The multifunctional insulating pruner of claim 1, wherein said cutting and brushing insulating handle (7) is composed of a secondary adjusting bolt (71), an insulating sleeve (72), a handle tube (73), a metal end cap (74), a primary placing tube (75), a brush (76), a small pruning knife (77) and a secondary placing tube (78), said secondary adjusting bolt (71) is threaded on the upper left portion of the handle tube (73) through the insulating sleeve (72); the insulating sleeve (72) is sleeved on the outer wall of the grip pipe (73); the metal end cover (74) is in threaded connection with the lower end of the grip pipe (73); the primary placing pipe (75) and the secondary placing pipe (78) are sequentially glued on the right part of the inner side of the grip pipe (73) from top to bottom; the brush (76) is arranged inside the primary placing pipe (75); the mini-trimmer (77) is arranged inside the secondary placing tube (78).
