Abstract
The invention provides a punching and positioning device for a shower room base, which comprises a chassis seat for placing the shower room base and a positioning frame which is connected to the shower room base in a covering manner and is used for positioning the punching position; the chassis seat is provided with a limiting component for limiting the base of the shower room; a plurality of positioning through holes for guiding the drill bit are vertically formed in the positioning frame, and the positions of the positioning through holes correspond to the ideal screw hole positions on the base of the shower room one by one. The device can improve the positioning accuracy of the threaded hole, improve the working efficiency and ensure the accuracy of the drilling direction.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a positioning tool for punching a threaded hole, in particular to a positioning device for punching a base of a shower room.
Background
The shower room base 90, which is shaped as shown in fig. 1, requires a plurality of threaded holes 92 to be formed in the flange 91, and a worker is generally required to measure the position of each threaded hole by using a ruler before drilling, mark the corresponding position, and finally drill and tap the marked position. However, since the number of screw holes is large, the labor intensity of workers is high, the working efficiency is low, and the positioning accuracy is easy to be lowered after long-time working, in addition, the accuracy of the drilling direction of the workers during drilling cannot be ensured.
It can be seen that there is a need for improvements and improvements in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the shortcomings of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a punching and positioning device for a shower room base, which can improve the positioning precision of a threaded hole, improve the working efficiency and ensure the accuracy of the drilling direction.

The positioning frame comprises a frame with a shape which is matched with the convex edge of the shower room base, and a plurality of reinforcing rods connected to the inner side of the frame; the positioning through holes are arranged on the frame; the locating rack is fixed on the convex edge of the base of the shower room through a plurality of clamping components arranged on the frame.
The clamping assembly comprises a limiting baffle plate fixed on the inner side of the frame and an elastic clamping piece fixed on the outer side of the frame and corresponding to the limiting baffle plate; the lower end of the limiting baffle is propped against the inner side surface of the convex edge of the shower room base; the lower end of the elastic clamping piece is tightly pressed on the outer side surface of the convex edge of the shower room base.
The shower room base punching positioning device is characterized in that an elastic gasket is arranged on the surface, which is in contact with the convex edge of the shower room base, of the limiting baffle plate and the elastic clamping piece.
The shower room base punching and positioning device comprises three triangular pressing seats; the three pressing seats are respectively arranged in three long waist holes formed in the chassis seat and can move away from or close to the base of the shower room in the long waist holes; each pressing seat comprises a first bolt and a corresponding first nut, the first bolt is arranged in the long waist hole in a penetrating mode from bottom to top, the upper end of the first bolt is sleeved with a bearing, two rollers are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bearing, the roller shafts of the rollers are perpendicular to the axis of the first bolt, and the circumferential surfaces of the rollers are propped against the outer side face of the shower room base.
And the side surface of the first nut is provided with a force application column for applying force.
The base plate base is provided with three supporting feet which are distributed in a triangular manner, and the heights of the supporting feet are adjustable; three adjusting bolts which are distributed in a triangular mode are arranged on the frame, and the adjusting bolts penetrate through the frame from top to bottom and are propped against the convex edge of the base of the shower room.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a punching and positioning device for a shower room base, which is used for making the purposes, the technical scheme and the effects of the invention clearer and more definite, and further detailed description of the invention is provided below by referring to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 2-5, a positioning device for punching holes on a base of a shower room comprises a chassis base 1 for placing a base 90 of the shower room, and a positioning frame 2 which is covered on the base of the shower room and is used for positioning the punching holes; the chassis seat 1 is provided with a limiting component for limiting the base of the shower room; a plurality of positioning through holes 21 for guiding the drill bit are vertically formed in the positioning frame 2, and the positions of the positioning through holes 21 correspond to the ideal screw hole positions on the base of the shower room one by one.
When punching, firstly, the shower room base is placed on the chassis base 1 and fixed by the limiting component, then the locating frame 2 is covered on the shower room base, finally, the drill bit is inserted from the locating through hole 21 to punch, the threaded holes are not required to be located one by the ruler, the locating precision and the working efficiency are high, and the accuracy of the drilling direction is guaranteed due to the locating effect of the locating through hole.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the positioning frame 2 includes a frame 22 with a shape corresponding to the convex edge 91 of the base of the shower room, and a plurality of reinforcing rods 23 connected to the inner side of the frame 22; the positioning through holes 21 are arranged on the frame 22; the positioning frame 2 is fixed to the flange 91 of the base of the shower cubicle by means of a number of clamping assemblies 24 provided on the frame 22. The structure is favorable for reducing the gravity while ensuring the strength, and preferably, the frame and the reinforcing rod are made of aluminum alloy, so that the weight is further reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the clamping assembly 24 includes a limiting blocking piece 241 fixed on the inner side of the frame 22, and an elastic clamping piece 242 fixed on the outer side of the frame 22 and corresponding to the limiting blocking piece 241; the lower end of the limiting baffle 241 is propped against the inner side surface of the convex edge 91 of the shower room base; the lower end of the elastic clamping piece 242 is pressed on the outer side surface of the convex edge 91 of the shower room base. This form of attachment allows the spacer 2 to be quickly attached and detached from the shower stall base 90, which is advantageous for improved efficiency.
In this embodiment, the elastic clip 242 includes a fixing portion 2421 fixed on the flange 91 of the shower room base, an acting portion 2422, and a connecting portion 2423 connecting the fixing portion and the acting portion; the lower end of the acting part extends downwards and inwards in an inclined way and then is vertically bent downwards; the fixing part, the acting part and the connecting part are integrally formed.
Preferably, the surfaces of the limiting baffle 241 and the elastic clamping piece 242, which are contacted with the convex edge 91 of the shower room base, are provided with elastic gaskets (not shown in the figure), and the elastic gaskets can be rubber pads, silica gel pads, felt pads and the like so as to prevent the shower room base from being damaged.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2-4, the limiting assembly includes three pressing seats 3 (only 1 is shown in fig. 2) distributed in a triangular shape; the three pressing seats 3 are respectively arranged in three long waist holes 11 arranged on the chassis seat 1 and can move away from or close to the shower room base 90 in the long waist holes; each pressing seat 3 comprises a first bolt 31 penetrating through the long waist hole 11 from bottom to top and a corresponding first nut 32, a bearing 33 is sleeved at the upper end of the first bolt, two rollers 34 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bearing, a roller 35 of each roller is perpendicular to the axis of the first bolt 31, and the circumferential surface of each roller 34 abuts against the outer side surface of the shower room base. The chassis seat 1 can be suitable for the use of shower room bases with different sizes because the chassis seat can move on the long waist hole; when the edge angles of the shower room bases are different, the roller 34 can rotate around the first bolt 31 (namely, the roller 34 has the azimuth adjusting capability), so that the roller 34 can be ensured to be pressed on the side surface of the shower room base; the roller 34 can rotate around the roller, so that the surface of the base of the shower room is not damaged when the base is taken and placed.
Preferably, a force applying post 36 for applying force is provided on a side of the first nut 32 to facilitate tightening and loosening of the first nut.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the chassis base 1 is provided with three triangular supporting legs 12, and the heights of the supporting legs are adjustable; three adjusting bolts 221 which are distributed in a triangular mode are arranged on the frame 22, and the adjusting bolts 221 penetrate through the frame 22 from top to bottom and are abutted against the convex edge 91 of the shower room base. The chassis seat 1 can be ensured to be horizontal by adjusting the heights of the three supporting legs 12, and similarly, the positioning frame 2 can be ensured to be horizontal by adjusting the three adjusting bolts 221, so that the drilling direction can be strictly ensured to be the vertical direction.
In this embodiment, the stand bar 12 includes a foot pad 121 and a screw 122 rotatably provided on the foot pad, the screw being inserted into a screw hole provided in the chassis base 1, and an ear 123 for applying force being provided at an upper end thereof.
In order to conveniently adjust the levelness of the chassis base 1, a first liquid level indicating pipe 4 with scales is arranged beside each supporting leg 12, the lower ends of the three first liquid level indicating pipes are communicated through a first pipeline 41, and liquid is filled in the first liquid level indicating pipes and the first pipeline, as shown in fig. 2. When the liquid level in the three first liquid level indicating pipes is the same, the level of the chassis base 1 is indicated.
In order to facilitate adjustment of the levelness of the positioning frame 2, a second liquid level indicating pipe 5 with scales is arranged beside each adjusting bolt 221, the lower ends of the three second liquid level indicating pipes are communicated through a second pipeline 51, and liquid is filled in the second liquid level indicating pipes and the second pipeline, as shown in fig. 2. When the liquid level in the three second liquid level indicating pipes is the same, the level of the locating rack 2 is indicated.
It will be understood that equivalents and modifications will occur to those skilled in the art in light of the present invention and their spirit, and all such modifications and substitutions are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention as defined in the following claims.

1. The punching and positioning device for the shower room base is characterized by comprising a chassis seat for placing the shower room base and a positioning frame which is connected to the shower room base in a covering manner and used for positioning the punching position; the chassis seat is provided with a limiting component for limiting the base of the shower room; the positioning frame is vertically provided with a plurality of positioning through holes for guiding the drill bit, the positions of the positioning through holes correspond to the ideal screw hole positions on the base of the shower room one by one, and the positioning frame comprises a frame with a shape which is matched with the convex edge of the base of the shower room, and a plurality of reinforcing rods connected to the inner side of the frame; the positioning through holes are arranged on the frame; the positioning frame is fixed on the convex edge of the base of the shower room through a plurality of clamping components arranged on the frame, and the clamping components comprise limiting baffle plates fixed on the inner side of the frame and elastic clamping pieces fixed on the outer side of the frame and corresponding to the limiting baffle plates; the lower end of the limiting baffle is propped against the inner side surface of the convex edge of the shower room base; the lower end of the elastic clamping piece is tightly pressed on the outer side surface of the convex edge of the shower room base, an elastic pad is arranged on the surface, which is contacted with the convex edge of the shower room base, of the limiting blocking piece and the elastic clamping piece, and the elastic clamping piece comprises a fixing part, an action part and a connecting part, wherein the fixing part is fixed on the convex edge of the shower room base; the lower end of the acting part extends downwards and inwards in an inclined way and then is bent downwards vertically; the fixing part, the acting part and the connecting part are integrally formed; when punching, firstly, the base of the shower room is placed on the base plate seat and fixed by the limiting component, then the locating frame is covered on the base of the shower room, and finally, the drill bit is inserted into the locating through hole for punching.

The shower room base perforation positioning device of claim 1, wherein the limiting assembly comprises three triangularly distributed press seats; the three pressing seats are respectively arranged in three long waist holes formed in the chassis seat and can move away from or close to the base of the shower room in the long waist holes; each pressing seat comprises a first bolt and a corresponding first nut, the first bolt is arranged in the long waist hole in a penetrating mode from bottom to top, the upper end of the first bolt is sleeved with a bearing, two rollers are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bearing, the roller shafts of the rollers are perpendicular to the axis of the first bolt, and the circumferential surfaces of the rollers are propped against the outer side face of the shower room base.
