Meanwhile, in order to ensure the normal use of the water heater and prevent the waste of water resources, the sewage draining port cannot be opened frequently to drain sewage, and water and dirt in the water heater cannot be emptied completely, so that water scales are accumulated on the bottom surface of the liner under the action of gravity.
