Abstract
The invention discloses a handheld water outlet device, which comprises: the handle is arranged into a pipe body with a first channel, the handle is connected with a sleeving seat, and the inner ring surface of the handle is provided with a water inlet hole communicated with the first channel; the filter is provided with a filter material, a concave ring section with grid holes is arranged around the filter, and a plurality of water outlet holes communicated with the grid holes are distributed at the bottom end of the filter; the filter is sleeved in the sleeve joint seat, a ring channel is formed between the concave ring section and the inner ring surface of the sleeve joint seat, and the ring channel is communicated with the water inlet hole, the first channel and the grid hole, so that water entering from the first channel is sprayed and flows out of the water outlet hole; by means of the device, the filter is easy to replace when the efficiency is reduced or the filter is dirty, and the water quality is improved; in addition, the invention only needs to replace the filter, reduces plastic consumables and has the effects of environmental protection, energy saving and carbon reduction.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a handheld water outlet device, and more particularly, to a handheld water outlet device with a replaceable filter and a simple replacement function.
Background
The hand-held water outlet device used in the market, such as a shower nozzle, is mainly formed by plastic parts and comprises the following components: the front end of the long rod-shaped handle is expanded and extended to form a circular shower head, a fine water outlet hole is distributed on one surface of the shower head, and a flexible water pipe is connected below the handle. In the process of treating water in a tap water treatment field, chlorine is often added to remove bacteria or microorganisms in the water, but excessive chlorine can cause harm to human bodies, most of people only pay more attention to drinking water, but the water quality in the shower is not good, the problems of chlorine and other impurities in the tap water used for the shower are ignored, and moreover, a cleaning device is not arranged in the shower head shell, so that after the shower head shell is used for a long time, dirt accumulation is easily generated in the shell, and the shower head shell becomes a hotbed for the growth of bacteria and microorganisms; and the user uses this shower nozzle of being full of the bacterium to bathe the health under the unseen condition, causes very big influence to healthy, even have the handheld water installation of built-in filtering material, often complicated, troublesome when will changing, and select whole change person, form resource-wasting and not environmental protection.

The invention provides a handheld water outlet device, comprising: the handle is arranged into a pipe body with a first channel, one end of the handle is provided with an annular sleeving seat, the sleeving seat is provided with an inner ring surface, the inner ring surface is provided with a water inlet hole communicated with the first channel, one port of the inner ring surface is annularly provided with an inner flange, and the other port of the inner ring surface is annularly provided with an inner thread section; the filter is provided with a circular body with a concave ring section on the outer peripheral surface in an annular mode, an external thread section is arranged above the concave ring section, and an upper blocking edge is arranged above the external thread section in a protruding mode; a sleeve convex ring is annularly arranged below the concave ring section, the bottom surface of the sleeve convex ring is provided with a lower baffle edge, the concave ring section is provided with a through hole capable of assembling a hole plug, a hole edge is formed around the through hole, the hole edge is provided with a tapered hole which is gradually reduced from outside to inside, the hole plug is provided with an embedded ring which is provided with an integrally-formed grid mesh, the outer periphery of the embedded ring is provided with an inclined conical surface corresponding to the tapered hole, the embedded ring is assembled in the hole edge of the through hole to form a grid hole, and the bottom end of the filter is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes communicated with the grid hole; the filter is sleeved in the sleeving seat, wherein the filter is formed by mutually sleeving an upper cover and a lower cover which are provided with accommodating spaces, the concave ring section is arranged at the opening end of the upper cover, the sleeving convex ring is arranged at the opening end of the lower cover, the end edge of the concave ring section of the upper cover is embedded into the sleeving convex ring of the lower cover, and the containing space is internally provided with a filter material, a filter screen is arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover, the filter screen is assembled at the opening end of the upper cover to seal the containing space, so that the filter material is limited in the containing space, the outer thread section of the filter is screwed with the inner thread section of the socket joint seat, the upper baffle edge is pressed against the end edge of the inner ring surface of the socket joint seat, the lower flange of the convex ring is pressed against the inner flange, and a ring channel is formed between the concave ring section and the inner ring surface of the socket, the annular channel is communicated with the water inlet hole, the first channel and the grid hole, so that water entering from the first channel is sprayed and flows out of the water outlet hole.
Wherein, the upper cover and the lower cover are made of transparent plastic materials.
Wherein, a necking section is arranged at one end of the handle, the necking section is provided with a second channel, and the second channel is communicated with the first channel and the water inlet hole.
Wherein, the inner ring face end edge close to the inner thread section is annularly provided with an embedded groove, a first leakage stopping ring is arranged in the embedded groove, the upper flange is pressed against the first leakage stopping ring and the embedded groove, and a second leakage stopping ring is arranged between the inner flange and the lower flange of the sleeving convex ring.

Wherein, the bottom end of the handle is screwed with a pipe connector.
The invention has the advantages that: by means of the device, the filter is easy to replace when the efficiency is reduced or the dirt is polluted, and the water quality is improved; and only the filter needs to be replaced, so that plastic consumables are reduced, and the energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved.

The present invention is further described with reference to the following drawings and specific examples so that those skilled in the art can better understand the present invention and can practice the present invention, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a handheld water outlet device 10, which includes: a handle 11, which is a tube with a first channel 111, wherein one end of the handle 11 is provided with a necking section 13, the necking section 13 is internally provided with a second channel 131 communicated with the first channel 111, the necking section 13 is connected with a circular ring-shaped socket 14, an inner ring surface 141 of the socket 14 is provided with a water inlet 142 communicated with the second channel 131 and the first channel 111, one port of the inner ring surface 141 is annularly provided with an inner flange 143, and the other port is annularly provided with an inner thread section 144; and a filter 20, which is formed by a circular upper cover 21 with a containing space 216 and a circular lower cover 25 which are mutually sleeved; a concave ring section 211 is annularly arranged at the opening end of the upper cover 21, an external thread section 212 is arranged above the concave ring section 211, and an upper retaining edge 213 is convexly arranged above the external thread section 212; a sleeve convex ring 251 is annularly arranged at the opening end of the lower cover 25, a lower blocking edge 252 is arranged at the bottom surface of the sleeve convex ring 251, the end edge of the concave ring section 211 of the upper cover 21 is embedded into the sleeve convex ring 251 of the lower cover 25, a filter material 23 is arranged in the accommodating space 216, a filter screen 24 is arranged between the upper cover 21 and the lower cover 25, and the filter screen 24 is assembled at the opening end of the upper cover 21 to seal the accommodating space 216, so that the filter material 23 is limited in the accommodating space 216. The concave ring section 211 is provided with a through hole 214 which can be assembled with a hole plug 22, a hole edge 215 is formed around the through hole 214, the hole plug 22 is provided with an embedded ring 222 which is provided with an integrally formed grid 223, the hole edge 215 is provided with a tapered hole which is tapered from outside to inside, the outer periphery of the embedded ring 222 is provided with an oblique conical surface corresponding to the tapered hole, the embedded ring 222 is embedded in the hole edge 215 of the through hole 214 to form a grid hole 221, and the bottom end of the lower cover 25 of the filter 20 is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes 253 communicated with the grid hole 221; the filter 20 is sleeved in the socket 14, wherein the outer thread section 212 of the upper cover 21 is screwed with the inner thread section 144 of the socket 14, an embedding groove 145 is annularly arranged at an end edge of the inner annular surface 141 close to the inner thread section 144, a first leakage-stopping ring 15 is arranged in the embedding groove 145, the upper flange 213 is pressed against the first leakage-stopping ring 15 and the embedding groove 145 of the socket 14, the lower flange 252 of the socket convex ring 251 is pressed against the inner flange 143, a second leakage-stopping ring 16 is arranged between the inner flange 143 and the lower flange 252, a ring channel 146 is formed between the concave ring section 211 and the inner annular surface 141 of the socket 14, and the ring channel 146 is communicated with the water inlet hole 142, the first channel 111 and the grid hole 221 so that water entering from the first channel 111 is sprayed and flows out through the water outlet hole 253; by means of the above device, the filter 20 of the handheld water outlet device 10 can be replaced conveniently.
The composition of the invention is explained in detail as follows: as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the upper cover 21, the filter net 24 and the lower cover 25 of the present invention are made of plastic material, and can be transparent to inspect the dirt and impurities inside, and the upper cover 21, the filter net 24 and the lower cover 25 can be integrated by high frequency fusion technology; the hole plug 22 is pressed and positioned by the tapered hole of the hole edge 215 and the inclined conical surface of the engaging ring 222, and the water flow through the grid 223 of the hole plug 22 is pushed, so that the hole plug 22 is firmly fixed and does not fall off. When the filter 20 is screwed with the socket 14, the first and second leakage- proof rings 15 and 16 can respectively ensure the socket 14 and the filter 20 to be sealed and watertight up and down; on the contrary, when the filter 20 is to be replaced, the filter 20 can be removed by reversely rotating the filter, so as to achieve the effect of convenient replacement without any tool.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4 again, when the water source is opened and flows through the first channel 111 with a larger diameter and then flows into the second channel 131 with a smaller diameter to pressurize and accelerate the water flow and flow to the water inlet 142, the water flow fills the annular channel 146 between the concave annular section 211 of the filter 20 and the socket 14, then flows into the accommodating space 216 through the grid hole 221 and is filtered by the filter material 23, and finally, the filtered water flow is sprayed out through the water outlet 253 by the filter screen 24, so as to filter the chlorine and harmful substances in the water; it should be noted that the ring channel 146 is 360 degrees around, and the grid hole 221 does not need to be aligned with the inlet hole 142 intentionally, so that the filter 20 can be screwed into the socket 14 without any limitation of the screwing angle, and water can flow into the filter 20 through the ring channel 146. Moreover, the handle 11 and the socket 14 can be set to have an inclination angle (as shown in fig. 2 and 4), so that the outlet angle of the outlet 253 is more suitable for the user's requirement.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments for fully illustrating the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. The equivalent substitution or change made by the technical personnel in the technical field on the basis of the invention is all within the protection scope of the invention. A hand-held water dispensing device, comprising: the handle is arranged into a pipe body with a first channel, one end of the handle is provided with an annular sleeving seat, the sleeving seat is provided with an inner ring surface, the inner ring surface is provided with a water inlet hole communicated with the first channel, one port of the inner ring surface is annularly provided with an inner flange, and the other port of the inner ring surface is annularly provided with an inner thread section; the filter is provided with a circular body with a concave ring section on the outer peripheral surface in an annular mode, an external thread section is arranged above the concave ring section, and an upper blocking edge is arranged above the external thread section in a protruding mode; a sleeve convex ring is annularly arranged below the concave ring section, the bottom surface of the sleeve convex ring is provided with a lower baffle edge, the concave ring section is provided with a through hole capable of assembling a hole plug, a hole edge is formed around the through hole, the hole edge is provided with a tapered hole which is gradually reduced from outside to inside, the hole plug is provided with an embedded ring which is provided with an integrally-formed grid mesh, the outer periphery of the embedded ring is provided with an inclined conical surface corresponding to the tapered hole, the embedded ring is assembled in the hole edge of the through hole to form a grid hole, and the bottom end of the filter is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes communicated with the grid hole; the filter is sleeved in the sleeving seat, wherein the filter is formed by mutually sleeving an upper cover and a lower cover which are provided with accommodating spaces, the concave ring section is arranged at the opening end of the upper cover, the sleeving convex ring is arranged at the opening end of the lower cover, the end edge of the concave ring section of the upper cover is embedded into the sleeving convex ring of the lower cover, and the containing space is internally provided with a filter material, a filter screen is arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover, the filter screen is assembled at the opening end of the upper cover to seal the containing space, so that the filter material is limited in the containing space, the outer thread section of the filter is screwed with the inner thread section of the socket joint seat, the upper baffle edge is pressed against the end edge of the inner ring surface of the socket joint seat, the lower flange of the convex ring is pressed against the inner flange, and a ring channel is formed between the concave ring section and the inner ring surface of the socket, the annular channel is communicated with the water inlet hole, the first channel and the grid hole, so that water entering from the first channel is sprayed and flows out of the water outlet hole.
2. The handheld water outlet device according to claim 1, wherein the upper and lower covers are made of a transparent plastic material.
3. The hand-held water outlet device according to claim 1, wherein the handle has a neck portion at one end thereof, the neck portion having a second channel, the second channel communicating the first channel and the water inlet hole.

The handheld water outlet device according to claim 1, wherein an insert groove is formed around an end edge of the inner ring surface near the inner thread section, a first leakage-stopping ring is disposed in the insert groove, the upper flange abuts against the first leakage-stopping ring and the insert groove, and a second leakage-stopping ring is disposed between the inner flange and a lower flange of the protruding collar.
5. The handheld water outlet device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the handle and the socket have an inclined angle.
6. The hand-held water outlet device according to claim 1, wherein the bottom end of the handle is screwed with a pipe connector.
