本发明属于纺织面料技术领域,具体地,涉及一种多功能复合阻燃面料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们希望在穿着舒适的同时能够起到环保、防护和保健的作用,保健功能性纺织品成为当今市场上的新宠,但现市场上主要的保健面料以抗菌防臭面料(尤其是银纤维抗菌面料)、远红外保健面料、玉石保健面料或经中草药液体后处理的保健面料为主。为了顺应社会与科学的发展,满足市场的要求,开发具有绿色保健的高品质、高附加值产品十分有必要,此类产品的开发能极大地拓展功能纺织品的市场空间。

针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种多功能复合阻燃面料,所述多功能复合阻燃面料包括五层,具有防潮、除异味、保健、强力高、防风、防污、保暖等功效。

由于纳米金粒子与氧分子电子牵引力大于氧分子间的作用力,把原本聚成大分子团的氧分子吸引成小颗且活性较大的氧。靠近细胞时可以增加细胞周围的氧气分压,使得活性氧分子容易通过细胞膜帮助细胞生长增加细胞活性;同时纳米金粒子还可以吸附皮肤中造成老化及致癌的氧自由基,将其转变为细胞所需要的氧分子。本发明保健复合面料,采用真空磁控溅镀技术将纳米金粒子覆盖在第二面料层的表面上,人体穿着该面料制作的服装时,可以增强皮肤细胞活性,促进细胞的新陈代谢,延缓衰老;提升免疫力、增强抵抗力;阻止癌细胞分裂,降低患癌几率。采用真空磁控溅镀技术将纳米金粒子覆盖在第二面料层的表面上,纳米金粒子构成的薄膜均匀地覆盖沉积在面料的纤维上,且与纤维有较好的结合,牢度高,耐水洗,增强了面料的使用寿命,同时可以根据面料的使用领域,精确调控纳米金粒子薄膜的厚度。
