As shown in fig. 3, the sewage collecting device 7 is a sewage tank which is provided inside the housing 1 and below the support plate 77. In order to achieve compactness of the internal structure of the washing machine, the sump is provided below the support plate 77 at a position aligned with the drying area 75 and the sterilization area 76.
It should be noted that, the wall surface of the water containing cavity 78 is further provided with a sewage outlet (not numbered), and the sewage tank is further provided with a sewage inlet 71. The sewage outlet and the sewage inlet 71 are communicated with each other through a pipe. After the clothes are washed, the sewage outlet is controlled to be opened, and sewage is discharged into the sewage tank.
As shown in fig. 1, the control device 8 is provided above the housing 1, and the control device 8 is provided in parallel with the water supply tank 61. The control device 8 is in a box shape, a control unit (not shown) is arranged in the box-shaped control device 8, the control unit is a control circuit board, a control panel is arranged on the upper surface of the control device 8, the control panel is electrically connected with the control unit, the control unit is also electrically connected with the driving device, the clothes cleaning device 3, the liquid supply device 6, the sterilization device 5 and the drying device 4 respectively, so as to control the transmission device 2 to drive the conveyor belt 21 to act, and meanwhile, the ultrasonic cleaning module 31 is driven to reciprocate up and down, and the clothes cleaning device 3 is controlled to discharge sewage to the sewage tank; and controlling the liquid supply device 6 to supply the liquid to the liquid ejection device 62 to wash the laundry; and controls the sterilizing device 5 and the drying device 4 to operate so as to sterilize and dry the laundry.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the washing machine of the present invention is further provided with a clothes inlet 81 and a clothes receiving plate 82, wherein one side of the clothes inlet 81 extends into the clothes inlet 71 and is disposed near the upper surface of the conveyor belt 21, and the other side extends obliquely upward in a direction away from the casing 1. The clothes receiving plate 82 is arranged on one side of the shell 1 where the clothes outlet 72 is located, one side of the clothes receiving plate 82 is connected to the shell 1, the clothes receiving plate 82 is arranged away from the top end of the shell 1 relative to the upper surface of the conveyor belt 21, and the other side of the clothes receiving plate 82 extends horizontally or obliquely downwards in a direction away from the shell 1.
When the clothes are washed, firstly, the clothes are placed on the clothes inlet plate 81, at the moment, the control device 8 controls the driving motor 261 to rotate so as to drive the conveying belt 21 to convey the clothes from the clothes inlet 71 to the clothes outlet 72, and simultaneously controls the liquid spraying device 62 to spray liquid so as to wash the clothes; since the driving motor 261 rotates and drives the ultrasonic cleaning module 31 to make a cyclic reciprocating motion approaching and separating from the conveyor belt 21, when the clothes are conveyed to the cleaning area 74, the ultrasonic cleaning module 31 approaches the conveyor belt 21 to clean the clothes, and after the clothes are cleaned, the ultrasonic cleaning module 31 moves in a direction away from the conveyor belt 21 to clean the clothes in the next cycle; after the clothes are washed, the clothes are conveyed to the drying device 4 for drying along with the continuous transmission of the conveying belt 21, the dried clothes are brought into the sterilizing area 76 by the conveying belt 21, the clothes are sterilized by the sterilizing device 5, and finally the clothes are conveyed to the clothes receiving plate 82, so that the clothes are washed, dried and sterilized completely.
In summary, the washing machine of the invention can save water because the washing machine can carry out single ultrasonic washing on clothes, and meanwhile, the sterilizing device 5 and the drying device 4 are arranged in the washing machine, so that the washing machine can carry out aseptic washing on the clothes, is not only suitable for washing common clothes, but also suitable for washing towel underwear; meanwhile, the washing machine integrates the clothes washing device 3, the sterilizing device 5 and the drying device 4, so that ordered operation of a plurality of procedures can be realized by utilizing a compact structure, and the washing machine is simple in structure and convenient to operate.

Claims (8)

1. A washing machine, characterized by comprising a shell, a transmission device, a clothes washing device, a drying device and a sterilization device, wherein the transmission device is provided with a conveyor belt;
the conveyor belt, the clothes cleaning device, the drying device and the sterilizing device are all arranged in the shell; the clothes cleaning device, the drying device and the sterilizing device are all arranged above the conveyor belt and are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the conveyor belt;
the clothes cleaning device is provided with an ultrasonic cleaning module, sliding grooves extending along the up-down direction are formed in two opposite side surfaces of the ultrasonic cleaning module, sliding rods which are vertically arranged are arranged in the sliding grooves, and the sliding rods are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell;
the transmission device comprises a driving roller for driving the conveyor belt to transmit and a driving subassembly for driving the ultrasonic cleaning module to move up and down; the driving subassembly is provided with a driving wheel, a driven wheel, a cam, a fixed shaft and a transmission belt;
the driving wheel is fixedly arranged on the driving roller and is coaxially arranged with the driving roller, the fixed shaft is inserted into the inner wall of the shell, and the driven wheel is sleeved on the fixed shaft and can rotate around the fixed shaft under the force; the cam is fixedly connected to one side, close to the ultrasonic cleaning module, of the driven wheel, and the transmission belt is sleeved on the outer sides of the driving wheel and the driven wheel;
the ultrasonic cleaning device is characterized in that the cam is further provided with a connecting shaft which is parallel to the fixed shaft, a guide groove which extends along the horizontal direction is further formed in the surface of one side, close to the cam, of the ultrasonic cleaning module, and the connecting shaft is inserted into the guide groove.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the casing is provided with a laundry inlet and a laundry outlet on opposite sides thereof, and a plurality of baffles sequentially arranged from the laundry inlet toward the laundry outlet are provided in the casing, and the baffles partially form a cleaning area, a drying area and a sterilizing area in the casing;
the clothes cleaning device, the drying device and the sterilizing device are respectively arranged in the cleaning area, the drying area and the sterilizing area.
3. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a support plate is provided in the housing, the support plate being disposed under the conveyor belt; the supporting plate is aligned with the clothes washing device and is recessed downwards to form a water containing cavity.
4. A washing machine as claimed in claim 3 wherein the transmission means further has a drive roller, a driven roller and a registration roller disposed within the housing;

5. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the transmission means has a drive roller for driving the belt drive and a drive assembly for driving the drive roller in rotation;
the driving assembly is provided with a driving motor, a driving gear, a driven gear and a transmission chain, the driving motor is provided with an output shaft, and the output shaft is arranged in parallel with the driving roller;
the driving gear is fixedly sleeved on the outer side of the output shaft, the driven gear is fixedly arranged on the driving roller and is coaxially arranged with the driving roller, and the transmission chain is sleeved on the outer sides of the driving gear and the driven gear.
6. A washing machine as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a liquid supply device having a water supply tank, a liquid laundry detergent container and a liquid ejection device;
the water supply tank is arranged above the shell and aligned with the clothes washing device, the liquid spraying device is arranged in the shell, is positioned above the conveyor belt and aligned with the water containing cavity, and is respectively communicated with the water supply tank and the liquid washing container.
7. A washing machine as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a sewage collection device, wherein the sewage collection device is a sewage tank, and the sewage tank is disposed inside the casing and below the support plate;
the wall surface of the water containing cavity is also provided with a sewage outlet, the sewage tank is provided with a sewage inlet, and the sewage outlet and the sewage inlet are mutually communicated through a pipeline.
