Description

Method for guiding wireless terminal to associate wireless access point and wireless controller
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of data communication, in particular to a method for guiding a wireless terminal to associate with a wireless Access Point (AP) and a wireless controller.
Background
With the further development of digital teaching resource construction and campus network construction, new teaching research based on student electronic schoolbag (a wireless terminal) application is gaining favor of more and more educators. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a deployment of an e-book packet network in the prior art, where the e-book packet network includes physical devices such as a wireless access point AP, a teacher e-book, a student e-book, an electronic whiteboard, and a classroom computer, where the wireless access point is connected to a wireless controller AC, the e-book changes a traditional teaching mode, and the wireless network is an infrastructure implemented by the e-book, but the application of the e-book also provides higher requirements and greater challenges for the wireless network, and in a classroom capable of accommodating 60-100 persons, each student has one e-book in hand, and the student simultaneously accesses a wireless local area network to perform interactive teaching with a teacher. In such a high-density user area, the conventional wireless solution must deploy multiple wireless access points AP as user access points, however, there are many disadvantages to deploying multiple APs, such as signal interference between APs, troublesome deployment, complex maintenance, etc., especially the problem of remote association, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a remote association network, and as shown in fig. 2, a wireless terminal originally belonging to classroom 1 should associate with the wireless access point AP1 in classroom 1, but is associated with the wireless access point AP2 in classroom 2, even the wireless access point AP3 in classroom 3, or the wireless access point AP4 in classroom 4, the remote association means that the wireless terminal is not associated with the AP1 of its own classroom as planned, but are associated with APs in other classrooms, which results in long distance and poor signal quality, and finally causes network problems such as packet loss and large delay, thereby affecting teaching quality.
The prior art scheme mainly has 2 directions:
1) configuration based planning
By configuring a different SSID (Service Set Identifier) for each classroom, students switch to the corresponding SSID on the wireless terminal before class, so as to ensure the correct association to the wireless access point AP.
According to the scheme, the deployment management cost is increased, meanwhile, the SSID needs to be manually switched every class, and the use cost is increased.
2) The distance is determined based on the RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indication) Signal, and the accuracy of the associated AP is confirmed by determining the distance of the wireless terminal by evaluating the RSSI Signal of the wireless terminal. However, the distance and distance judgment according to the RSSI signal is poor in accuracy and cannot be correctly identified.

A first embodiment of the present invention provides a method for guiding a wireless terminal to associate with a wireless access point AP, as shown in fig. 3, including the following steps:
s101, receiving messages among all wireless terminals in a wireless local area network to which a first period belongs,
s103, determining the type of the message,
s105, establishing an interactive relation table among the wireless terminals according to the types of the messages,
s107, when the maximum number of the wireless terminals interacting with the first wireless terminal in the wireless terminals is determined according to the interaction relation table, determining the AP associated with the first wireless terminal as a central AP,
s109, determining whether a wireless terminal other than the first wireless terminal among the wireless terminals is associated to the center AP,
s111, when a wireless terminal other than the first wireless terminal in the wireless terminals is associated with a non-central AP, guiding the wireless terminal other than the first wireless terminal in the wireless terminals from the non-central AP to the central AP.
Optionally, on the basis of the first embodiment of the present invention, in the second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, step S103 specifically includes:
and determining that the message is a multicast message or a unicast message.
Optionally, on the basis of the second embodiment of the present invention, in a third embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, step S105 specifically includes:
when the message is a multicast message, determining member wireless terminals contained in a multicast group corresponding to the multicast message in the wireless terminals, and establishing an interactive relation table among the member wireless terminals;
step S107 specifically includes:
and when only a first wireless terminal in the wireless terminals sends multicast messages to other member wireless terminals in the member wireless terminals according to the interactive relation table among the member wireless terminals, determining that the AP associated with the first wireless terminal is a central AP.
For example, in the case of multicast messages, all the wireless terminals IP joining a multicast group can be identified by IGMP (Internet group management Protocol) multicast table entry,
for example, the IP address of the wireless terminal 1 is: 10.0.0.1, the IP address of wireless terminal 2 is: 10.0.0.2, the IP address of wireless terminal 3 is: 10.0.0.3, the IP address of wireless terminal 4 is: 10.0.0.4, the multicast list items can identify that the wireless terminals all join the multicast group A;
because the multicast data stream between the wireless terminals will pass through the wireless controller AC, and the wireless controller AC can find out through the analysis of the multicast data stream, in a time period, the wireless terminal 1 will send the multicast data traffic of the multicast group a, and the other wireless terminals 2, 3, 4 are all responsible for receiving, and will not send the multicast data traffic or the number of times of sending the multicast data traffic is less than that of the wireless terminal 1, and the interaction relationship table is shown in table 1:

step S107 specifically includes:
and when determining that the number of times that a first wireless terminal in the wireless terminals sends messages to other wireless terminals in the wireless terminals is the maximum according to the number of the source IP addresses and the number of the destination IP addresses in the interactive relation table, determining that the AP associated with the first wireless terminal is the central AP.

a second determining module, configured to determine, when it is determined, according to the interaction relation table, that a wireless terminal with a largest number of wireless terminals interacting with the wireless terminal is a first wireless terminal, an AP associated with the first wireless terminal is a central AP,
a third determining module for determining whether a wireless terminal other than the first wireless terminal among the wireless terminals is associated with the central AP,
a guiding module, configured to guide, when a wireless terminal other than the first wireless terminal in the wireless terminals is associated with a non-central AP, the wireless terminal other than the first wireless terminal in the wireless terminals from the non-central AP to the central AP.
7. The wireless controller of claim 6, wherein the first determining module is specifically configured to:
and determining that the message is a multicast message or a unicast message.
8. The wireless controller of claim 7, wherein the establishing module is specifically configured to:
when the message is a multicast message, determining member wireless terminals contained in a multicast group corresponding to the multicast message in the wireless terminals, and establishing an interactive relation table among the member wireless terminals;
the second determining module is specifically configured to:
and when only a first wireless terminal in the wireless terminals sends multicast messages to other member wireless terminals in the member wireless terminals according to the interactive relation table among the member wireless terminals, determining that the AP associated with the first wireless terminal is a central AP.
9. The wireless controller of claim 7, wherein the establishing module is specifically configured to:
when the message is a unicast message, acquiring a source IP address and a destination IP address in the unicast message, and establishing an interactive relation table between the wireless terminals according to the source IP address and the destination IP address;
the second determining module is specifically configured to:
and when determining that the number of times that a first wireless terminal in the wireless terminals sends messages to other wireless terminals in the wireless terminals is the maximum according to the number of the source IP addresses and the number of the destination IP addresses in the interactive relation table, determining that the AP associated with the first wireless terminal is the central AP.
10. The wireless controller of claim 6, wherein the guidance module is specifically configured to:
instructing the non-central AP to disassociate from ones of the wireless terminals other than the first wireless terminal;
instructing the non-central AP to prohibit association of wireless terminals except the first wireless terminal in the wireless terminals within a set period;
instructing the central AP to enhance signal strength in the set period so as to attract wireless terminals except the first wireless terminal to be associated to the central AP.
