The electric hydraulic breaker with the replaceable working head being hand-held according to claim 1, wherein the oil slide switch (71) comprises an oil seal (7101), a spring seat (7102), a first spring (7103), an oil piston assembly (7104) and a piston (7106), the spring seat (7102) is installed on the oil seal (7101), the first spring (7103) is arranged on the spring seat (7102), the oil piston assembly (7104) is arranged on the first spring (7103), the piston (7106) is arranged on the oil piston assembly (7104), and a second spring (7105) is arranged inside the oil piston assembly (7104).
8. The electric hydraulic breaker with the replaceable working head being hand-held according to claim 1, wherein a blind hole (75) is formed between two adjacent switch seats on the oil pump (7), and a small magnet is arranged in the blind hole (75) in a matched mode.
