprises: display screen 403, camera 404. The processor 401 is electrically connected to the display 403 and the camera 404, respectively. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the electronic device configuration shown in fig. 15 does not constitute a limitation of the electronic device and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
The display screen 403 may be used to display information entered by or provided to the user as well as various graphical user interfaces of the electronic device, which may be made up of graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. When the display screen 403 is a touch display screen, it may also be used as a part of an input unit to implement an input function.
The camera 404 has basic functions of video shooting, video transmission, still image capturing and the like, and after the camera 404 collects images through a lens, the images are processed and converted into digital signals which can be recognized by a computer through a photosensitive component and a control component in the camera, and then the images are restored through image recognition software.
Although not shown in fig. 15, the electronic device 400 may further include a radio frequency circuit, a wireless fidelity module, an input unit, a sensor, a power supply, an audio circuit, a bluetooth module, and the like, which are not described in detail herein.
In some embodiments, camera 404 is used to acquire a target image; the processor 401 calls a computer program stored in the memory 402, and is configured to extract parameter information of a target object in the target image, and push the parameter information of the target object to a server; the processor receives information of an associated object fed back from the server, wherein the associated object is associated with the target object, the information of the associated object comprises pre-stored information and pre-stored links of the associated object, and a target link is generated according to the information of the associated object, wherein the target link is the pre-stored link of the associated object associated with the target object, and the target link is used for searching for the information about the target object; and the 403 display screen is used for displaying the target link, wherein the target link is displayed on the target image.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a server. As shown in fig. 16, the server 500 includes: a processor 501 and a memory 502. The processor 501 is electrically connected to the memory 502.
The processor 501 is a control center of the server 500, connects various parts of the entire server 500 using various interfaces and lines, performs various functions of the server and processes data by running or loading an application program stored in the memory 502, and calling data stored in the memory 502, thereby performing overall monitoring of the server 500.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the processor 501 in the server 500 loads instructions corresponding to processes of one or more application programs into the memory 502 according to the following steps, and the processor 501 runs the application programs stored in the memory 502, thereby implementing various functions:
acquiring parameter information of a target object in a target image pushed by electronic equipment;
similarity matching is carried out on the parameter information of the target object and the sample information in the server;
determining a sample with the similarity between the sample information and the parameter information of the target object reaching a preset threshold value as a related object;
and feeding back information of the associated object associated with the target object to the electronic equipment.
The server 500 provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for searching and associating the information and the link related to the target object, and preparing the electronic device for generating the target link in an early stage, so that the electronic device can generate the target link according to the link associated with the server, the resource occupation in the electronic device system is reduced, and the operating efficiency of the electronic device is improved.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an information acquisition system, as shown in fig. 1, where the system includes an electronic device and a server, where the electronic device is connected to the server through a network, and the system is implemented by using the information acquisition method according to any one of the embodiments of the present invention to complete information interaction between the electronic device and the server, so that related information of a target object can be acquired conveniently and quickly, and flexibility and convenience of information acquisition are improved.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the information acquisition apparatus and the information acquisition method in the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and any method provided in the embodiment of the information acquisition method may be operated on the information acquisition apparatus, and a specific implementation process thereof is described in detail in the embodiment of the information acquisition method, and is not described herein again.
It should be noted that, for the information obtaining method of the present invention, a person skilled in the art may understand that all or part of the processes of implementing the information obtaining method according to the embodiments of the present invention may be completed by controlling related hardware through a computer program, where the computer program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, such as a memory of an electronic device, and executed by at least one processor in the electronic device, and during the execution, the processes of the embodiments of the information obtaining method may be included. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
In the information acquisition apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, each functional module may be integrated into one processing chip, or each module may exist alone physically, or two or more modules are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium, such as a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, or the like.

1. An information acquisition method applied to an electronic device, the method comprising:
extracting parameter information of a target object in a target image;
pushing the parameter information of the target object to a server;
receiving information of an associated object fed back from the server, wherein the associated object is associated with the target object, and the information of the associated object comprises pre-stored information and pre-stored links of the associated object;
generating a target link according to the information of the associated object, including: acquiring search preference of a user for information types preset by the target object; selecting a preset link matched with the information type from the information of the associated object according to the information type set in the search preference so as to generate the target link; wherein the target link is a pre-stored link of the associated object associated with the target object, the target link being used to search for information about the target object;
displaying the target link, wherein the target link is displayed on the target image.
2. The information acquisition method according to claim 1, further comprising, before said extracting parameter information of the target object in the target image:
acquiring the target image, specifically:
acquiring the target image through an image acquisition element of the electronic device; or
The target image is selected from images pre-stored in a memory of the electronic device.
3. The information acquisition method according to claim 1, wherein the target object includes a plurality of sub-target objects, wherein,
the generating the target link includes: generating a plurality of target links corresponding to the plurality of sub-target objects;
the displaying the target link includes: and displaying the target links on the corresponding sub-target objects respectively.

5. An information acquisition method is applied to a server, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring parameter information of a target object in a target image pushed by electronic equipment;
similarity matching is carried out on the parameter information of the target object and the sample information in the server;
determining a sample with the similarity between the sample information and the parameter information of the target object reaching a preset threshold value as a related object;
and feeding back information of the associated object associated with the target object to the electronic equipment.
6. An information acquisition apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the extraction module is used for extracting the parameter information of the target object in the target image;
the pushing module is used for pushing the parameter information of the target object to a server;
the receiving module is used for receiving information of the associated object fed back from the server, wherein the associated object is associated with the target object, and the information of the associated object comprises prestored information and prestored links of the associated object;
a generating module, configured to generate a target link according to the information of the associated object, where the target link is a pre-stored link of the associated object associated with the target object, and the target link is used to search for information about the target object;
a display module for displaying the target link, wherein the target link is displayed on the target image;
wherein the generating module further comprises:
the acquisition submodule is used for acquiring the search preference of the user for the preset information type of the target object;
and the generation sub-module is used for selecting a preset link matched with the information type from the information of the associated object according to the information type set in the search preference so as to generate the target link.
7. The information acquisition apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the first obtaining module is configured to obtain the target image, and specifically includes:
acquiring the target image through an image acquisition element of the electronic device; or

the matching module is used for carrying out similarity matching on the parameter information of the target object and the sample information in the server;
the determining module is used for determining the sample with the similarity of the sample information and the parameter information of the target object reaching a preset threshold value as a related object;
and the feedback module is used for feeding back the information of the associated object associated with the target object to the electronic equipment.
11. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the computer program is called by a processor to execute the information acquisition method according to claim 1.

the processor calls a computer program stored in the memory and is used for extracting the parameter information of the target object in the target image and pushing the parameter information of the target object to a server; the processor receives information of an associated object fed back from the server, wherein the associated object is associated with the target object, the information of the associated object comprises pre-stored information and pre-stored links of the associated object, and a target link is generated according to the information of the associated object, and the method comprises the following steps: acquiring search preference of a user for information types preset by the target object; selecting a preset link matched with the information type from the information of the associated object according to the information type set in the search preference so as to generate the target link; wherein the target link is a pre-stored link of the associated object associated with the target object, the target link being used to search for information about the target object;
the display screen is used for displaying the target link, wherein the target link is displayed on the target image.
14. A server of the information acquisition method according to claim 1, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor calls the computer program stored in the memory for executing the steps of:
acquiring parameter information of a target object in a target image pushed by electronic equipment;
similarity matching is carried out on the parameter information of the target object and the sample information in the server;
determining a sample with the similarity between the sample information and the parameter information of the target object reaching a preset threshold value as a related object;
and feeding back information of the associated object associated with the target object to the electronic equipment.
15. An information acquisition system comprising the electronic device of claim 12 or 13 and the server of claim 14.
